Description

The present invention relates to a railway vehicle, and more particularly to a railway vehicle capable of suppressing water from entering through a bolt insertion hole into a vehicle body when an inspection lid is provided on an outer wall surface of a side structure.

There is known a railway vehicle configured by housing equipment in a side structure. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a railway vehicle in which an opening cock for opening a side door is housed in a side structure. In an emergency, the opening / closing cock is operated to release the air pressure of the air cylinder that drives the side entry / exit door, so that the side entry / exit door can be manually opened and closed. This open cock is operated by opening an inspection lid provided on the wall surface (Patent Document 1).

JP 2009-001189 A (paragraphs [0011, 0012] and FIG. 2 etc.)

Here, since the inspection lid of Patent Document 1 described above is provided on the wall surface in the vehicle interior, the waterproof property is not a problem. On the other hand, when the inspection lid is provided on the outer wall surface of the side structure, there is a problem in that water enters the vehicle body from the insertion hole through which the bolt is inserted.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and in the case where an inspection lid is provided on the outer wall surface of a side structure, a railway vehicle capable of suppressing water from entering into the vehicle body from a bolt insertion hole. The purpose is to provide.

Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention

According to the railway vehicle of claim 1, the storage member has the flange portion extending inward from the open end on the one surface side of the container body, and the flange portion of the storage member extends along the opening of the side structure. Since the inspection lid is fastened and fixed to the flange portion of the storage member by a bolt, even if water enters from the bolt insertion hole, the water is retained in the container body of the storage member, There is an effect that intrusion into the vehicle body can be suppressed.

According to the railway vehicle of the second aspect, in addition to the effect achieved by the railway vehicle according to the first aspect, the flange portion of the storage member is brought into contact with the rear surface side of the outer surface plate of the side structure, and the outer surface plate of the side structure. Since the inspection lid is brought into contact with the surface side of the housing and the overlapped portions of the inspection lid, the outer surface plate of the side structure and the flange portion of the storage member are fastened and fixed by bolts, the inspection cover and the storage member are firmly attached to the side structure. There is an effect that it can be fixed to.

In addition, the number of bolts necessary for fastening and fixing can be reduced by overlapping the inspection lid, the outer surface plate of the side structure, and the flange portion of the storage member, and fastening the overlapped portions with bolts. Can be reduced. That is, a bolt for fastening and fixing the flange portion of the storage member to the side structure and a bolt for fastening and fixing the inspection lid to the side structure can be used together. As a result, there is an effect that the number of parts can be reduced, and the weight of the railway vehicle can be reduced and the product cost can be reduced.

According to the railway vehicle of the third aspect, in addition to the effect achieved by the railway vehicle according to the second aspect, the present invention includes the contact plate portion that connects the outer surface of the container body of the storage member and the rear surface of the inner surface plate of the side structure. There is an effect that the storage member can be firmly fixed to the side structure.

That is, the storage member has a structure in which the container body protrudes from the flange portion fastened and fixed to the outer surface plate of the side structure, and the container body becomes unstable with respect to vibrations during traveling. By connecting to the back surface of the inner plate of the side structure at the contact portion, the container body can be firmly fixed to the side structure, and as a result, the container body can be stably held.

The abutting portion is composed of a plate-like body, and one side of the plate-like body is welded and fixed to the back side of the inner surface plate of the side structure, and the other side of the plate-like body is welded to the outer surface side of the container body. It is good also as a structure to fix. Thereby, the shape of the contact portion and the assembly process thereof can be simplified, and the product cost can be reduced accordingly.

According to the railway vehicle of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect achieved by the railway vehicle according to the second or third aspect, the inspection lid has a fixed portion formed in a front view frame shape, and a central opening of the fixed portion is opened and closed. Since the structure is opened and closed by the lid portion, the sealing portion for watertightness between the opening and closing lid portion and the fixed portion can be formed into a continuous shape. As a result, there is an effect that the waterproof performance can be improved.

