Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine including an effect member that can move between a first position and a second position in accordance with driving of a driving means.

A gaming machine represented by a pachinko machine, etc. includes a middle frame attached to the outer frame, a game board with an installation member disposed on the back side and attached to the middle frame, a front frame attached to the front side of the middle frame, etc. It has. In the game board, a game area in which guide nails, various winning devices, effect devices, and the like are arranged is defined on the front side, and an opening penetrating the board surface in the front-rear direction is formed in the game area. An annular decorative member (also referred to as a center accessory) formed in a shape along the opening edge is disposed at the opening edge of the opening, and the inner opening of the decorative member is used as an effect region. The installation member includes an installation wall portion that is spaced rearward from the rear surface of the game board and is parallel to the rear surface, and a display opening that opposes the effect area in the front and rear is formed in the center of the installation wall portion. Yes. A display device is attached to the rear side of the installation wall portion with the display unit facing the display opening, and various rendering devices are attached to the front side of the installation wall portion. The display unit and the effect device of the display device are configured to be viewed from the front side of the game board facing the effect region of the decorative member. In such a gaming machine, when a game ball launched into the gaming area wins a start winning device arranged below the decorative member in the gaming area in a pachinko game, the display unit of the display device changes the design. An effect is performed, and the effect device is configured to perform a predetermined effect operation in accordance with the symbol variation effect.

The effect device includes an effect member that is disposed vertically or horizontally around the display portion of the symbol display device on the installation wall portion, and that is displaced or moved in accordance with the symbol variation effect on the display portion. Yes. That is, the effect device includes drive means (for example, an electric motor, a rotary solenoid, a linear solenoid, an air cylinder, etc.) controlled by a control means mounted on the gaming machine, and the effect member is linked to the drive means. The effect member is configured to enhance the effect by changing the posture or moving the effect member by driving of the driving means. Such a rendering device is disclosed in Patent Document 1.

By the way, in order to enhance the production effect, the production device provided in the gaming machine may make the production member large, or set the posture displacement amount and movement distance of the production member large. However, if the effect member is made larger or the posture displacement amount or movement distance of the effect member is increased, the load applied to the drive means increases, so that the failure of the drive means is likely to occur, and the drive means and the effect are increased. It becomes easy to generate the malfunction of the link part with a member. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the load on the driving means by mounting a spring or the like as an operation assisting member and applying the urging force of the spring to the effect member as in the effect device shown in Patent Document 1. It is done. However, when the amount of movement of the effect member increases, the amount of deformation (expansion / contraction amount) of the spring also increases, and the urging force generated increases as the amount of deformation of the spring increases. Therefore, there is a problem that the effect member cannot be moved smoothly. In addition, the spring will sag early if the amount of deformation is large, and plastic deformation will occur if it deforms beyond the elastic limit point (yield point), so an appropriate biasing force will be exerted over a long period of time. There is also an inconvenience. If a constant load spring is used as the operation assisting member, it is possible to make the load applied to the driving means constant even if the amount of movement of the effect member changes, but such a constant load spring is expensive. As a result, the manufacturing cost increases, and since the outer size is large, the setting of the installation location is limited and may not be adopted.

Accordingly, the present invention has been devised in order to solve the above-described problem, and an object thereof is to provide a gaming machine in which a production member is smoothly moved while reducing a load applied to a driving unit. To do.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose, the invention according to claim 1 of the present application provides:
A gaming machine comprising an effect member (52) movable between a first position and a second position in accordance with driving of a driving means (53),
A plurality of biasing members (100, 101) arranged in series along the moving direction of the effect member (52) and elastically deformable in the moving direction;
An intermediate member (102) disposed between the biasing members (100, 101) adjacent in the moving direction of the effect member (52) and connected to the end portions of both biasing members (100, 101);
The biasing member (100, 101) disposed at one end of the array has an end opposite to the connection side to the intermediate member (102) fixed to the fixing portion (103) of the gaming machine. The biasing member (100, 101) disposed at the other end of the array is linked to the effect member (52) at the end opposite to the connection side with the intermediate member (102),
Each biasing member (100, 101) is deformed with the movement of the intermediate member (102) when the effect member (52) is moved to the first position side by driving of the driving means (53). Thus, the gist is that the effect member (52) is configured to be biased toward the second position.

