Abstract
【解決手段】鍋11と、鍋11を加熱する加熱コイル16と、鍋11の外底面と外側面を覆い、加熱コイル16を保持する鍋収容体7と、鍋11および鍋収容体7を収納する本体1と、を備えた炊飯器において、鍋収容体7の側面に良熱伝導材料で形成された伝熱体81を設けている。この場合、鍋収容体7の側面に設けた伝熱体81が、鍋11または加熱手段のいずれか一方から受熱して、鍋11の外側面を加熱するため、鍋11の外側面を特別に加熱する電力が廃止あるいは低減される。そのため、鍋11を加熱する際に発生する熱エネルギーを最大限に有効活用して、省エネルギー性の高い炊飯器を提供することが可能になる。

- 内釜と、前記内釜を加熱する加熱手段と、前記内釜の外底面と外側面を覆い、前記加熱手段を保持する枠体と、前記内釜及び前記枠体を収納する本体と、を備えた炊飯器において、
前記枠体の側面に良熱伝導材料で形成された伝熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする炊飯器。 - 前記伝熱手段の下部を前記内釜と近接させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炊飯器。
- 前記伝熱手段の上部を前記内釜のフランジ部下面に接触させたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の炊飯器。
- 前記伝熱手段を複数個設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の炊飯器。
- 磁性金属材料から構成される有底筒状の内釜と、前記内釜を電磁誘導加熱する誘導加熱手段と、前記内釜の外底面と外側面を覆い、前記加熱手段を保持する非金属材料からなる枠体と、前記内釜及び前記枠体を収納する本体と、を備えた炊飯器において、
前記枠体の側面に良熱伝導材料で形成された伝熱手段を設けたことを特徴とする炊飯器。 - 前記伝熱手段は前記誘導加熱手段の上方に配置され、前記伝熱手段の下部を前記内釜と近接させたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の炊飯器。
- 前記伝熱手段の上部を前記内釜のフランジ部下面に接触させたことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の炊飯器。
- 前記伝熱手段を複数個設けたことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の炊飯器。
