Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pulse wave signal processing device, a pulse wave measuring device, and a program.
Patent Document 1 listed below discloses a pulse wave sensor unit that outputs a pulse wave signal representing a pulse wave obtained by irradiating light to a measurement site such as a wrist for measuring a pulse wave and receiving light reflected by the measurement site. And an acceleration sensor that detects body movement at the measurement site, and the pulse wave signal output from the pulse wave sensor unit and the acceleration signal detected by the acceleration sensor are input to the adaptive filter and included in the pulse wave signal. A technique for removing a noise component caused by venous blood is disclosed.
By the way, when the measurement site is congested, venous blood at the measurement site increases, so blood moves due to body movements such as moving the measurement site up and down, and the blood volume at the measurement site is higher than when there is no congestion. It changes a lot. Therefore, in a congested state, the pulse wave signal is affected by noise due to blood movement at the measurement site rather than noise due to body movement. Since an acceleration sensor cannot detect a change in blood volume, a noise component due to venous blood cannot be removed even if an acceleration signal is used during congestion.
The present invention provides a technique capable of improving the measurement accuracy of a pulse wave during congestion.

(First embodiment)
(Constitution)
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of a pulse wave measurement device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The pulse wave measuring device 1 includes a
制御部11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)とメモリ(ROM(Read Only Memory)及びRAM(Random Access Memory)を有し、ROMに記憶されている制御プログラムをCPUが実行することにより制御部11と接続されている各部を制御する。
The
The
The
The
The
The A /
Under the control of the
Next, functions of the
The pulse
When the measurement site is congested, the adaptive
The pulse wave measurement signal includes an AC component (Alternating Current) representing pulsation and a DC component (Direct Current) representing baseline fluctuation. The AC component represents a change in the amount of light reflected by arterial blood at the measurement site, that is, a heartbeat in the artery, and changes with time. The DC component represents the amount of light reflected by living tissue other than the arteries and veins of the measurement site and venous blood, and changes according to the venous blood volume. That is, the impedance represents a change in the DC component. When the measurement site is moved in a congested state, the venous blood volume changes. Therefore, the pulse wave measurement signal is more affected by noise due to changes in venous blood volume than noise due to body movement. Therefore, in the case of a congested state, noise due to venous blood is removed from the pulse wave measurement signal using an impedance measurement signal instead of an acceleration signal representing body movement. On the other hand, when the blood flow is not congested, the change in the venous blood volume is smaller than in the blood congested state even if the measurement site is moved. large. Therefore, in a state where the blood is not congested, noise due to body movement is removed from the pulse wave measurement signal using the acceleration signal.
The
(Operation example)
Hereinafter, an operation example of the pulse wave measuring apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an operation flow of the pulse wave measuring apparatus 1. When the
In the
The
When the impedance data value is larger than the predetermined threshold value in step S13 (step S13: NO), the
In the embodiment described above, it is possible to detect whether or not the measurement site is congested by using the impedance representing the change in blood volume at the measurement site. Also, in the case of congestion, a pulse wave signal is output using an impedance measurement signal representing a change in venous blood volume, so that the noise component due to venous blood contained in the pulse wave measurement signal is removed and acceleration occurs during congestion. Compared with the case where a pulse wave signal is output using a signal, the measurement accuracy of the pulse wave can be improved.

The pulse wave measuring device 1 employs a configuration in which all of the constituent parts of the device are arranged in the same casing and worn on the body of the measurement subject. That is, both measurement by a pulse wave sensor or the like and output of pulse information by analysis of measurement data are performed in the same apparatus worn by the measurement subject.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of the pulse
The mounting
That is, the mounting

The
The operation of the pulse
Specifically, the mounting

(Modification)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be carried out by being modified as follows. Further, the following modifications may be combined.
(1) In the above-described embodiment, an example in which detection of whether or not the blood is congested has been described based on the measurement result of the
(2) In the above-described embodiment, the example in which it is detected that the blood is congested when the impedance data is less than or equal to the threshold value has been described. However, the threshold value may be adjusted for each person who measures the pulse wave. Good. In this case, before measuring the pulse wave, the measurement site is not congested and the impedance of the congested state is measured in advance for each measurement target, and the measurement result in the congested state is set as a threshold value. Also good.
(3) In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the light emitting / receiving
(4) In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the
(5) In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the pulse wave measuring device 1 is provided with the
(6) In the above-described embodiment, an example in which a pulse wave signal is output by adaptive filter processing has been described. However, a pulse wave signal may be output using an independent component analysis method.
(7) In the second embodiment described above, the components related to the detection of blood stasis using measurement data and the generation / output of pulse information among the main components included in the pulse