Therefore, according to the first aspect of the invention, the urging members arranged in series are deformed with the movement of the intermediate member connected to the end of the urging member, so that the effect member is the first. Since it is urged to the second position side as it moves to the position side, when the effect member is moved from the first position to the second position by the driving means, the effect member is reduced by reducing the load applied to the drive means. It can be moved smoothly. In addition, since a plurality of urging members are arranged in series along the moving direction of the effect member, each urging member is deformed with respect to the movement amount of the effect member, so that the amount of deformation of each urging member is changed. It can be suppressed to a small size, and the sag of the biasing member and the occurrence of plastic deformation can be prevented. In addition, the moving distance of the effect member can be set larger than the deformation amount of each urging member.

In the invention according to claim 2,
A moving member that is movable in the moving direction of the effect member (52) at the end of the biasing member (100, 101) disposed at the other end of the array on the side opposite to the connection side with the intermediate member (102). (105) is connected, and the effect member (52) is configured to come into contact with the moving member (105) so as to be separable from the second position side,
In the state where the effect member (52) is in the first position, the effect member (52) contacts the moving member (105) from the second position side, and the effect member (100, 101) causes the effect member (52) is biased to the second position side,
In the middle of the production member (52) moving from the first position to the second position, the production member (52) is separated from the moving member (105), and the production member (52 by the biasing member (100, 101)). ) Is released so that the gist is released.
Therefore, according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the effect member moves from the first position to the second position by driving of the driving means, the force applying member is in contact with the effect member when the effect member is in contact with the moving member. Thus, the effect member is urged toward the second position, so that the load applied to the driving means can be reduced. In addition, after the effect member is separated from the moving member in the middle of moving from the first position to the second position, the effect member is urged unnecessarily because the urging force of the effect member by the urging member is released. You can avoid that.

In invention of Claim 3,
The moving member (105) includes a connecting portion (106) to which the biasing members (100, 101) are connected, and the effect member (52) that is connected to the connecting portion (106) from the second position side. A contact portion (107) that can contact,
The abutting portion (107) of the moving member (105) is formed so as to protrude from the connecting position with the connecting portion (106) to the second position side along the moving direction of the effect member (52). The gist of the present invention is that the effect member (52) is detachably contacted with the protruding end portion (107A) of the corresponding contact portion (107).
Therefore, according to the invention which concerns on Claim 3, the urging | biasing force of each urging | biasing member can be appropriately applied to an effect | production member via a moving member. The timing at which the effect member and the moving member abut when the effect member moves between the first position and the second position by changing the protruding length of the contact portion toward the second position. And the timing of separation can be adjusted.

In the invention according to claim 4,
The drive means (53) is disposed on the opposite side of the moving region of the effect member (52) across the moving region of the biasing members (100, 101) and the intermediate member (102),
The drive means (53) and the effect member (52) always overlap the intermediate member (102) that moves in conjunction with the effect member (52) that moves between the first position and the second position. The gist is that they are linked through the linkage means (54) disposed at the position.
Therefore, according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the driving means is disposed on the opposite side of the moving area of the effect member across the moving area of the biasing member and the intermediate member. Thus, the amount of movement of the effect member can be appropriately ensured, and the degree of freedom of the arrangement position of the drive means is increased. Further, since the linkage means for linking the effect member and the drive means is always disposed at the position overlapping the intermediate member, it is possible to prevent the linkage means and the biasing member from interfering with each other.

