Description

The present invention relates to a receiver rack used for storing a receiver for a transmitter such as a wireless microphone, and a receiver monitoring system using the same.

A radio system such as a television station uses a number of transmitters such as a wireless microphone and an intercom, and a receiver is used therewith. Since the number of transmitters that can communicate with the receiver is limited, if the number of transmitters increases, a plurality of receivers are used. When a plurality of receivers are used, it is necessary to perform management and monitoring of the operation state by the monitoring device.

Therefore, it is known that each receiver is connected to the monitoring device with a wire in order to perform communication with the monitoring device (Patent Document 1).

If the receiver does not have communication means directly with the monitoring device, communication means are provided in the receiver rack, and several receivers are stored in the receiver rack and stored through the receiver rack. The receiver is monitored.

In such a case, the receiver rack has a communication port for communicating with the monitoring device, and one communication address is set. The communication mainly uses a TCP / IP communication protocol, and an IP address is set. The IP address is set from the monitoring device.

When there are many receivers, a plurality of receiver racks are provided, each assigned a different communication address, and the plurality of receivers are managed and monitored by at least one monitoring device. ing.

By the way, the usage pattern changes due to the change in the arrangement of the transmitter, and the wireless system may be changed. In that case, the arrangement of the receiver and the rack for the receiver may be changed.
Each receiver rack is assigned an IP address, but there is no means for displaying the set IP address, and no means for changing it alone. Therefore, when the arrangement of the receiver rack is changed, the set IP address cannot be known unless the IP address is memorized separately, and the monitoring apparatus and the receiver rack cannot communicate with each other. is there.

Therefore, the present invention provides a receiver rack capable of easily confirming a communication address of a receiver rack used for communication between the monitoring device and the receiver rack, and changing the communication address when the arrangement is changed, and the like. A receiver rack and a receiver monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the present embodiment) will be described below with reference to the drawings.

(1) Configuration of Receiver Monitoring System (1-1) Overall Configuration of Receiver Monitoring System First, FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a receiver monitoring system using a receiver rack 2 of the present embodiment.
In the receiver monitoring system, a monitoring device 1 for monitoring the receiver 3 and a plurality of receiver racks 2 (2-1, 2-2,...) Are connected via a LAN cable 4 via a HUB 5. It is connected. A plurality of receivers 3 (3-1-1, 3-1-2, 3-1-3, 3-1-4) are installed in the receiver rack 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the receiver rack 2-1 includes 4 of a receiver 3-1-1, a receiver 3-1-2, a receiver 3-1-3, and a receiver 3-1-4. Similarly, the receiver rack 2-2 includes a receiver 3-2-1, a receiver 3-2-2, a receiver 3-2-3, and a receiver 3-2-4. Are installed. A corresponding transmitter 6 is used for each receiver 3. In FIG. 1, only one transmitter 6 is illustrated for the sake of simplification, but in actuality, each receiver 3 can receive signals from one or more transmitters 6. ing.

Here, as described above, the monitoring device 1 and the receiver rack 2 are physically connected by the LAN cable 4 (connected in the lower layer). In this case, as shown in the figure, either the connection via the HUB 5 or the connection via the HUB 5 may be used. In this state, software connection (connection in the upper layer) is performed from the monitoring device 1 to the IP address set in the receiver rack 2. As a result, communication between the monitoring device 1 and the receiver rack 2 can be performed. For example, if there is an abnormality in the receiver rack 2, an alarm is displayed on the monitoring device 1. In this way, the receiver rack 2 can be monitored from the monitoring device 1.

(1-2) External Configuration of Receiver Rack FIG. 2 is a detailed view of the receiver rack 2 as viewed from the front. As shown in order from the left in FIG. 2, the receiver rack 2 is mounted from a receiver 3-1 of 1 ch (1 channel) to a receiver 3-1-4 of 4 ch (4 channels). That is, one receiver 3 is provided for each channel. As shown at the right end of FIG. 2, the receiver rack 2 includes a power switch 7, and the power switch 7 can turn on / off the power of the receiver rack 2.

The receiver 3 includes a display unit 8 and a SET button 9. The display unit 8 is display means for displaying the reception state of each channel. The SET button 9 is a button for switching between a maintenance mode in which the maintenance operation of the receiver 3 can be performed and an operation mode in which the normal operation of the receiver 3 can be performed.

(1-3) Internal Configuration of Receiver Rack Next, the internal configuration of the receiver rack 2 on which a plurality of receivers 3 are mounted will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a functional block diagram of the receiver rack 2.
The receiver rack 2 includes a monitoring communication unit 10, a voice communication unit 11, and a power supply unit 12.

The monitoring communication unit 10 includes at least a LAN device 13, a memory 14, a CPU 15, and a serial communication device 16.