Moreover, the inspection lid can be unitized. Therefore, it is not necessary to ensure the waterproof performance in relation to other members outside the unit, and the waterproof performance can be ensured only by the relationship between the members constituting the unit. Therefore, the tolerance at the time of assembling to the side structure can be relaxed, and as a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the overall configuration of the railway vehicle 1 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a side view of a railway vehicle 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in FIG. 1, while showing the rail vehicle 1 typically, the front-back direction is abbreviate | omitted and illustrated.

As shown in FIG. 1, a railway vehicle 1 includes a plurality of wheels 2 that roll on a rail, a carriage 3 that supports the wheels 2, and a structure that is supported by the carriage 3 and that accommodates passengers and passengers. 4 is mainly provided. The side structure 5 of the structure 4 is provided with a side door 6, a window 7, an inspection lid 10 and the like.

The side door 6 is opened and closed by the driving force of the air cylinder. During normal times, the air pressure supplied to the air cylinder is pressurized, and the closed state of the side door 6 is maintained. An open cock DV is interposed in the air cylinder. In an emergency, the open / close door DV 6 can be manually opened and closed by operating the open cock DV to release the air pressure of the air cylinder.

An inspection lid 10 is provided on the outer wall surface of the side structure 5 in which the open cock DV is accommodated so as to be opened and closed. When it is necessary to operate the open cock DV in an emergency, the open cock DV can be operated from outside the vehicle by opening the inspection lid 10. Here, a structure for attaching the inspection lid 10 to the side structure 5 will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged side view of the railway vehicle 1 and corresponds to a partially enlarged view of a portion II in FIG. 3 and 4 are partially enlarged sectional views of the railway vehicle 1 taken along the line III-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged sectional view of the railway vehicle 1 taken along the line V-V in FIG. 3 shows a state in which the opening / closing lid portion 12 of the inspection lid 10 is closed, and FIG. 4 shows a state in which the opening / closing lid portion 12 of the inspection lid 10 is opened. 3 and 5, the portion where the inspection lid 10 is fastened and fixed by the bolt B is partially enlarged.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the side structure 5 has a double skin structure in which an outer surface plate 5a forming an outer wall surface and an inner surface plate 5b arranged to face the outer surface plate 5a are connected by a web 5c. It is formed. The side structure 5 has an opening 5d that is an opening having a rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and the opening valve DV is accommodated at a position facing the opening 5d.

The side structure 5 is formed with an outer surface plate 5a projecting inward from the inner surface plate 5b, and through holes 5e through which bolts B can be inserted into a plurality of portions (10 locations in the present embodiment) of the projecting portion. Is formed. Each of these insertion holes 5e is formed at a position corresponding to an insertion hole 11d of the inspection lid 10 described later.

The inspection lid 10 is a member having a rectangular shape in front view that closes the opening 5 d of the side structure 5, and includes a fixing portion 11, an opening / closing lid portion 12, and a seal portion 13. The fixing portion 11 is a plate-like body formed in a frame shape when viewed from the front (see FIG. 2), and is fastened and fixed to the flange portion 22 of the storage member 20 and the extension plate 21f (screw receiver 23) by the bolt B.

The fixing portion 11 is provided with insertion holes 11d at a plurality of locations (10 locations in the present embodiment). A part (seven) of the 10 bolts B inserted through the insertion hole 11d are screwed into the female screw portion 22a of the flange portion 22 through the insertion hole 5e of the outer surface plate 5a. The remaining (three) bolts B are screwed into the female thread portion 23a of the screw receiver 23 through the insertion hole 5e of the outer surface plate 5a and the insertion hole 21f1 of the extending wall 21f.