In the invention according to claim 5,
The effect member (52) reciprocates in an arc shape along a first guide portion (59) extending in an arc shape from the first position to the second position,
Each of the biasing members (100, 101) expands and contracts in an arc shape along the second guide portion (60) extended in an arc shape along the first guide portion (59), and
The gist is that the intermediate member (102) is configured to reciprocate in an arc along the second guide portion (60).
Therefore, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the effect member moves in an arc shape between the first position and the second position along the first guide portion, each biasing member is moved to the second guide portion. And the intermediate member can be reciprocated along the second guide portion in an arc shape.

According to the gaming machine according to the present invention, it is possible to smoothly move the effect member while reducing the load applied to the driving means by urging the effect member by the urging member.

(Linkage mechanism)
As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the linkage mechanism 54 includes a plurality of (two in the embodiment) supported between the support plate portion 65 of the rear main body member 57 and the mounting plate portion 89 of the front main body member 58. ) Of three gears 86, 87, 88 disposed on the support shaft. Of these, the first intermediate gear 86 and the second intermediate gear 87 are rotatably disposed in parallel in the front and rear in one of the support shafts, and the driven gear 88 is rotatably disposed in the other support shaft. ing. The first intermediate gear 86 and the second intermediate gear 87 are connected or integrally formed so as not to be capable of relative rotation. The first intermediate gear 86 meshes with the drive gear 85 and the second intermediate gear 86. The gear 87 meshes with the driven gear 88. Accordingly, in the linkage mechanism 54, when the drive gear 85 is rotated by the electric motor 53, the driven gear 88 is rotated via the first intermediate gear 86 and the second intermediate gear 87, and the rack gear 98 meshed with the driven gear 88. The slide member 91 provided with is reciprocated along the first guide portion 59. The driven gear 88 faces the first guide portion 59 across the second guide portion 60 as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15 and as described above.

(Movement assist mechanism)
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 14, the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment includes a movement assist mechanism 55 that biases the effect member 52 from the first position side toward the second position side. In the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, the arc-shaped first guide portion 59 provided in the device main body 51 attached to the installation wall portion 31 is located on the first position side in front of the right plate portion 31C of the installation wall portion 31. It extends mainly in the vertical direction, and mainly extends in the left-right direction on the second position side in front of the left plate portion 31D of the installation wall 31. The gradient increases from the second position side toward the first position side. Is gradually getting steep. Therefore, the closer the effect member 52 is to the first position, the more weight of the effect member 52 is applied to the electric motor 53 via the linkage mechanism 54, and the load applied to the electric motor 53 increases. Therefore, the movement assist mechanism 55 is configured to reduce the load on the electric motor 53 by offsetting the weight of the effect member 52 applied to the electric motor 53.

The movement assist mechanism 55 of the embodiment is arranged in series along the moving direction of the effect member 52, and is a coil spring as a plurality of (two in the embodiment) urging members that can be elastically expanded and deformed in the moving direction. The first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 are disposed between the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 adjacent to each other in the moving direction of the effect member 52. And intermediate members 102 respectively connected to the end portions. The movement assisting mechanism 55 deforms the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 with the movement of the intermediate member 102 in accordance with the movement of the effect member 52 toward the first position by driving the electric motor 53. By doing so, the effect member 52 is configured to be urged toward the second position.

(First coil spring)
The first coil spring 100 disposed on one end of the array, that is, on the second position side of the effect member 52 is a tension type coil spring that can be expanded and contracted in the length direction. The first coil spring 100 includes a first end (an end opposite to the connecting side with the intermediate member) 100A at one end in the longitudinal direction of the elastically deformable coil portion, and a first end at the other end in the longitudinal direction. Two end portions (end portions on the connection side with the intermediate member) 100B are provided. In the first coil spring 100, the second end 100B is connected to the intermediate member 102, and the first end 100A opposite to the second end 100B which is the connection side to the intermediate member 102 is It is fixed by being hooked to a fixing hook (fixing portion) 103 as a fixing portion provided in the apparatus main body 51. The fixing hook 103 is provided at the end on the second position side of the second guide portion 60 in the apparatus main body 51. That is, the first coil spring 100 is housed in the second guide portion 60 in a state where the first end portion 100A is hooked to the fixed hook 103 and the second end portion 100B is connected to the intermediate member 102. The first coil spring 100 can be deformed so as to bend in the longitudinal direction in accordance with the curvature of the curved second guide portion 60.

