Abstract
Description
ならし運転液は、主要量のエチレングリコール、1.6重量パーセントの2−エチルヘキサン酸、0.1重量パーセントのセバシン酸及び0.1%のトリルトリアゾールを含んで調製され、pHを8.3にした。

ならし運転液の評価を可能にするために、以下のスクリーニング方法を使用した。100mlの目的の液体を、冷却剤のASTM D−1384ガラス製品腐蝕試験で使用される鋳鉄合金試片を入れたガラスバイアル中に入れた。内容物を含むバイアルを90℃で1時間オーブン中に置く。オーブンから除去後、バイアルを8時間放置して室温に冷却する。液体の70パーセントを除去すると、その結果、金属試験片が一部浸漬している。一部浸漬した金属部分は室温で1時間そのままにした後、50℃のオーブン中に入れる。この後で、バイアルを4℃で1時間冷蔵する。バイアルを取り出して室温に置く。50℃から4℃にして室温に戻すサイクルを再び繰り返す。その後、金属試料を腐蝕について検査する。それらは、蒸気中の位置についてと同じく液体中の位置についても検査する。表1に結果を示し、本発明の実施例が液体相及び蒸気相両方における最良の腐蝕防止を提供することを示す。

- カルボン酸が、モノカルボン酸、ジカルボン酸、脂肪族モノカルボン酸、脂肪族ジカルボン酸、分岐カルボン酸又は芳香族非分岐及び分岐カルボン酸の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の濃縮物。
