Description

The present invention relates to a culvert block, its divided blocks, and a moving carriage, and more particularly, for example, a waterway block, road or under track that has sufficient strength even if it is buried in a road and is loaded with a wheel load or the like from above. Alternatively, the present invention relates to a culvert block that can be used as a waterway or a passage, such as a passage block that forms a tunnel in various places, a divided block thereof, and a moving carriage in the block.

Conventionally, for example, as a culvert-type water channel block, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, a water channel along the longitudinal direction is provided inside, and the upper surface has a predetermined thickness between the water channel upper portion, and the water channel The cross-sectional shape is a substantially flat irregular shape having a substantially mountain-shaped upper part, is substantially bilaterally symmetric, is opposed to the bottom part extending in the left-right direction, and the left and right sides of the top part form a slope with a predetermined slope. There is one in which the left and right ends of the upper side portion formed into a shape are respectively connected to the upper ends of both side portions that are connected to the bottom side portion.

However, such a conventional underwater channel block has a flat cross-sectional shape having a substantially mountain-shaped cross section, that is, its cross-sectional height is reduced by suppressing the spread from the bottom to the upper direction compared to a circular cross section. Since the vertical height is smaller than the horizontal width, it is effective in terms of the strength of the block and the workability that keeps the block height low and does not require deep digging, After construction, if sediment such as sludge accumulates in the waterway and the water drains or becomes abnormal, such as when a relatively large foreign object is caught, it is necessary to remove the deposit or foreign substance, or for periodic inspection. It is unexpected that a person will enter and work, and even if a person tries to enter, the vertical height of the waterway is insufficient and cannot be entered, or even if it can enter, the movement in the waterway is difficult and work is difficult. If you ca n’t do it, Tsu was there is a problem. In addition, even if the cross-sectional shape of the water channel is flat, if the vertical height and left-right width of the water channel are sufficiently large, it is possible to remove or inspect the deposits and foreign matter that have entered by the person. In this case, there is a problem that the cross-sectional shape of the water channel becomes larger than the shape necessary only for the original wastewater treatment, and the block itself is bulky and wasteful and is uneconomical. In addition, since the water channel has a special cross-sectional shape with a flattened shape, there is a problem that it is difficult to perform integral molding because a molding technique is required.
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and has sufficient strength even when a wheel load or the like is applied from above, and is trapped in deposits such as sludge accumulated in the hole or in the hole. When removing foreign objects, periodic inspections, etc., a culvert type block that can be used as a waterway or passage that can be operated by a person entering the hole and that is not wasteful, and a culvert type block that is easy to mold, and its divided blocks, and blocks It is an object of the present invention to provide a moving carriage for facilitating movement of people inside.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the culvert type block of the present invention has a predetermined thickness between the upper surface 2a of the block main body 2 having the hole 3 in the longitudinal direction and the upper part of the hole 3, and the hole The cross-sectional shape of FIG. 3 is substantially bilaterally symmetric and each corner of the substantially triangular shape is contracted inward to form a convex curve or a convex bent shape outward, and the top 3c is formed in a substantially mountain shape. Each side portion of the substantially triangular shape has an irregular shape in which both side portions 3b and a bottom portion 3a are formed to bulge outward to form a convex curve or convex bend toward the outside, and at least inside the hole 3 A person is allowed to enter on all fours.

Further, in the undercut type block of the present invention, the block main body 2 having the hole 3 having the specific cross-sectional shape is at least divided into two in the vertical or horizontal direction in the cross section, and the divided blocks 4 are joined and integrated to form the block main body 2. The formed configuration can be adopted.
Further, the divided block of the present invention is for forming the culvert type block in which the block main body 2 having the hole 3 having the specific cross-sectional shape is divided into two substantially in half in the vertical or horizontal direction in the cross section. .

Further, the moving carriage of the present invention is a moving carriage in the hole 3 of the culvert type block 1, and each wheel 9 provided at the lower part on both sides in the width direction of the base 8 on which a person can be placed is connected to the hole 3. It is located in the vicinity of both ends of the bottom side 3a of the cross section so as to move substantially along the place.

