Abstract
【解決手段】円筒容器2と、該容器2内に設けられ回転する伝熱筒体4と、該伝熱筒体4内の中心部に設けられた固定の軸管6と、該軸管6の外周面に固定され前記伝熱筒体4の内周面に近接或いは摺接して境膜を剥ぎ取る固定羽根7とからなり、前記伝熱筒体4内に熱媒体の第1流路11aを形成すると共に、該伝熱筒体4の外周面と前記容器2の内周面との間に原料液の第2流路11bを形成し、前記容器2の底部2aに結晶流出管を設けた。

Claims (4)
- 容器と、該容器内に設けられ回転する伝熱筒体と、該伝熱筒体内の中心部に設けられた固定の軸管と、該軸管の外周面に固定され前記伝熱筒体の内周面に近接或いは摺接して境膜を剥ぎ取る固定羽根とからなり、前記伝熱筒体内に熱媒体の第1流路を形成すると共に、該伝熱筒体の外周面と前記容器の内周面との間に原料液の第2流路を形成し、前記容器の底部に結晶流出管を設けた晶析装置。
- 前記第1流路は、熱媒体が下方に流れる前記軸管内と、該軸管の下方部に形成され該熱媒体が通過する透孔と、該熱媒体が上方に流れる前記伝熱筒体内に形成されている請求項1に記載の晶析装置。
- 前記第2流路は、原料液が下方に流れる前記伝熱筒体の外周面と前記容器の内周面との間に形成されている請求項1に記載の晶析装置。
- 前記固定羽根は、前記伝熱筒体の内周面に沿って上下に延びる長手の外側縁部を有している請求項1に記載の晶析装置。