(Second coil spring)
The second coil spring 101 disposed on the other end of the array, that is, on the first position side of the effect member 52 is a tension type coil spring that can be expanded and contracted in the length direction. The second coil spring 101 includes a first end (an end on the connection side with the intermediate member) 101A at one end in the longitudinal direction of the elastically deformable coil portion, and a second end at the other end in the longitudinal direction. (The end on the side opposite to the connecting side with the intermediate member) 101B is provided. In the second coil spring 101, the first end 101A is connected to the intermediate member 102, and the second end 101B opposite to the first end 101A, which is the connection side to the intermediate member 102, It is configured to be linked to the effect member 52. In the embodiment, a moving member 105 is connected to the second end 101B of the second coil spring 101, and the second end 101B is linked to the effect member 52 via the moving member 105. Has been.

In the movement assist mechanism 55 of the embodiment, the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 have substantially the same length and diameter when not extended (see FIG. 14), but the second coil spring 101 is more than the first coil spring 100. However, a coil spring having a small spring constant is employed. Therefore, when the effect member 52 moves to the first position, the second coil spring 101 becomes longer than the first coil spring 100 as shown in FIG. By using the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 having different spring constants as described above, it is possible to set the moving distance along the second guide portion 60 of the intermediate member 102. That is, when both the coil springs 100 and 101 have the same spring constant, at the first position of the effect member 52, the first end portion 100 </ b> A of the first coil spring 100 that is expanded and deformed and the second end portion 101 </ b> B of the second coil spring 101. The intermediate member 102 moves and stops in the middle. However, when the second coil spring 101 has a smaller spring constant as in the embodiment, the length of the second coil spring 101 is longer than the first coil spring 100 at the first position of the effect member 52 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the intermediate member 102 moves from the middle between the first end 100A of the first coil spring 100 and the second end 101B of the second coil spring 101 to the side closer to the first end 100A of the first coil spring 100. To stop. However, the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 may have the same length, diameter, spring constant, etc., or may have different lengths, diameters, etc.

(Intermediate member)
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, the intermediate member 102 is a member formed into a curve with the same curvature as the curvature of the second guide portion 60. That is, the intermediate member 102 is curved in the longitudinal direction and has a main body portion 102A that is set to have a small thickness in the front-rear direction, and a first latching portion that is formed so as to protrude rearward at one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 102A. 102B and a second hooking portion 102C formed to protrude rearward at the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 102A. A second end 100B of the first coil spring 100 is hooked on the first hook 102B, and a first end 101A of the second coil spring 101 is hooked on the second hook 102C. It is hooked. As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the intermediate member 102 is positioned so that the main body portion 102 </ b> A is biased to the front wall 81 side in the second guide portion 60 and the front side of the driven gear 88 of the linkage mechanism 54. It arrange | positions at the 2nd guide part 60 so that it may be located in.

The intermediate member 102 is elastically deformed along the second guide portion 60 by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 in conjunction with the effect member 52 moving between the first position and the second position. As a result, the reciprocating movement in an arc shape along the second guide portion 60 starts. As shown in FIG. 15, the intermediate member 102 always moves the main body 102 </ b> A behind the driven gear 88 when moving between the first position and the second position of the effect member 52. Thus, the length of the main body 102A is set so that the first hook 102B and the second hook 102C do not come into contact with the driven gear 88. That is, at the first position of the effect member 52, the intermediate member 102 moves and stops so that the first hooking portion 102B comes close to the driven gear 88 as shown in FIG. At the first position, as shown in FIG. 15 (b), the second hooking portion 102 </ b> C moves so as to approach the driven gear 88 and stops.