Further, in the moving carriage of the present invention, in the carriage, the bottom of the base 8 is substantially parallel to the bottom of the hole 3, and a cleaning tool 12 is attached to the base 8 to clean the bottom of the hole 3. The cleaning tool 12 may employ a configuration having a collecting scraping plate portion 13 that protrudes from at least the base 8 and whose lower end portion 13b is substantially along the bottom side portion 3a of the hole 3 cross section.

The undercut type block of the present invention has a predetermined thickness between the upper surface of the block main body and the upper part of the inner hole, the cross-sectional shape of the hole is substantially bilaterally symmetric, and each corner of the substantially triangular shape protrudes outward. It is shrunk inward to form a curved or convex bent shape, the top part is formed in a substantially mountain shape, and each side part of the above-mentioned triangular shape is outward to form a convex curved or convex bent shape, respectively. In order to form an irregular shape in which both sides and bottom sides are formed by bulging, it is sufficient even if an external force such as a wheel load is applied from above by being embedded in an appropriate location such as a road as a waterway block. It is possible to form a road channel facility with strength and stable structure, and the bottom of the hole cross section is bulged outward (downward) to form a convex curve or convex bent outward (downward). The water flow in the hole is good, and sediments such as sludge and dust are difficult to collect in the hole.
Moreover, since the cross-sectional shape of the hole is the above-mentioned specific shape and at least a person can enter the hole in a four-sided posture, when using it as a water channel, after construction, deposits such as sludge, Remove dirt, debris, foreign matter, etc., check inside the hole, etc., when dust accumulates and water drains, or when a relatively large foreign object gets caught, or when periodic inspection is required. It is easy for people to enter the hole and work, and the lower space inside the hole expands in the left-right direction, so it is easy to remove deposits, dust, foreign substances, etc. In addition, coupled with the fact that the bottom of the hole cross-section is convexly curved or convexly bent downward, a person who has entered the hole has his knees and hands comfortably placed on the bottom and has a four-sided or slanted posture. Can be secured and work can be done easily. An economical and effective cross-sectional shape as a whole without unnecessarily increasing the lower height and cross-sectional shape as the height and shape necessary only for the original water channel function and without unnecessarily bulky the block itself. It can be a block having.
Furthermore, the culvert type block of the present invention is suitably used as a block for various passages such as an evacuation tunnel passage in an emergency or emergency, a tunnel passage in a place where traffic is required, in addition to being used as a block for the above waterway. Can be used.

Further, in the underdrain block of the present invention, the block main body having the hole having the specific cross-sectional shape is divided into at least two in the vertical or horizontal direction in the cross section, and the divided blocks are joined and integrated to form the block main body. Therefore, it is not necessary to mold a special large shape like the above culvert type block (block body) on the molding surface from the beginning, and it is manufactured as a small divided block that is easy to mold. In addition, it can be easily handled as a small divided block for transportation and handling, and a culvert type block can be obtained by connecting and integrating the paired divided blocks at the construction site as necessary. It is done.
Further, the divided block of the present invention has a special large-shaped underdrain as described above because the block main body having the hole with the specific cross-sectional shape is divided into two substantially in half in the vertical or horizontal direction in the cross-section. Compared to a mold block, the molding surface is small and easy to manufacture. It can be easily transported and handled, and a culvert-shaped block can be easily obtained by connecting and mating a pair as necessary. .

Further, in the moving carriage of the present invention, each wheel provided at the lower part on both sides in the width direction of the base on which a person can be placed is positioned near both ends of the bottom part of the hole cross section and should move along the place. Therefore, when cleaning or checking the inside of the hole by the above person or when passing, etc., it is possible to easily move the inside of the hole by placing a person on the base. Even if there is sediment or dirt, it will not cause dirt on people on the base, and the wheel can be moved smoothly near both ends of the bottom of the hole cross section with little sediment and dirt, etc. The hole can be easily cleaned and inspected on the carriage.

