Abstract
【解決手段】流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、炭素数9〜23のイソアルコールと、2−エチルブタン酸(2−Ethylbutanoicacid)とのエステル化反応により得られる脂肪族モノカルボン酸エステルを基油とし、添加剤として、オイル酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部、金属酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部、耐圧防止剤0.01から2重量部を含む。

Description
実施例1はイソステアリン酸アルコール(Isostearic alcohol)と2−エチルブタン酸(2−Ethylbutanoic acid)を反応させて、エチルブタン酸イソステアリル(Isostearyl ethylbutanoate)を合成した。
比較例1はセバシン酸ジオクチル(Dioctyl Sebacate、DOS)とアジピン酸ジオクチル(Dioctyl adipate、DOA)とのエステル化反応により潤滑油組成物を製造し、比較例2はアゼライン酸ジオクチル(Dioctyl azelate、DOZ)とアジピン酸ジオクチル(Dioctyl adipate、DOA)とのエステル化反応により潤滑油組成物を製造し、その他の添加剤の種類及び含量は実施例と同一である。

Claims (18)
- 前記脂肪族モノカルボン酸エステルは、エチルブタン酸イソステアリル(Isostearyl ethylbutanoate)である請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、オイル酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記オイル酸化防止剤は2,2’−メチレン−ビス(4−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)(2,2’−methylene−bis(4−methyl−6−tert−butylphenol))である請求項4に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、金属酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記金属酸化防止剤は、バリウムジフェニルアミン−4−スルホネート(Barium diphenylamine−4−sulfonate)である請求項6に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、耐圧防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記耐圧防止剤は、リン酸トリクレシル(Tricresyl Phosphate)である請求項8に記載の流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物。
- 前記脂肪族モノカルボン酸エステルは、エチルブタン酸イソステアリル(Isostearyl ethylbutanoate)である請求項10に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、オイル酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項10に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記オイル酸化防止剤は2,2’−メチレン−ビス(4−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)(2,2’−methylene−bis(4−methyl−6−tert−butylphenol))である請求項13に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、金属酸化防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項10に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記金属酸化防止剤は、バリウムジフェニルアミン−4−スルホネート(Barium diphenylamine−4−sulfonate)である請求項15に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記流体動圧軸受用潤滑油組成物は、耐圧防止剤0.01から2重量部をさらに含む請求項10に記載のHDD用モータ。
- 前記耐圧防止剤は、リン酸トリクレシル(Tricresyl Phosphate)である請求項17に記載のHDD用モータ。