(Moving member)
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, the moving member 105 is disposed so as to be movable along the second guide portion 60 following the movement of the effect member 52. The moving member 105 is located in the second guide part 60, a connecting part 106 to which the second coil spring 101 is connected, and a connecting part 106 connected to the connecting part 106 and located in the first guide part 59, The effect member 52 includes a contact portion 107 that can contact from the second position side. As shown in FIGS. 5, 12, and 16, grooves 106 </ b> A and 106 </ b> A that engage with the second slits 75 provided in the front main body member 58 are formed in the connecting part 106. It is formed in parallel along the direction. Accordingly, the moving member 105 can reciprocate along the second guide portion 60 in a state where the groove portions 106A and 106A are engaged with the second slit 75.

The abutting portion 107 of the moving member 105 is formed so as to protrude to the second position side along the extending direction of the first guide portion 59 from the connecting position with the connecting portion 106 to a required length. The contact portion 107 is formed to bend with the same curvature as the curvature of the first guide portion 59, and the end portion of the slide member 91 in the effect member 52 can be separated from the protruding end portion 107 </ b> A of the corresponding contact portion 107. It comes to contact with. That is, the effect member 52 is configured to come into contact with the contact portion 107 of the moving member 105 so as to be separable from the second position side.

As shown in FIG. 13, the movement assist mechanism 55 configured as described above projects in the contact portion 107 of the moving member 105 when the effect member 52 is in the first position. The effect member 52 is brought into contact with the end portion 107A from the second position side, and the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 are extended and deformed with the movement of the intermediate member 102, so that the effect member 52 is moved to the second position side. To be energized. The urging force generated by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 that are extended and deformed is set to be the same as the weight of the effect member 52 stopped at the first position, or is slightly larger than the weight of the effect member 52 or It is set to be slightly smaller. Then, as the effect member 52 moves from the first position to the second position, the amount of expansion and deformation of the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 decreases, so that the urging force by both the coil springs 100 and 101 gradually decreases. Become.

Further, the movement assist mechanism 55 of the embodiment is configured such that the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 are in the middle while the effect member 52 is moved from the first position to the second position by driving the electric motor 53. It is comprised so that it may return to the length of and may be in a non-expanded state. Therefore, after the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 have reached their original lengths, the effect member 52 is separated from the contact portion 107 of the moving member 105. Then, between the position where the effect member 52 is separated from the moving member 105 and the second position, the bias of the effect member 52 by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 is released.

In the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, as described above, the arc-shaped first guide portion 59 provided in the device main body 51 extends mainly in the left-right direction on the second position side, and the second position As the value approaches, the weight of the effect member 52 does not apply to the electric motor 53 via the linkage mechanism 54. Therefore, even if the effect member 52 approaches the second position, if the effect member 52 is urged toward the second position by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101, the urging forces of the coil springs 100 and 101 are reversed. There is a risk of applying to the electric motor 53. Therefore, in the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, as described above, the effect member 52 is moved in the middle of the effect member 52 moving from the first position to the second position along the first guide portion 59. By separating from the abutting portion 107 of 105, the urging force of the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 is applied to the effect member 52 in the region where the effect member 52 mainly moves in the left-right direction. Can be released.

Note that the positions where the effect member 52 and the moving member 105 abut or separate (referred to as “contact / separation position G”) are the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the movement assist mechanism 55 as shown in FIG. Is set based on the direction of the urging force that pushes up the effect member 52. That is, the direction of the urging force S of the coil springs 100 and 101 with respect to the effect member 52 is such that the first guide portion 59 passes through the contact position between the slide member 91 of the effect member 52 and the protruding end portion 107A of the moving member 105. The direction of the tangent line L1 and the angle of the urging force of both the coil springs 100 and 101 (the urging angle θ) with respect to the perpendicular line L2 change with the movement of the contact position between the slide member 91 and the protruding end 107A. Here, when the urging angle θ> 45 °, the force (pushing toward the second position) S2 that pushes the effect member 52 vertically rather than the push-up force S1 that pushes up the effect member 52 vertically becomes larger. When the effect member 52 is moved from the second position to the first position, the load applied to the electric motor 53 is increased by the horizontally pushing force S2. Further, in the range of the urging angle θ <45 °, a force to push down by the weight of the effect member 52 acts, so that the effect member 52 is moved to the first position against the urging force of both the coil springs 100 and 101. Easy to move. That is, by setting the contact / separation position G within the range of the urging angle θ ≦ 45 °, the assisting member 52 moves from the first position to the second position while assisting the first of the effecting member 52. It is possible to facilitate movement from the second position to the first position. In view of this, in the embodiment, in the state where the urging angle θ = 45 °, the effect member 52 is configured to be located in a region that moves mainly in the left-right direction in the first guide portion 59. The contact / separation position G is set within the range of the bias angle θ ≦ 35 ° (specifically, the bias angle θ = 33 °).