Further, the moving carriage of the present invention is such that the bottom of the base is substantially parallel to the bottom of the hole, and a cleaning tool is attached to the base to clean the bottom of the hole, and the cleaning tool protrudes from at least the base. Since the lower end portion of the lever has a scraping plate portion for collection substantially along the bottom portion of the hole cross section, the movement of the carriage is used when used for movement in the hole of the culvert block in the same manner as described above. As it moves stably, the deposits and debris at the bottom of the hole are collected by being scraped off by the scraper of the cleaning tool. For example, the collected deposits and debris are sucked or guided into the storage unit. The inside of the hole can be easily cleaned. In addition, the hole can be cleaned at the same time in the inspection and passage other than the cleaning in the hole.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a culvert type block according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a block according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIGS. This is a horizontally long tubular body made of concrete or the like having a hole 3 along the hole, and the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is substantially bilaterally symmetric and is deformed based on a triangle (an isosceles triangle close to an equilateral triangle) T The cross-sectional outer shape of the block main body 2 is a substantially deformed trapezoidal shape, and the upper side of the hole 3 is formed to be constricted on the upper side from the vicinity of the maximum width of the cross section, and the lower side is slightly constricted. The left and right side surfaces bulge outward, the both side surfaces have a predetermined thickness between the inner surface of the hole 3, and the upper surface 2 a of the block body 2 is substantially horizontal to It has a predetermined thickness between them.
Basically, it is necessary to maintain a minimum strength against bending and shearing forces due to external forces such as a wheel load applied to the upper surface 2a of the block body 2, and for example, a flow rate of flowing water in the hole 3 when used as a block for a water channel The cross-sectional shapes of the block main body 2 and the hole 3 are designed from the viewpoint of the water channel function such as the above, and the block main body 2 itself is not bulky.
As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is substantially symmetrical, and each corner of the triangle T (corner and its peripheral part) should be convexly curved outward (or convexly bent). By being shrunk inwardly, it is rounded, the top 3c is formed in a substantially mountain shape, and the straight sides of the triangle T (specifically, the sides excluding the corners) are outward. By forming a convex curve or convex bend toward the outside, the outer side bulges into an irregular shape in which both side parts 3b and bottom part 3a are formed.
Specifically, the bottom portion 3a of the cross-sectional shape has a substantially convex curve downward at a substantially central portion and extends in a slanting manner in the left and right directions (specifically, arc-shaped curves having different curvatures are continuously connected) A straight line with a gentle slope is continuously formed on both sides to form a substantially convex curve and extend in the left-right direction), and is opposed to the base 3a, and the top 3c is directed upward so that the left and right sides form a predetermined inclined shape. Convex-curved (specifically, arc-shaped curves having different curvatures are combined and continuous to form a convex-curved shape different from the uniform arc-shaped), and the side portions 3b on both the left and right sides of the top portion 3c protrude obliquely upward The cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is formed so as to form a curved shape, and the top 3c and both side portions 3b, the both side portions 3b and the bottom side 3a are rounded and smoothly continuous to form a deformed shape of the triangle T. ing.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, at least a person (for example, an ordinary adult) P can enter the hole 3 in a four-sided posture (for example, the vertical height of the hole 3 is at least approximately 70 cm or more) to ensure a water channel function. Therefore, the flow rate of the flowing water in the hole 3 is formed to a size that satisfies a desired required flow rate. In the case of FIG. 2, the space portion at the top 3c, in other words, the space portion near the head of the person P is in the left-right direction. It is made to ensure a predetermined area.
That is, the bottom 3a of the hole 3 has a convex curve shape (or may be a convex curve shape) downward at its substantially central portion and extends in a slanting manner in the left-right direction, thereby flowing water in the hole 3 as a water channel. This improves the performance and makes it difficult for sediment or dirt such as sludge to collect in the hole 3, and the person P who has entered the hole 3 puts his knees and hands on the bottom 3a with ease and leans forward. It is easy to perform various operations such as movement, cleaning and inspection, and the space portion at the top portion 3c has a predetermined width in the left-right direction so that the person P can enter with a margin even if he is wearing a helmet. Has been made.
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is changed to an irregular shape based on the triangle T as described above, sludge accumulated in the hole 3 and dirt accumulated in the hole 3 after the construction, and the hole 3 is caught in the hole 3. Effective when people P move into the hole 3 to perform movements and various operations when removing foreign objects, etc., and checking the inside of the hole 3, etc., without increasing the vertical height and cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 unnecessarily. It is designed in various sizes and shapes.
Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is the above-mentioned specific shape, so that the lower space inside the hole 3 can be widened in the left-right direction to secure, for example, a removal work space or inspection work space for the deposits and foreign matters. Combined with the fact that the side 3b and the bottom 3a are curved and smoothly continuous, it is possible to easily remove deposits, foreign substances, etc., and perform inspection in the hole.