The central opening of the fixing part 11 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the front. A seal receiver 11a having a U-shaped cross section is continuously attached to the peripheral edge portion of the central opening over the entire circumference. The seal receiver 11a accommodates a seal portion 13 formed endlessly from a rubber-like elastic body. When the open / close lid portion 12 is closed (see FIGS. 3 and 5), the seal portion 13 is open / close lid portion 12. Is continuously in contact with the periphery of the back surface of the back surface, forming a watertight state.

A hinge receiver 11b is attached to the back surface of the fixing portion 11 (the right side surface in FIGS. 3 and 4). As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an opening / closing lid 12 is supported by the hinge receiver 11 b through a hinge h so as to be opened and closed. The torsion coil spring S is disposed on the hinge h, and the torsion torque of the torsion coil spring S biases the opening / closing lid 12 in the closing direction. Thereby, the seal portion 13 is pressed against the back surface of the opening / closing lid portion 12.

Below the fixing portion 11 (lower side in FIG. 2), drain holes 11c are formed at a plurality of locations (two locations in the present embodiment). The drain hole 11c is a through hole for discharging water that has entered the storage member 20 from the insertion hole 11d or the like to the outside. Therefore, it can suppress that water stays in the storage member 20 (container body 21) over a long period of time.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the drain hole 11c is arrange | positioned between the adjacent of the several bolt B which fastens and fixes the lower edge part of the fixing | fixed part 11 (three in this Embodiment). Therefore, when water is discharged from the drain hole 11c, the water can be prevented from flowing down on the bolt B. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from entering the vehicle body from the insertion hole 11d of the bolt B located below the drain hole 11c.

The opening / closing lid portion 12 is a member for closing the central opening of the fixing portion 11, and is formed in a rectangular shape in front view with an outer shape slightly smaller than the central opening of the fixing portion 11 (see FIG. 2). Therefore, when the open / close lid 12 is closed, the open / close lid 12 is disposed in the central opening of the fixed portion 11, and the outer surfaces (the left side surface in FIG. 3) of the fixed portion 11 and the open / close lid 12 are flush with each other. (See FIGS. 3 and 5).

An arm portion 12a is disposed on the back surface of the open / close lid portion 12 (the surface on the right side in FIG. 3). One end side of the arm portion 12a is pivotally supported by the hinge h described above, whereby the opening / closing lid portion 12 is supported by the fixing portion 11 so as to be openable and closable around the rotation shaft of the hinge h. Note that the arm portion 12a is formed in a fan shape with the rotation axis of the hinge h as a center in order to avoid interference with other members during opening and closing. However, when the arm member 12a is brought into contact with the back surface of the seal receiver 11a, the opening of the opening / closing lid 12 is restricted in a horizontal posture (see FIG. 4).

A storage member 20 is disposed on the rear surface side (the vehicle body inner side, the right side in FIGS. 3 and 4) corresponding to the opening 5 a of the side structure 5. Here, the storage member 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.

6A is a front view of the storage member 20, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the storage member 20 taken along line VIb-VIb in FIG. 6A. 7A is a cross-sectional view of the storage member 20 taken along line VIIa-VIIa in FIG. 6A, and FIG. 7B is a bottom view of the storage member 20 as viewed in the direction of arrow VIIb in FIG. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the storage member 20 includes a container body 21, a flange portion 22, and a screw receiver 23. The container body 21 is formed in a container shape in which one surface side (for example, the left side in FIG. 6B) is opened, and an open valve DV is provided in the container shape (inside the internal space formed between the inspection lid 10). And water that enters from the outside.

The storage member 20 is removed from the standing tip of the rear plate 21a that is substantially rectangular in front view, the standing plates 21b to 21e that rise from the four sides of the rear plate 21a, and the standing plate 21c among the standing plates 21b to 21e. And an extending plate 21f extending in the direction.

When the storage member 20 is attached to the side structure 5, the back plate 21a is disposed to face the inspection lid 10, the upright plate 21b is on the ceiling side, the upright plate 21c is on the floor side, and the upright plate 21d. , 21e are arranged on the front and rear sides of the vehicle body (left side or right side in FIG. 1), respectively (see FIGS. 3 to 5).