The voice communication unit 11 is connected to the receiver 3 via the voice communication device 18-1. The transmitter 6, for example, a wireless microphone, transmits the input sound, which is received by the receiver 3 in the receiver rack 2, and is transmitted via the sound communication devices 18-1 and 18-2. Audio is output to an audio adjustment device (not shown) outside the receiver rack 2.

A power supply unit 17 is disposed in the power supply unit 12. The power supply unit 12 is provided with the power switch 7 described as the power switch 7 in FIG. When the power switch 7 is turned on, the power of the receiver rack 2 is turned on, and when turned off, the power is turned off.

Next, a detailed configuration of the monitoring communication unit 10 will be described.
The LAN device 13 of the monitoring communication unit 10 is a device on the receiver rack 2 side for connecting the monitoring apparatus 1 and the receiver rack 2 via a LAN, and is a first communication means.

The memory 14 is a storage unit that records the IP address of the receiver rack 2 for communication by the LAN device 13.

The CPU 15 is a control unit that receives an IP address read signal from the receiver 3, extracts an IP address stored in the memory 14, and transmits the IP address to the receiver 3.

The serial communication device 16 is a device on the receiver rack 2 side for performing communication between the receiver rack 2 and the receiver 3, and is a second communication means. The receiver rack 2 and the receiver 3 are connected by serial communication using a serial communication device 16.

(1-4) Change of IP Address in Receiver Rack As described above, the receiver rack 2 can be monitored from the monitoring device 1 and can be monitored with respect to the receiver rack 2 from above the monitoring device 1. IP address rewrite control is performed. Specifically, when the IP address rewriting control is performed on the receiver rack 2 whose IP address is to be rewritten from the software that rewrites the IP address of the monitoring device 1, the CPU 15 of the receiver rack 2 receives the receiver Rewriting control of the IP address stored in the memory 14 of the main rack 2 is performed. When the rewriting is completed, the receiver rack 2 is operated with the rewritten IP address.

(2) Operation of Receiver Monitoring System The operation of the receiver monitoring system according to the present embodiment, which is executed based on the above configuration, will be described below.
FIG. 4 shows a flowchart when the communication address is acquired from the storage means and transmitted to the receiver 3. As shown in the figure, first, the power switch 7 is turned on (S101). When the SET button 9 is turned off when the power switch 7 is turned on (normal startup, “OFF” in S102), the operation mode (S103) is entered.

If the SET button 9 is turned on when the power switch 7 is turned on ("ON" in S102), the process proceeds to the maintenance mode (S104). The receiver 3 that has recognized that it has shifted to the maintenance mode by the control means of the receiver 3 transmits an IP address acquisition signal from the receiver 3 to the CPU 15 of the receiver rack 2. Receiving this signal, the CPU 15 acquires the IP address stored in the memory 14, notifies the receiver 3, and displays the IP address on the display unit 8 of the receiver 3 (S105).
FIG. 5 shows the transition of the display unit 8 that displays the IP address after shifting to the maintenance mode. The left side of FIG. 5 represents a state in which the mode is shifted to the maintenance mode and an IP address is being acquired. Further, the right side of FIG. 5 represents a state in which the acquired IP address is displayed.

In order to shift from the maintenance mode to the normal mode, the power supply is turned off (S106), the SET button 9 is also turned off, and then the power switch 7 is turned on again (S103).
Since the IP address of the receiver rack 2 is set at the time of shipment, it is not necessary to set the IP address again during the initial operation, and the receiver rack 2 can be used. Since the IP address is known, the change can be easily made by connecting the monitoring device 1 and the receiver rack 2.

(3) Effect of Receiver Monitoring System According to the receiver monitoring system of the present embodiment as described above, when the IP address of the receiver rack 2 is not known due to a change in the wireless system, the IP is changed as described above. The IP address can be changed by confirming the address, communicating with the IP address confirmed by the monitoring apparatus 1 and changing the IP address. After that, if the power switch 7 and the SET button 9 of the receiver rack 2 are turned off, the power switch 7 is turned on, and the power is turned on again, the operation can be started with the changed IP address. The audio signal can be received from the machine 6.

(4) Other Embodiments The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes, for example, the following embodiments.
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the operation from the receiver 3 is performed by turning the power switch 7 on and off and the SET button 9 has been described. In that case, since there is no need to turn the power switch 7 ON / OFF, the process of reading out the IP address does not affect the other receivers 3 stored in the receiver rack 2. Can be done on a machine-by-machine basis. Therefore, even when another receiver 3 is receiving an audio signal from the transmitter 6, the IP address can be confirmed, so that it is not necessary to stop the receiving receiver 3 and the entire receiver rack 2. You can continue to use the receiving system.

Although the memory is illustrated as being outside the LAN device, the function (memory) of the LAN device may be used.
Although the example which connects the communication method of the monitoring apparatus 1 and the rack 2 for receivers by LAN was shown, it is not limited to this. It is sufficient that communication is possible regardless of wired or wireless.
Although an example of the monitoring device 1 has been shown, any external device that manages the IP address of the receiving rack 2 may be used.