In addition, the block 1 of the present embodiment is connected to another block 1 in the longitudinal direction at the time of construction by bolting and joining, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 (A), (B) and (D). Recesses 2b (spaces for inserting bolts and nuts) are provided in the upper and lower portions of both side walls in the vicinity of both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction of 2, respectively, and bolt holes 2c penetrating into the recess 2b along the longitudinal direction in the upper and lower portions of both end surfaces. Each is provided. Although not shown, at least when the bolt is used when used as a waterway block, a water stop packing is sandwiched and joined between adjacent blocks 1.
The block 1 has an excellent strength surface (the upper surface 2a of the block main body 2 has a predetermined thickness between the upper surface of the hole 3 and the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is deformed based on the triangle T as described above. For example, a road having a large load such as a wheel load, because the top 3c has a substantially mountain shape in which the top 3c is convexly curved upward and the left and right sides thereof are connected to the predetermined sloping sides 3b. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, the construction is carried out in a shallow position below the road surface r, and the upper surface 2a of the block body 2 has a smooth surface that is substantially horizontal over the entire width direction. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), notch step portions 2d are provided along the longitudinal direction at both end portions in the width direction of the upper surface 2a of the block body 2, or the notch as shown in FIG. 3 (b). A plurality of step portions 2d are further provided in the width direction and provided in a staircase shape. It may be. In addition, the shape of the notch step portion 2d may be other appropriate shapes other than those described above.

The underdrain block of the present invention is not necessarily limited to that of the above embodiment, and various design changes may be made within the intended scope of the present invention.
For example, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is substantially the same as described above, and the corners of the hole 3 are contracted inwardly based on a substantially triangular shape, and the sides are bulged outwardly. It may be formed in various shapes as shown in FIGS.
Specifically, in the case of FIGS. 4 (A) to 4 (C) and (E), a deformed shape that is deformed based on a substantially isosceles triangle T that is close to a square and whose overall cross-sectional shape is relatively close to that of the above embodiment. It has been.
First, in the case of FIG. 4 (a), the base portion 3a is generally the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and unlike the above, the base 3a has a gentle V shape extending in the left-right direction and is convexly bent downward. In the case of (b), substantially the same as (a) above, the lower ends of both side portions 3b extend in a substantially vertical straight line unlike the above, and are continuously bent with the bottom side 3a, respectively, as shown in FIG. In the case of FIG. 4 (e), the lower end portions of both side portions 3b extend in a substantially straight line having a steep slope and are bent continuously with the bottom portion 3a. In the case of FIG. Unlike the above, however, it extends from the substantially horizontal central portion in the left-right direction so as to be gently bent downward, and is convexly bent downward, and the side portions 3b are formed of bent straight lines that are bent at a number of places unlike the above. The bottom part 3a has a convex bent shape toward the outside, and its lower end extends in a substantially straight line with a steep slope. It is continuous to each bent-shaped.
In the case of FIG. 4 (d), the entire cross-sectional shape is different from the above, and is a vertically long shape deformed on the basis of a vertically long isosceles triangle T having a high height with respect to the bottom, and the bottom 3a is substantially the same. From the horizontal central portion, it extends in a slanting manner in the left-right direction and is convexly bent downward. The top 3c is convexly curved upward so that the left and right sides form a predetermined slope, and the left and right sides of the top 3c. The side portion 3b is convexly curved obliquely upward, and the top portion 3c and the side portions 3b, and the side portions 3b and the bottom portion 3a are rounded and smoothly continuous.

