Claims (10)
- 低温の廃水を貯蔵するための下部(5)と層状化用の板(7)により分離された、高温の廃水を貯蔵するための上部(6)という、層状化により分かれている、少なくとも二つの部分を含む槽(1)を含むことと、入ってくる廃水を、槽(1)の下部(5)の方へ導く配管(3)を含むことと、上部(6)内に配置された熱交換器(12)を含むことを特徴とする、廃水からの熱の回収装置。
- 前請求項において、層状化用の板(7)が、厚さ0.8から1.2ミリメートルの間の金属製であることを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、想定居住人数をnとすると、下部(5)が20nリットルから30nリットルの間の容量部を含み、および/または上部(6)が40nリットルから60nリットルの間の容量部を含むことを特徴とする、建物用の熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、廃水のための入口(2)と、廃水を排出するための出口(10)を含むことを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、槽(1)が、ポリ塩化ビニル等のプラスチックを主素材とすることを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、槽(1)の壁が、厚さ100ミリメートルのポリウレタン製発泡素材と同等の断熱手段を含むことを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、熱交換器(12)が、銅製蛇管を含むことを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- 上記請求項のいずれかの請求項において、熱交換器(12)が、衛生的な高温水の配管系統用の入口(13)と衛生的な高温水の配管系統への出口(14)を含み、予熱された衛生用水を衛生的な高温水の配管系統へ流すことを特徴とする、熱回収装置。
- -層状化により、高温の廃水と低温の廃水が分離される段階と;
-高温の廃水の熱が、予熱すべき流体へ移される段階と;
を含むことを特徴とする、廃水からの熱の回収法。 - 前請求項において、第一段階が、同じ槽(1)内の、明確に区別された二つの部分(5)、(6)の中に、高温水と低温水を分けて貯蔵することからなることと、第二段階が、高温部分(6)内に配置された熱交換器(12)を介して、高温水の熱を回収することからなる、ということを特徴とする、熱回収法。
