Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるインバータは、直列型H−ブリッジ高圧インバータの単位電力セルの入力端構造を変更して回生運転が可能にし、制動抵抗(dynamic braking resistor)を要しないため、DCリンクキャパシタのサイズを従来の高圧インバータより減らすことができる。

Claims (9)
- 直列連結された3つのグループが、各々電動機に相電圧を伝達するように構成される複数の電力セル、
入力電源部と前記電力セルとの間に連結されて、三相の入力電源の高調波を低減する複数の入力フィルタ、及び
前記入力電源部と前記電力セルとの間に連結されて、前記電力セルへ入力される電圧をスイッチングする複数のスイッチング信号生成部を含むことを特徴とする、回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記入力電源部から入力される 入力電源を電気的に絶縁して前記複数の電力セルに各々提供する移相変圧器をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。
- 前記入力フィルタは、入力電源を受信する3つの入力端を備え、
前記入力端と各々連結されるインダクタ、及び
前記インダクタとデルタ結線を成して連結されるキャパシタを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記入力フィルタは、
前記インダクタの各々に並列連結されて、入力電源の共振を除去する抵抗をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記電力セルは、
前記入力フィルタの出力電圧を受信して、出力電圧を整流した直流電圧を出力する能動整流部、
前記直流電圧を保存するDCリンクキャパシタ、及び
前記保存された直流電圧から出力電圧を合成するインバータ部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記能動整流部は、
各相電圧に対して各々並列連結される複数のスイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記スイッチング信号生成部は、
前記複数のスイッチを制御して、前記電力セルと前記入力電源部を瞬時的に連結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記スイッチは、
並列連結されるトランジスタとダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。 - 前記スイッチング信号生成部は、
前記入力電源部から入力される入力電源から線間電圧を測定し、測定された線間電圧から電源角を抽出して、前記電力セルへ入力される電圧をスイッチングすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の回生型高圧インバータ。