In the case of FIG. 4 (f), the entire cross-sectional shape is a deformed shape of a substantially equilateral triangle T, and unlike the above embodiment, the triangle T is basically formed in the same manner as described above so as to form a shape that is relatively close to a triangle. It is deformed, and the top part 3c is formed into a substantially mountain shape with an upward convex curve shape, its bottom part 3a is substantially the same as described above, downwardly convex, both side parts 3b are outwardly convexly curved, Both side portions 3b and the bottom portion 3a are continuous in a curved shape.
4 (G) to (L), the entire cross-sectional shape is deformed based on a substantially equilateral triangle T, and the entire cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. In the case of FIG. 4G, the bottom 3a has a gentle V shape extending in the left-right direction and is downwardly convex and bent. In the case of FIG. 4 (h), substantially the same as (f) above, the lower end portions of both side portions 3b extend in a substantially vertical straight line, and both side portions 3b and bottom portion 3a are bent. It is continuous and the top part 3c is formed in the upward convex bending shape.
In the case of FIG. 4 (i), the bottom side 3a extends from the substantially horizontal central portion in a left-right direction so as to be gently inclined and is bent downward, and the left and right side portions 3b of the convex curved top 3c. Each of the side portions 3b and the bottom side portion 3a is formed in a curved line and smoothly and continuously.
In the case of FIG. 4 (n), the base 3a has a gentle V shape extending in the left-right direction and is bent downward in the left-right direction by the deformation of (i) above. Both side portions 3b are slanted linearly curved outwardly at their substantially central portions, and the lower end portions are extended in a substantially vertical straight shape, and both side portions 3b and bottom side portions 3a are continuously bent. Is formed.

In the case of FIG. 4 (l), the entire cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is a deformed shape of a truncated triangle having a substantially mountain-shaped upper portion and a corner is notched, and the base 3a is a substantially horizontal center. The left and right side portions 3b of the top portion 3c of the upward convex bent shape are inclined downward, and the lower end portions thereof extend in a substantially vertical straight line. The both side portions 3b and the bottom side portion 3a are continuously formed in a bent shape.
In the case of FIG. 4 (o), the entire cross-sectional shape is different from the above, and the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is changed to a slightly oblong shape based on a substantially isosceles triangle T having a low height with respect to the bottom. The entire shape has a substantially mountain-shaped upper part, and the corners are rounded and rounded, and the bottom side 3a is convexly curved downward, and the left and right sides of the top convexly curved top 3c. 3b is formed in a convex curve shape toward the diagonally outward direction, and both side portions 3b and the bottom side portion 3a are formed in a curved shape so as to be smoothly continuous.
In short, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is substantially bilaterally symmetric, and each corner of a substantially triangular shape (various isosceles triangles, regular triangles, and other shapes close to a substantially triangular shape) has a convex curve or a convex bent shape toward the outside. The top 3c is formed in a substantially mountain shape, and each side of the substantially triangular shape bulges outward to form a convex curve or a convex bend toward the outside. The part 3b and the bottom part 3a are formed in a different shape, and the side part 3b and the bottom part 3a may be formed in a curved or bent shape and have a space extending in the left-right direction at the bottom. Various other shapes other than those may be used.
In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 3 is such that at least a person can enter the inside in a four-sided posture, and is a size that takes into account the flow rate of running water in the hole 3 in order to maintain the water channel function, and its height and width (maximum width) dimensions. Are preferably substantially the same or have a lateral width slightly larger than the height, but the ratio of the height to the lateral width dimension is not particularly limited.

The cross-sectional outline shape of the block body 2 is also formed with at least sufficient strength against external force such as a wheel load applied to the upper surface 2a, and without being unnecessarily bulky as the hole 3 has the cross-sectional shape. What is necessary is just to make it into shapes other than the above suitably.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the upper surface 2a is substantially the same as the above, and the upper surface 2a has a slanted surface inclined downward from both ends in the width direction so as to form a gentle V shape. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), it has a substantially deformed trapezoidal shape with a rectangular shape in which the upper left and right halves of the rectangle are cut diagonally, and the upper left and right corners are rounded. As shown in the figure, the overall shape is similar to the cross-sectional shape of the substantially triangular shape of the hole 3, and the upper side from the vicinity of the maximum cross-sectional width is substantially constricted along the inner wall of the hole 3, and the lower side is slightly constricted. It may be formed in various appropriate shapes that satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, such as being formed and the upper surface 2a having a narrow and substantially horizontal shape.
Also, when the thickness between the outer surface of the block body 2 and the inner surface of the hole 3 is thinner than that of FIG. 5 (for example, when made from various rigid materials such as synthetic resin other than concrete or metal). For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c), a plurality of reinforcing members 2e made of ribs are provided at appropriate intervals in both the outer circumference and the lengthwise direction of the block main body 2, and end portions in the lengthwise direction. A flange 2f for joining (having a plurality of bolt holes 2c spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction) may be provided to project, or as shown in FIG. In addition to the reinforcing material 2e, a plurality of reinforcing materials 2e forming ribs connecting the two may be provided at appropriate intervals in the outer peripheral direction of the block main body 2. In any case, the block main body 2 maintains a predetermined strength. Block body by being reinforced as much as possible Contour may be formed of.

