Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のアルカリ可溶性バインダー樹脂は、エポキシ基を含むもののカルボン酸を含まないものであって、これを含む感光性樹脂組成物は保管安定性に優れ、現像工程中の小さいパターンの流失を防ぎ、パターン形成時にアンダーカットを減少させる効果がある。

Claims (8)
- 前記光開始剤は、トリアジン系化合物、ビイミダゾール化合物、アセトフェノン系化合物、ベンゾフェノン系化合物、チオキサントン系化合物、チオキサントン系化合物、クマリン系化合物、およびO-アシルオキシム系化合物からなる群より選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ可溶性の感光性樹脂組成物。
- 前記溶媒は、メチルエチルケトン、メチルセロソルブ、エチルセロソルブ、プロピルセロソルブ、エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、エチレングリコールジエチルエーテル、エチレングリコールメチルエチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールジメチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールジエチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエチルエーテル、2-エトキシプロパノール、2-メトキシプロパノール、3-メトキシブタノール、シクロペンタノン、シクロヘキサノン、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールエチルエーテルアセテート、3-メトキシブチルアセテート、エチル-3-エトキシプロピオネート、エチルセロソルブアセテート、メチルセロソルブアセテート、ブチルアセテート、およびジプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルからなる群より選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ可溶性の感光性樹脂組成物。
- 前記組成物は、硬化促進剤、熱重合抑制剤、可塑剤、接着促進剤、充填剤および界面活性剤からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ可溶性の感光性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のアルカリ可溶性の感光性樹脂組成物から得られた結果物。
- 前記結果物は、光硬化性塗料、光硬化性インク、カラーフィルタ、顔料分散型組成、および遮光膜からなる群より選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の結果物。
- 請求項7に記載のカラーフィルタを含む液晶表示素子。
