Claims (13)
- DC電圧をAC電圧に、およびAC電圧をDC電圧に変換するためのマルチレベル電圧変換器であって、第1の制御ユニット(30)と、第1のDC端子(4)と第2のDC端子(5)の間の少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)とを備え、前記少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)が、第1のDC端子(4)と第1のAC端子(6)の間の第1の電圧源(Uvp1)と、第1のAC端子(6)と第2のDC端子(5)の間の第2の電圧源(Uvn1)とを備え、前記第1の制御ユニット(30)が、前記第1および第2の電圧源(Uvp1、Uvn1)を制御するマルチレベル電圧変換器において、
前記変換器がさらに、前記少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)に直列結合された少なくとも1つの結合インダクタ(18)と、前記少なくとも1つの結合インダクタ(18)に接続された能動制御型の高調波補償器(21)と、前記高調波補償器(21)の出力を制御するように適合された第2の制御ユニット(23)とを備えており、前記少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)を通って流れる循環電流(ic)中の高調波を減少させる
ことを特徴とするマルチレベル電圧変換器。 - 前記第2の制御ユニット(23)が、前記AC電圧(Uf)の基本周波数の2倍である前記循環電流(ic)中の高調波が減少するように前記高調波補償器(21)の出力を制御する請求項1に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記第2の制御ユニット(23)が、前記高調波補償器(21)に前記結合インダクタ(18)を通る所望の電流(im)を発生させるように前記高調波補償器(21)の出力を制御する請求項1または2に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記第2の制御ユニット(23)が、閉ループ制御によって前記高調波補償器(21)の出力を制御する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記結合インダクタ(18)が、前記少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)に電気化学的に結合される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記結合インダクタ(18)が、空気を介して、または磁性材料を介して前記少なくとも1つの位相レッグ(1)に磁気的に結合される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記高調波補償器(21)がパワー電子変換器(22)を備え、前記パワー電子変換器(22)の出力側が前記結合インダクタ(18)に直接接続される請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記パワー電子変換器(22)が前記結合インダクタ(18)に並列接続される請求項7に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記パワー電子変換器(22)が電流型変換器である請求項8に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記パワー電子変換器(22)が前記結合インダクタ(18)に直列接続される請求項7に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 前記パワー電子変換器(22)が電圧型変換器である請求項10に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 少なくとも1つの位相インダクタ(9)が前記位相レッグ(1)に直列接続される請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
- 少なくとも1つの位相インダクタ(9)が前記第1のAC端子(6)に直列接続される請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマルチレベル電圧変換器。