Further, in the above embodiment, the block body 2 is provided with a recess 2b (a space for inserting bolts and nuts) and a bolt hole 2c in order to connect and join to another block 1 with bolts. The bolt holes 2c may be provided in the same manner as described above only at the lower portions of both side walls in the vicinity of both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the block body 2 and at the lower portions of both end surfaces, or other bolt connection structures may be employed. The joining structure with the other block 1 is not limited to the above-described bolt connection. For example, the joining structure may appropriately have a known joining structure such as a fitting method so that it can be joined in the longitudinal direction.
Further, the length of the block body 2 in the longitudinal direction may be an appropriate length having the above-described sufficient strength, and may generally be a predetermined length considering workability, transportability, and the like.
In the above embodiment, when the underdrain block 1 of the present invention is used as a waterway block, it is buried under the road surface r from various points such as road functionality and landscape surface, and the upper surface 2a extends from the road surface r. However, the upper surface 2a is exposed to the road surface r, or the entire surface including the upper surface 2a may be buried at an appropriate depth below the road surface r. Of course, it may be embedded in various places, not limited to intersections of roads where the load such as wheel load is large.
In addition, the culvert block 1 of the present invention is used as a waterway block, a tunnel passage under a road or under an orbit, or an evacuation tunnel passage in an emergency or emergency in various places, or a tunnel where traffic is required. It can also be used as a block for various passages such as passages. In addition, when a long passage is formed by connecting a plurality, a ventilation pipe or facility communicating with the outside may be connected to the block 1 in view of the approach of a person.

In addition, the underdrain block 1 of the present invention is not necessarily formed integrally from the beginning, and may be formed by joining at least two members formed separately.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the block body 2 (block 1) having the hole 3 having a specific cross-sectional shape as described above is divided into two substantially in half in the vertical or horizontal direction in the cross-section, thus forming a pair. The block main body 2 (block 1) may be formed by joining and integrating the substantially half-divided divided blocks 4 relative to each other.
Specifically, in the case of FIG. 7 (a), the block main body 2 is divided in the horizontal direction and separately formed as a substantially halved divided block 4 as shown in FIG. 7 (b). The divided blocks 4 are bonded and integrated relative to each other up and down to form the block body 2, and the bonding surfaces thereof are bonded directly or indirectly.
In the case of FIG. 8 (a), the block main body 2 is divided in the vertical direction and separately formed as a substantially half-divided divided block 4 as shown in FIG. 8 (b). The connecting rebars 5 protruding from the divided blocks 4 are joined together by welding or the like, and the connecting material 6 is filled between the divided blocks 4 and joined together to form the block body 2. .
In the case of FIGS. 9A and 9C, the block main body 2 is divided in the horizontal direction, and the substantially half-divided divided blocks 4 which are vertically opposed to each other are joined and integrated to form the block main body 2, and the joint surface In the case of FIG. 9 (a), the substantially horizontal end faces are joined directly or indirectly to each other in the case of FIG. 9 (c), and in the case of FIG. 9 (b), the block main body is joined. 2 is divided in the vertical direction, the substantially half-divided divided blocks 4 facing left and right are joined and integrated with each other, and the joint surfaces are joined directly or indirectly.

