Description
Claims (14)
- 主要面を有する非導電性基板と、
前記主要面の少なくとも一部分を覆って形成された導電バス・バーと、
前記バス・バー及び主要面の少なくとも一部分を覆って形成され、薄膜/バス・バー連結部を形成する導電コーティングと、
前記薄膜/バス・バー連結部の少なくとも一部分を覆って貼付された等方的導電性接着材と
を備えるバス・バー・システム。 - 前記基板がガラス及びプラスチックから構成されるグループから選択されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バス・バーがセラミック・バス・バーである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記導電コーティングがインジウム錫酸化物及び誘電層間に少なくとも1つの金属層を有するコーティングから構成されるグループから選択されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記等方的導電性接着材が導電性テープ及び導電性薄膜から構成されるグループから選択されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記等方的導電性接着材に接着された金属薄片を更に備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基板がガラス及びプラスチックから構成されるグループから選択され、前記バス・バーがセラミック・バス・バーであり、前記導電コーティングがインジウム錫酸化物及び少なくとも1つの金属層を有する機能性コーティングから構成されるグループから選択され、前記等方的導電性接着材が導電性テープ及び導電性薄膜から構成されるグループから選択され、金属薄片が前記等方的導電性接着材に接着されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基板がガラス及びプラスチックから構成されるグループから選択され、前記バス・バーがセラミック・バス・バーであり、前記導電コーティングがインジウム錫酸化物であり、前記等方的導電性接着材が導電性テープであり、金属薄片が前記テープに接着されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 主要面を有する非導電性基板と、
前記主要面の少なくとも一部分を覆って形成されたバス・バーと、
前記バス・バー及び主要面の少なくとも一部分を覆って形成された導電コーティングと、
前記バス・バーの上に重なった前記導電コーティングの少なくとも一部分を覆って形成された第1の等方的導電性テープと、
前記第1の導電性テープ上に設けられた導電編組線と、
前記編組線及び第1の導電性テープの少なくとも一部分を覆って設けられた第2の等方的導電性テープと、
前記第2の等方的導電性テープの少なくとも一部分、前記編組線、及び前記第1の等方的導電性テープを覆って設けられた導電性金属薄片と
を備えるバス・バー・システム。 - 前記基板がガラス及びプラスチックから構成されるグループから選択されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記バス・バーがセラミック・バス・バーである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記導電コーティングがインジウム錫酸化物、及び誘電層間に少なくとも1つの金属層を有するコーティングから構成されるグループから選択されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 主要面を有する非導電性基板と、
前記主要面の少なくとも一部分を覆って形成された導電コーティングと、
前記導電コーティングの少なくとも一部分を覆って形成された導電バス・バーであって、等方的導電性接着材及び前記接着材に接着された金属薄片を備える導電バス・バーとを備えるバス・バー・システム。 - 前記接着材が等方的導電性テープである、請求項13に記載のバス・バー・システム。
