Abstract

Claims (14)
- ガスタービンエンジン用のシュラウド装置であって、
低延性材料からなり、対向する第1及び第2の端面の間に延びる対向する前壁及び後壁と、対向する内壁及び外壁とによって画定される断面形状を有するシュラウドセグメントを備え、前記内壁が円弧状の内部流路面を画定し、前記シュラウドセグメントが、
径方向内向きの弦状の前部取り付け面と、
径方向内向きの弦状の後部取り付け面と、
前記シュラウドセグメントを囲む環状ケースと、を含み、該環状ケースが、
前記前部取り付け面と係合する径方向外向きの弦状の前部支承面と、
前記シュラウドセグメントの前記後部取り付け面と係合する径方向外向きの弦状の後部支承面と、を含むシュラウド装置。 - 前記前壁が、該前壁から軸方向に延び、前記前部取り付け面を画定する前部フランジを含む、前記後壁が、該後壁から軸方向に延び、前記後部取り付け面を画定する後部フランジを含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記前後の壁の各々の少なくとも一部が前記外壁に対して鋭角を成して向けられると共に、前記前後壁の径方向内側の端部が径方向外側の端部よりも互いに大幅に近接する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記前壁が、該前壁内に形成され、前記前部取り付け面を画定する前部ノッチを含み、
前記後壁が、該後壁内に形成され、前記後部取り付け面を画定する後部ノッチを含む請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記前部支承面が、1つ又は複数の機械的ファスナによって前記ケースに取り付けられる前部保持器によって画定される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記前部保持器が、径方向内側に延びるL形のフックを有するボデーを含み、前記フックが前記前部支承面を画定する請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記後部支承面が、1つ又は複数の機械的ファスナによって前記ケースに取り付けられる後部保持器によって画定される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記後部保持器が、径方向内側に延びるL形のフックを有するボデーを含み、前記フックが前記後部支承面を画定する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ケースに取り付けられる環状ノズル支持体を更に含み、該ノズル支持体がボデーと、該ボデーから軸方向に延びるフランジとを含み、該フランジが前記支承面の1つを画定する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル支持体が、径方向内向きのシールスロットを画定し、
ピストンリングが前記シールスロット内に配置され、前記ケースの内表面に接触するように径方向外側に延びる請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記ノズル支持体が、前記フランジと連係して前記シュラウドセグメントの近傍の環状シールポケットを画定する軸方向に延びる環状シールトゥ−スを含む請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記シュラウドセグメントがセラミックス複合材料から成る請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シュラウドセグメントの環状リングが、各々の取り付け面が閉多角形の形状を形成するように前記ケーシング内に環状配列で配置される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支承面の各々が閉多角形の形状を形成する請求項13に記載の装置。