The divided block 4 is preferably divided into two or more parts by dividing the block body 2 into two substantially vertically or horizontally in the cross section, but may be divided into two or more parts. The surface may be an appropriate shape such as a flat surface, an inclined surface, or an uneven surface, and may be linear or uneven along the longitudinal direction so that the joint surfaces face each other when the divided blocks 4 are joined. As for the joining method, a known method may be adopted as appropriate by appropriately using an adhesive, a joining material, or the like, such as joining of the connecting reinforcing bars 5 and filling of the connecting material 6 shown in FIG.
When the block body 2 is formed by a plurality of divided blocks 4 as described above, the divided block has a shape that is smaller and easier to mold than the special large block body 2 that requires a molding technique for integral molding on the molding surface. 4 is easy to handle, can be easily carried out as a small divided block 4 during transportation and handling, and the block main body 2, that is, the block 1 is easy by joining and integrating the divided blocks 4 as necessary. There are benefits to be gained.
In addition, also when the block 1 is formed by joining the divided blocks 4, the above-described design change matters such as the shape of the hole 3 and the block main body 2 can be naturally applied.
The undercut block 1 and the divided block 4 of the present invention are not limited to concrete but may be made of various rigid materials such as synthetic resin and metal. As described above, the outer surface of the block body 2 and the holes 3 The thickness between the inner surface (in other words, the outer shape of the block main body 2) is not limited to that shown in the drawing, and may be appropriately changed so as to maintain a predetermined strength that can be used by the above materials and the like.

Next, a moving carriage for facilitating the movement of a person in the hole 3 of the culvert block 1 will be described.

To be movable.
Therefore, the moving carriage 7 of the present embodiment allows the person P in a crawl or leaning position on the base 8 when necessary for cleaning or inspection in the hole 3 of the culvert block 1 or when passing. A rope or the like (not shown) placed and connected to the connecting portion 11 is pulled from outside or the like, or a person P on the base 8 moves the cart 7 by itself, so that deposits, dust etc. Even if there is, the person P on the base 8 can be easily moved without being contaminated (moved to the left in FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b)). In addition to being substantially parallel to the bottom portion, the wheel 9 has an advantage that it is located near both ends of the bottom side 3a of the cross section of the hole 3 with little deposits and dust and can be moved smoothly and stably.

FIG. 11 shows another embodiment of the moving carriage of the present invention. The moving carriage 7 of this embodiment is a modification of the moving carriage shown in FIG. 10 as shown in FIGS. The overall shape of the base 8 is slightly changed from the above, but basically it is substantially the same as above and slightly compact, and the wheel 9 and the axle 10 are also provided in the same direction as above, Further, a cleaning tool 12 is attached to the base 8 to clean the bottom of the hole 3.
As shown in FIGS. 11 (a) to 11 (c), the cleaning tool 12 has a collecting scraper disposed on the lower part of the front end side of the base 8 whose bottom is substantially parallel to the bottom of the hole 3 as described above. As shown in FIGS. 11 (d) and 11 (e), a pair of scrapers 13 are arranged relative to the width direction of the base 8, and the facing distance is directed toward the front end of the base 8. It forms a divergent shape that gradually expands, and its rear end is opposed at a substantially central portion in the width direction of the base 8 with a predetermined interval, and is provided at the bottom of the base 8 in the front-rear direction (length direction). It is connected to the end opening of the reverse groove-shaped recess 15.
Each of the pair of scraper plates 13 has a substantially vertical or oblique plate shape, and as shown in FIGS. 11 (c) to 11 (e), the lower end portion 13b extending from the front end to the rear end is gradually curved or opposed to each other. By being bent, the cross section is substantially J-shaped, and the lower end portion 13b is formed so as to substantially follow the bottom side portion 3a of the cross section of the hole 3. It is to be noted that the lower end portion 13b is effective and preferable for the collection operation as described above. However, the lower end portion 13b does not necessarily have to be curved or bent as described above, and the rear end side upper portion of the pair of scraping plate portions 13. However, it may be covered with the top plate 17 as shown in FIGS.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 11A to 11C, a handle 16 is provided on each side in the width direction of the front and rear (length direction) ends of the base 8, and a person P on the base 8 holds the handle 16. Can be moved.
Accordingly, the moving carriage 7 of the present embodiment is also used for the movement in the hole 3 of the culvert block 1 in the same manner as described above. At this time, the movement of the carriage 7 (see FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b)) (According to the movement in the direction), the deposits and debris at the bottom of the hole 3 are scraped off by the lower end portion 13b of the scraping plate portion 13 that spreads forward, and the deposits and debris and the like travel along the scraping plate portion 13. It is sequentially guided to the rear end portion (the central portion in the width direction of the carriage 7) and collected in the concave portion 15 at the bottom portion of the base 8, that is, in the substantially central portion in the width direction of the bottom portion of the hole 3, and rearward (FIG. (B) to the right).
Further, if the hose suction port (not shown) of the suction machine is provided corresponding to the concave portion 15 at an appropriate place such as the rear end of the base 8 as the cleaning tool 12, the collected matter or dust collected as described above It is also possible to clean the inside of the hole 3 by sucking. The suction device may be appropriately installed inside or outside the hole 3, or may be mounted on the base 8. The concave portion 15 is also appropriately formed in a gate shape, an inverted U shape, an inverted V shape, a semicircular shape, etc. Any reverse groove shape may be used.
In addition, the base 8 may be provided with a connecting portion (not shown) such as a rope in the same manner as described above, or the handle 16 may be used as the connecting portion.