(Other parts)
At the end of the effect member 52 on the first position side, a detection piece 111 that is detected by the sensor 110 disposed in the apparatus main body 51 when the effect member 52 arrives at the first position is provided. . Accordingly, when the effect member 52 arrives at the first position and the detection piece 111 is detected by the sensor 110, the drive of the electric motor 53 is stopped.

(Second movable production device)
As shown in FIG. 5, the second movable effect device 120 includes a horizontally long and plate-like device main body 121 and an effect member 122 that is rotatably disposed at the front center of the device main body 121. The apparatus main body 121 and the effect member 122 have a built-in illumination board, and the apparatus main body 121 and the effect member 122 are configured to illuminate when an LED provided on the illumination board emits light. As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative plates 77, 77 disposed on the first movable effect device 120 are positioned on the front side of the device main body 121, and are incorporated in the device main body 121. Then, the decorative plate 77, 77 is irradiated from the rear side by the LED of the illumination board emitting light. The second movable effect device 120 is assumed to be displaced rearward as the device main body 121 moves toward the display opening 34 (downward) on the assumption that the first movable effect device 50 is disposed on the front side. It is installed in an inclined manner, and consideration is given to avoid interference between the effect member 122 and the device main body 121 of the first movable effect device 50.

(Operation of Example)
In the pachinko machine P according to the embodiment configured as described above, the game ball launched into the game area 10 of the game board D enters the first start prize port 20A or the second start prize port 20B of the start prize device 20. When the main control device receives a ball detection signal from the ball detection switch disposed in the start winning device 20 after winning a prize, the main control device performs a big win lottery and sends a control signal to the overall control device. The output is performed and a symbol variation effect is performed in the display effect unit H1 of the symbol display device H. Then, when a big win occurs as a result of the jackpot lottery, the main control device causes the display effect unit H1 of the symbol display device H to stop display with a predetermined symbol combination via the overall control device, and the special winning device The open / close door 21A is opened to open the winning opening.

The overall control device adjusts the first movable effect device 50 and the second movable effect device 120 to the game content in the display effect unit H1 of the symbol display device H based on the control signal from the main control device. And comprehensively control the operation. That is, the overall control device operates one of the first and second movable effect devices 50 and 120 independently based on the game content in the display effect unit H1 of the symbol display device H, or each movable effect. The devices 50 and 120 are operated simultaneously or synchronously. The overall control device controls the lighting of the lighting means disposed on the first decorative member 40, the second decorative member 41, and the like, and controls the operation of various electric game parts.

And in the said 1st movable production | presentation apparatus 50, when the said electric motor 53 is a non-driving state, as shown to FIG. 2 and FIG. 13, the said production linked with this electric motor 53 via the said linkage mechanism 54 The member 52 is held at the first position. In this state, since the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the movement assist mechanism 55 are in an extended state, the effect member 52 is moved to the second position by the weight of the effect member 52 and the coil springs 100 and 101. The urging force toward the position side is the same or the urging forces of the coil springs 100 and 101 are slightly increased. As a result, the weight of the effect member 52 is almost cancelled, and the electric motor 53 is hardly subjected to a load due to the weight of the effect member 52. In the state where the effect member 52 is stopped at the first position, as shown in FIG. 2, the effect member 52 is overlapped with the front side of the first decorative member 40, and the first decorative member 40 is on the front side. Therefore, the second movable effect device 120 can be visually recognized from the front side, and the effect state of the second movable effect device 120 can be viewed from the player.

