Abstract
【解決手段】複数の個別レール12’、12’’、12’’’と台車に固定され、位置マーキングをスキャンするように設計された少なくとも1つのスキャナとを有する台車が案内される複数の個別レール12’、12’’、12’’’を線形上に有するスライドレール10に関連する台車の位置を決定するための線形位置測定システムにおいて、全ての複数の個別レール12’、12’’、12’’’の位置マーキングは、夫々複数の測定スケールで同様に配置される。情報の断片は、台車が案内される各々の個別レールで収集されるために別々の個別コード24’、24’’、24’’’が個別レール12’、12’’、12’’’に設けられ、スキャナによってスキャンされる。

本発明は、一例の実施形態を基に以下でさらに詳細に説明されるだろう。
Claims (12)
- 夫々位置マーキング(20、22)を有し、複数の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)に従って夫々設置されている複数の測定スケール(16、18)と、
台車が案内される夫々の前記個別レールに関連する当該台車の夫々の位置を決定することを可能にするための、当該台車に固定され、前記位置マーキング(20、22)をスキャンするように設計された少なくとも1つのスキャナと、を有し、
前記全ての複数の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)の前記位置マーキング(20、22)は、前記夫々複数の測定スケール(16、18)で同様に配置され、
情報の断片は、前記台車が案内される各々の個別レールで収集されるために、別々の個別コード(24’、24’’、24’’’)が前記複数の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)に設けられ、前記スキャナによってスキャンされる、
前記台車が案内される前記複数の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)を線形上に有するスライドレール(10)に関連する当該台車の位置を決定するための線形位置測定システム。 - 前記個別コード(24’、24’’、24’’’)は、連続した番号の情報を1つの個別レールから他のレールに伝送する、請求項1の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記連続した番号は、グレイコードでコード化される、請求項2の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記夫々の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)の個別コードは、後でシールするために前記複数の個別レール(12’、12’’、12’’’)で夫々のベアホール(14)の中に導入される複数のシール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)に実装される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記複数のシール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)の各々は、個別の情報の断片を伝送する、請求項4の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記個別の情報は、前記シール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)に含まれる材料の夫々の材料特性を介して導出される、請求項5の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記個別の情報は、前記シール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)の表面の夫々の形状を介して導出される、請求項5の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記別々の情報は、前記シール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)の中へ一体化された、若しくは、前記シール栓(26’、26’’、26’’’、26’’’’)の前記表面に固定されたスイッチング要素を介して導出される、請求項5の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記スイッチング要素は、RFIDデータキャリアである、請求項8の線形位置装置システム。
- 前記位置マーキングは、増分マーキング(20)及び/若しくは絶対マーキング(22)を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記増分マーキング(20)及び/若しくは前記絶対マーキング(22)は、磁界の強さの経過が前記少なくとも1つのスキャナによってスキャンされる個別の永久磁石で各々設計される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1の線形位置測定システム。
- 前記増分マーキング(20)及び/若しくは前記絶対マーキング(22)は、前記少なくとも1つのスキャナによって光学的にスキャンされる光学的マーキングとして各々設計された、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1の線形位置測定システム。
