これで、定滑車のワイヤーロープを引き上げ、引き下げを繰り返す事で動滑車がてこ棒の先端を上下運動させ、てこ棒の軸の回転運動が出来る。この工程が、てこ棒と滑車を組合せて大きな力を生み出す事が出来る。
ロ 大きな回転力を生み出すには、てこ棒を長くして、滑車の数を増やす事で解決出来る、てこ棒を長くした分と滑車の数を増やした分、定滑車のワイヤーロープを長く引き上げ引下げを繰り返えすための手段は、別の、てこ棒を1本使用するてこ棒の軸に大きな歯車を取り付ける、この歯車に小さい歯車を噛み合わせる小さい歯車に同じ歯車を噛み合わせる、これで片方が右回転をすると片方が左回転する、この歯車の軸棒にプーリーを取り付ける、このプーリーに定滑車のワイヤーロープをプーリーが巻き付け巻き戻しが出来る様に取り付ける、これで、てこ棒の先端をモーターで左右に動かす事で、てこ棒の軸の大きな歯車が小さい歯車を高速で回転させ小さな歯車に取り付けたプーリーが定滑車のワイヤーロープを高速でプーリーが交互に巻き付け巻き戻しを繰り返す事で、てこ棒を上下運動させて軸棒を回転させる、この軸棒に取り付けた歯車で発電機を回転させて発電する。
ハ 発電機で発電された電気をバッテリーに充電する、この電気で車を走らせる事で外部から充電しないで、長時間、車を走らせる事が出来る。