When the electric motor 53 is driven and controlled by the overall control device, the effect member 52 stopped at the first position is rotated along the first guide portion 59 by the rotation of the driven gear 88 of the linkage mechanism 54. To move toward the second position. At this time, since the effect member 52 is biased to the second position side by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 in the movement assist mechanism 55, the effect member 52 moves upward immediately after starting to move from the first position. However, the weight of the effect member 52 is hardly added to the electric motor 53. Accordingly, since the load on the electric motor 53 is small, the effect member 52 moves smoothly.

The first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the movement assist mechanism 55 are contracted to the original non-expanded state with the movement of the intermediate member 102 while the effect member 52 moves from the first position to the second position. Then, the moving member 105 that has moved along the second guide part 60 following the movement of the effect member 52 stops. As a result, the slide member 91 of the effect member 52 that has been in contact with the contact portion 107 of the moving member 105 is separated from the contact portion 107 of the move member 105, and the effect member 52 is driven by the electric motor 53. It moves toward the second position only by force. Note that after the effect member 52 and the moving member 105 are separated, the effect member 52 moves substantially to the left, and the weight of the effect member 52 is hardly applied to the electric motor 53. 52 moves smoothly toward the second position.

When the effect member 52 reaches the second position, the electric motor 53 is controlled to be stopped or reversely driven. When the electric motor 53 is controlled to stop, the effect member 52 is stopped and held at the second position, and when the electric motor 53 is reversely driven, the effect member 52 is moved from the second position to the first position side. To move to. 4 and 14, the urging forces of the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the figure movement assist mechanism 55 do not act on the effect member 52 at the second position of the effect member 52 shown in FIGS. When the movement stops, the effect member 52 is stopped and held at the second position.

On the other hand, if the electric motor 53 is reversely driven when the effect member 52 is in the second position, the effect member 52 is not in contact with the moving member 105, and therefore the effect member 52 is driven by the driving force of the electric motor 53. Move from the second position toward the first position. Since the effect member 52 moves mainly to the right in the state close to the second position, the load applied to the electric motor 53 is considerably smaller than when the effect member is moved upward. The member 52 moves smoothly toward the first position. When the slide member 91 of the effect member 52 comes into contact with the protruding end portion 107A of the contact portion 107 of the moving member 105, the moving member 105 is pushed along with the movement of the effect member 52 toward the first position. The first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 in the movement assist mechanism 55 begin to move and gradually expand and deform as the intermediate member 102 moves.

Although the moving direction changes downward as the effect member 52 approaches the first position along the first guide portion 59, the effect member 52 is moved to the second position by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the movement assist mechanism 55. The urging force that urges to the side gradually increases. Therefore, even when the effect member 52 approaches the first position, the weight of the effect member 52 is almost offset by the urging force of the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101, so the effect member 52 The driving force smoothly moves to the first position.

According to the pachinko machine P of the embodiment configured as described above, the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 arranged in series in the movement assist mechanism 55 are connected to the ends of the coil springs 100 and 101. As the effect member 52 of the first movable effect device 50 moves toward the first position side by being extended and deformed with the movement of the intermediate member 102, the effect member is urged toward the second position side by the electric motor 53. When moving 52 from the first position to the second position, it is possible to reduce the load applied to the electric motor 53 and move the effect member 52 smoothly. In particular, in the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, the moving direction of the first guide portion 59 is substantially vertical on the side close to the first position of the effect member 52, so the weight of the effect member 52 is the electric motor 53. Although the effect member 52 is biased toward the second position by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 of the movement assist mechanism 55, the weight of the effect member 52 is offset, and the electric motor 53 The load is preferably reduced.