FIG. 12 shows another embodiment of the movement carriage of the present invention. The movement carriage 7 of this embodiment is a modification of the movement carriage shown in FIG. 10 as shown in FIGS. In order to clean the bottom part in the hole 3, a scraper part 13 and a storage part 14 are attached to the base 8 as a cleaning tool 12 on the rear side.
That is, in the moving carriage 7 of this embodiment, the base 8, the wheel 9, the axle 10, and the connecting portion 11 are basically the same as those in FIG. 10, and the bottom of the base 8 is positioned higher than the above. A box-shaped storage portion 14 is provided at the rear end portion of the base 8, and the scraper plate portion 13 has a subsequent upper end portion 13 a continuous with the opening portion 14 a of the storage portion 14 and protrudes obliquely from the base 8. The front lower end portion 13b located below the bottom portion of the base 8 is substantially aligned with the bottom side portion 3a of the cross section of the hole 3 so as to support the scraping plate portion 13 in the front-rear direction (length direction) of the base 8. A plurality of supporting plates 13c are suspended from the base 8 in parallel with each other at appropriate intervals.
Thus, the moving carriage 7 of the present embodiment is also used for the movement in the hole 3 of the culvert block 1 in the same manner as described above. At this time, the movement of the carriage 7 (see FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b)) The deposits, dust, etc. at the bottom of the hole 3 are scraped off by the front lower end 13b of the scraper plate 13, and the deposits, dust, etc. are on the scraper plate 13 along the support plate 13c. Are sequentially pushed up to the rear upper end portion 13a, collected in the storage portion 14 through the opening portion 14a, and the hole 3 is cleaned.

The moving carriage of the present invention is not necessarily limited to that of the above-described embodiment, and various design changes may be made within the scope intended by the present invention.
For example, the base 8 is not limited to the above-mentioned shape, but has a concave shape with various shapes in plan view (the bottom portion of the base 8 is bent or curved in the width direction with the bottom portion being substantially parallel to the bottom portion of the hole 3 of the culvert block 1. However, the hole 3 is formed in a flat trapezoidal shape, and at least a person is placed on the hole 3 in order to clean, remove, or inspect the deposits, dust, and foreign matters in the hole 3. It is only necessary that the inner wheel can be moved in the length direction and the lower wheel 9 can be positioned in the vicinity of both ends of the bottom 3a of the hole 3 cross section.
Further, the number of wheels 9 is not limited to four, and the base 8 may be supported by three, for example, a three-wheeled vehicle, or the wheel 9 may be a driving wheel by providing a driving device on the base 8. In addition, the axle 10 is also inclined as described above, and the wheel 9 is preferably in contact with the vicinity of both ends of the bottom 3a of the cross section of the hole 3, but the axle 10 is substantially horizontal, or alternatively By changing the inclination angle, for example, the design can be changed so that it can also be applied to a culvert block 20 having a circular hole 21 as shown in the left half part and the right half part of FIG.
Further, the cleaning tool 12 only needs to be able to clean the inner bottom portion of the hole 3 and has at least a scraping plate portion 13, and the shape and structure of the scraping plate portion 13 are also appropriate and protrude from the base 8 to lower end portion 13 b. Should be made substantially along the bottom part 3a of the cross section of the hole 3, and in addition to this, as described above, the suction machine and the storage box 14 (the deposits in various shapes such as a bag, a container, etc. Anything that can store garbage or the like may be provided.