As shown in FIG. 6B, the standing plate 21c arranged on the floor side is inclined downward with respect to the back plate 21a. That is, in a state where the storage member 20 is attached to the side structure 5, the standing plate 21c is inclined downward in the direction from the back plate 21a toward the inspection lid 10 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). Accordingly, the water that has entered the storage member 20 (container body 21) does not stay, and the water can flow down toward the drain hole 11c and can be discharged to the outside more quickly.

Moreover, it becomes possible to position the drain hole 11c in the deepest part of the space where water is stored by the downward inclination of the standing plate 21c. Therefore, it is possible to improve the efficiency of discharging the water that has entered the storage member 20 (container body 21) to the outside. In the present embodiment, the drain hole 11c is located at a position where the inclination direction of the standing plate 21c is extended (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

In the standing plate 21d, two piping holes 21d1 through which piping is inserted are opened. Using this pipe hole 21d1, the pipe is connected to the open valve DV housed in the housing member 20 (see FIGS. 3 to 5). In this case, since the piping hole 21d1 is disposed sufficiently above the drain hole 11c (see FIGS. 3 and 4), water that has entered the storage member 20 enters the inside of the vehicle body from the piping hole 21d1. Never do.

The extending plate 21f is formed with insertion holes 21f1 at a plurality of locations (three locations in the present embodiment). Further, a screw receiver 23 is disposed on the back surface of the extended plate 21f (the surface on the right side in FIG. 6B) corresponding to the insertion hole 21f1. The screw receiver 23 is formed with a female screw hole 23a communicating with the insertion hole 21f1. A female screw is threaded on the inner peripheral surface of the female screw hole 23a, and a bolt B inserted into the insertion hole 21f1 of the extension plate 21f is fastened (screwed) (see FIGS. 3 and 4). ).

The flange portion 22 is a plate-like member to which the bolt B is fastened and fixed (see FIGS. 3 to 5), and is disposed at an open end on one surface side (left side in FIG. 6B) of the container body 21. , Extending inwardly from its open end. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6A, the flange portion 22 is formed of a U-shaped plate-like body as viewed from the front, and the other standing plates 21b, 21d, excluding the standing plate 21c. It is arrange | positioned at the open end (standing end) of 21e.

The front surface of the flange portion 22 (the left side surface in FIG. 6B) is the front surface of the extended plate 21f of the container body 21 as shown in FIGS. 6B and 7A (FIG. 6). (B) It is arrange | positioned in the position which becomes flush | planar with the left surface. Therefore, the flange part 22 and the extended board 21f can be made to adhere | attach on the back surface of the outer surface board 5a of the side structure 5 equally over the whole surface (refer FIG.3 and FIG.4).

In the flange portion 22, female screw holes 22 a communicating with the insertion holes 5 e drilled in the outer surface plate 5 a of the side structure 5 when attached to the side structure 5 are formed at a plurality of positions (seven positions in the present embodiment). Is done. A female screw is threaded on the inner peripheral surface of the female screw hole 22a, and a bolt B inserted into the insertion hole 5e of the outer surface plate 5a is fastened (screwed) (see FIGS. 3 and 4). .

Returning to FIG. 2 to FIG. A plurality of (four in the present embodiment) contact portions 30 are disposed on the outer surface side of the container body 21 of the storage member 20. Each of these contact portions 30 is formed in a rectangular plate shape when viewed from the front, and the outer surface of the container body 21 (standing plates 21b to 21e) and the back surface of the inner surface plate 5b of the side structure 5 (the right side surface in FIGS. 3 and 4). ) And each.

