Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による転がり軸受用保持器40は、複数の転動体を転動自在に保持し、転動体が位置する凹面部42を有するポケット41と、ポケット41間に形成された柱部43と、柱部43に形成された空洞部44を有するものであって、空洞部44は、柱部中央に設けられた架橋部により仕切られ、空洞部44は、凹面部42に開口している。

Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態による転がり軸受用保持器の斜視図である。本発明による転がり軸受用保持器40は、外側部材50と内側部材60とを組み合わせたもので、転がり軸受の内輪軌道と外輪軌道との間に配置される複数の転動体を転動自在に保持するために全体を円環状に形成して、円周方向の複数箇所にポケット41を設け、該ポケット41には前記転動体が位置する凹面部42が設けられている。ポケット41、41の間には、柱部43が設けられており、柱部43には空洞部44が設けられている。この空洞部44は、凹面部に開口している。

Claims (2)
- 転がり軸受の内輪軌道と外輪軌道との間に配置される複数の転動体を転動自在に保持し、転動体が位置する凹面部を有するポケットと、ポケット間に形成された柱部と、柱部に形成された空洞部とを有する転がり軸受用保持きにおいて、前記空洞部は柱部中央に設けられた架橋部により仕切られ、空洞部は凹面部に開口している、ことを特徴とする転がり軸受用保持器。
- 保持器が外側部材と内側部材とから成り、外側部材と内側部材の相対する面にはそれぞれねじ溝が形成され、相対回転させて外側部材と内側部材とを結合させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
