締め付けバンドを前記封止材の外側に巻回して止め具を介してリング状にし、該締め付けバンドを締め付けた後、前記止め具を固定する工程と、
修理対象のフランジ継手のボルト・ナットにおける漏洩を確認する工程と、
漏洩が確認された箇所のボルト・ナットを取り外し、該ボルト・ナットのボルト孔に修理用治具を挿入する工程と、
前記修理用治具を介して前記ボルト孔に樹脂シール材を充填する工程とを有し、
前記修理用治具は、前記ボルト孔に挿入されるねじ軸部と、前記ねじ軸部の一端側に固定又は螺合される第1ナット部と、前記ねじ軸部の他端側に螺合される第2ナット部とを備え、前記ねじ軸部には前記ボルト孔に樹脂を充填させる樹脂注入溝が軸方向に沿って設けられ、前記第2ナット部には前記樹脂注入溝に直接又は前記ねじ軸部のねじ溝を介して連通する接続孔が複数設けられ、複数の前記接続孔の一つに樹脂シール材注入器を接続すると共に、前記接続孔の残りの全てを栓で塞ぐことを特徴とするフランジ継手の修理工法。