Here, in the storage member 20, the flange portion 22 is fastened and fixed to the outer surface plate 5 a of the side structure 5, and the container body 20 protrudes from the flange portion 22. Therefore, the container body 20 is unstable with respect to vibration during traveling. On the other hand, the container body 20 can be stably held by connecting the outer surface of the container body 20 to the back surface of the inner surface plate 5b of the side structure 5 using the contact portion 30. As a result, for example, loosening of the bolt B can be suppressed.

The contact portion 30 is formed from a rectangular plate-like body as viewed from the front, and a plurality of (four in the present embodiment) are the outer surface of the container body 21 (standing plates 21b to 21e) and the inner side of the side structure 5. The back surface of the face plate 5b is connected to each other. In this case, each abutting portion 30 is welded and fixed to the back surface of the inner surface plate 5b of the side structure 5 on one side of the plate-like body, and the container body 21 (standing plates 21b to 21e) on the other side of the plate-like body. ) Are fixed to the outer surface of each by welding.

In this case, the shape of the contact portion 30 is a rectangular plate shape, and the plate body is placed on the back surface of the inner surface plate 5 b of the side structure 5, and one side thereof is abutted against the outer surface of the container body 21. It only needs to be fixed by welding. That is, the shape of the plate-like body can be simplified and the efficiency of the assembly process can be achieved, and the product cost can be reduced accordingly.

Next, an assembling method for assembling the inspection lid 10 and the storage member 20 to the side structure 5 will be described. The storage member 20 is inserted and arranged from the inside of the vehicle body into the opening 5d of the side structure 5, and the flange portion 22 and the extension plate 21f are disposed on the back surface of the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5 (the right side surface in FIGS. 3 and 4). ). In this case, the hole positions of the female screw portion 22a of the flange portion 22 and the insertion hole 21f1 of the extending plate 21f are made to coincide with the hole positions of the insertion holes 5e in the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5.

The inspection lid 10 is arranged at a position that covers the opening 5d of the side structure 5 from the outside of the vehicle body (outer wall surface side), and the fixing plate 11 is a surface of the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5 (the surface on the left side in FIGS. 3 and 4). ). In this case, the hole position of the insertion hole 11 d of the fixed plate 11 is made to coincide with the hole position of the insertion hole 5 e in the outer surface plate 5 a of the side structure 5. In addition, as for arrangement | positioning to the side structure 5 of the storage member 20 and the inspection lid | cover 10, any may be first.

Next, the bolts B are inserted into the insertion holes 11d of the fixing plate 11 of the inspection lid 10, and the bolts B are passed through the insertion holes 5e of the outer surface plate 5a or the insertion holes 21f1 of the extension plate 21f, and the flanges. The internal thread portion 22a of the portion 22 or the internal thread portion 23a of the screw receiver 23 is screwed. Thereby, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the inspection lid 10 and the storage member 20 are assembled to the side structure 5.

In addition, after these assembly | attachment, the open valve DV is piped using the piping hole 21d1. Further, the contact plate 30 is welded and fixed as described above, and the container body 21 of the storage member 20 and the inner surface plate 5b of the side structure 5 are connected.

As described above, the storage member 20 extends the flange portion 22 of the container body 21 inward, and attaches the flange portion 22 along the opening 5a of the side structure 5 from the inside of the vehicle body. Since the inspection lid 10 (fixing portion 11) is fastened and fixed to the bolt 22 by the bolt B, even if water enters from the insertion hole 11d, the insertion hole 5e, etc., the water enters the container body 21 of the storage member 20 (that is, inspection). It can be restrained (stored) in the interior space formed between the lid 10 and the storage member 20 and prevented from entering the vehicle body.

In this case, the flange portion 22 and the extension plate 21f of the storage member 20 are brought into contact with the back surface side of the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5, and the inspection plate 10 is fixed to the front surface side of the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5. 11 are brought into contact with each other, and the overlapped portions of the fixing plate 11 of the inspection lid 10, the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5 and the flange portion 22 or the extension plate 21f of the storage member 20 are fastened and fixed by bolts B. Therefore, the inspection lid 10 and the storage member 20 can be firmly fixed to the side structure 5.