In the movement assist mechanism 55, since the two first coil springs 100 and the second coil spring 101 are arranged in series along the moving direction of the effect member 52, the first coil spring with respect to the movement amount of the effect member 52. 100 and the second coil spring 101 are respectively deformed, so that the amount of deformation of the individual coil springs 100 and 101 can be kept small, and the occurrence of the sag and plastic deformation of the coil springs 100 and 101 can be prevented. In addition, the moving distance of the effect member 52 can be set larger than the deformation amount of each of the first coil springs 100 and the second coil springs 101. Furthermore, since the movement assist mechanism 55 is composed of the two coil springs 100 and 101, the lengths of both the coil springs 100 and 101 are shorter than the case where the movement assist mechanism is composed of one coil spring, and the effect member 52 The amount of arcuate bending deformation along the second guide portion 60 of the two coil springs 100 and 101 accompanying the movement of the first position and the second position is reduced. Therefore, the contact between the curved inner wall surface of the second guide portion 60 and the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 is avoided or minimized, so that the wall surface and both the coil springs 100 and 101 are prevented from being worn. Further, it is possible to prevent the expansion and contraction of the coil springs 100 and 101 from being disturbed by the contact with the wall surface, or the malfunction of the effect member 52 due to this.

Further, in the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, since the moving member 105 provided in the movement assist mechanism 55 and the effect member 52 can be separated, the effect member 52 is moved to the first position by driving the electric motor 53. When the effect member 52 is in contact with the moving member 105 when moving from the first position to the second position, the effect member 52 is urged toward the second position by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101. The load applied to the electric motor 53 can be reduced. Further, after the effect member 52 is separated from the moving member 105 in the middle of moving from the first position to the second position, the bias of the effect member 52 by the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 is released. It is possible to avoid the effect member 52 being unnecessarily biased. In particular, in the first movable effect device 50 of the embodiment, since the inclination of the first guide portion 59 is reduced and extends in the left-right direction on the side close to the second position side of the effect member 52, the weight of the effect member 52 is increased. Therefore, the urging force of the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 is unnecessary, and the urging force of the coil springs 100 and 101 prevents the electric motor 53 from being reversely loaded. Can do.

Since the moving member 105 is provided with a contact portion 107 that contacts the slide member 91 of the effect member 52, the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 are expressed via the move member 105. The member 52 can be appropriately added. In addition, the abutting portion 107 of the moving member 105 protrudes toward the second position along the moving direction of the effect member 52 (the extending direction of the first guide portion 59) from the position where it is connected to the connecting portion 106. Therefore, when the effect member 52 moves between the first position and the second position by changing the projecting length of the corresponding contact portion 107 toward the second position, the effect member 52 is moved. The timing at which the moving member 105 abuts and the timing at which the moving member 105 abuts can be adjusted.

Further, the first movable effect device 50 is arranged so that the driven gear 88 of the linkage mechanism 54 crosses the second guide part 60, so that the electric motor 53 sandwiches the second guide part 60. Since the effect member 52 is disposed on the opposite side of the moving region of the effect member 52, the effect member 52 can avoid the interference with the electric motor 53 and appropriately secure the amount of movement. And since the said electric motor 53 avoids interference with the production member 52, the freedom degree of the arrangement | positioning position of this electric motor 53 is raised. In addition, since the main body 102A of the intermediate member 102 is formed thin, and the driven gear 88 of the linkage mechanism 54 is disposed at a position that always overlaps the intermediate member 102, the driven gear 88 is connected to the first coil spring 100 or the like. Interference with the second coil spring 101 can prevent the slide movement of the effect member 52 from being hindered.

Further, in the movement assist mechanism 55, the first coil spring 100 and the second coil spring 101 can be deformed so as to bend in the longitudinal direction, so that the first guide portion 59 and the second guide portion 60 are curved in an arc shape. Thus, the effect member 52 can be configured to move in an arc shape between the first position and the second position along the first guide portion 59.