Further, in this way, the fixing plate 11 of the inspection lid 10, the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5 and the flange portion 22 or the extension plate 21f of the storage member 20 are overlapped, and the overlapped portion is fastened and fixed by the bolt B. With the structure, the number of bolts B required for fastening and fixing can be reduced. That is, for example, the bolt B for fastening and fixing the flange portion 22 of the storage member 20 to the side structure 5 and the bolt B for fastening and fixing the inspection lid 10 to the side structure 5 can be used. As a result, it is possible to reduce the number of parts, thereby reducing weight and reducing product cost.

In this case, since the inspection lid 10 has a structure in which the fixing portion 11 is formed in a frame shape when viewed from the front, and the central opening of the fixing portion 11 is opened and closed by the opening / closing lid portion 12, the seal portion 13 has a continuous shape as described above ( Endless shape). Therefore, it is easy to ensure the performance (waterproof performance) that makes the space between the fixed portion 11 and the opening / closing lid portion 12 watertight.

Moreover, the inspection lid | cover 10 can be unitized by setting it as such a structure. Therefore, it is not necessary to ensure the waterproof performance due to the relationship between the other members that do not constitute the unit and the seal portion 13, and the waterproof performance can be ensured only by the relationship between the members that constitute the unit. That is, it is only necessary to be able to define the relationship between the seal portion 13 and the open / close lid portion 12. For example, it is not necessary to ensure the watertightness by bringing the seal portion 13 into contact with a member outside the unit. Therefore, the tolerance at the time of assembling to the side structure 5 can be relaxed (that is, even if the mounting position of the inspection lid 10 with respect to the side structure 5 is slightly shifted, the watertight performance is not affected). Cost can be reduced.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the first embodiment, the case where the flange portion 22 is formed in a U-shape when viewed from the front is described. However, the flange portion 222 in the second embodiment is formed in a frame shape when viewed from the front. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the railway vehicle 201 in the second embodiment, and corresponds to FIG. FIG. 9A is a front view of the storage member 220, and FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view of the storage member 220 along the line IXb-IXb in FIG. 9A. In FIG. 8, a portion where the inspection lid 210 is fastened and fixed by the bolt B is shown partially enlarged.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in the second embodiment, the flange portion 222 disposed at the open end on the one surface side of the container body 221 is continuously formed in the circumferential direction, and the outer surface plate of the side structure 5. The number of female screw holes 22a corresponding to the positions corresponding to all the insertion holes 5e in 5a (that is, all the insertion holes 11d in the fixing portion 11 of the inspection lid 10) is formed.

In this way, when the flange portion 222 is formed in a frame shape when viewed from the front, and the inspection lid 210 is fastened and fixed to the flange portion 222, all the bolts B enter through the insertion holes 11d and the insertion holes 5e. It is possible to prevent the water to be retained in the container body 21 of the storage member 220 and enter the vehicle body.

In the second embodiment, a hole 211c is formed in the fixing portion 11, a hole 205f is formed in the outer surface plate 5a of the side structure 5, and a hole 222b is formed in the flange portion 222. In a state where the lid 210 and the storage member 220 are assembled to the side structure 205, these holes 211c, 205f, and 222b are communicated with each other and function as drain holes.

The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It can be easily guessed.

The numerical values given in the above embodiments are merely examples, and other numerical values can naturally be adopted. For example, the number of bolts B and the number of insertion holes 11d associated therewith, or the number of drain holes 11c can be changed as appropriate.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the open valve DV has been described as an example of the device housed in the side structure 5 (that is, the device that is operated by opening the inspection lids 10 and 210). Of course, it is possible to employ other devices.

In the second embodiment, the example in which the drain holes are formed by the holes 211c, 205f, and 222b has been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and the formation of the holes 211c, 205f, and 222b is omitted. May be.
