Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- a)実験動物の輸精管上の外血管を除去する工程;および
b)前記血管が除去された輸精管から精液を採取する工程
を含む、精液採取法。 - 前記工程a)が、前記輸精管の周囲の精巣動静脈を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記工程a)が、前記輸精管と前記精巣動静脈との間に存在する膜に溶媒を注入することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記溶媒が生理食塩水である、請求項3に記載の精液採取法。
- a)実験動物の輸精管上の外血管から血液を除去する工程;および
b)前記血液が除去された輸精管から精液を採取する工程
を含む、精液採取法。 - 前記工程a)が、前記輸精管の周囲の輸精管動静脈から血液を除去することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記工程a)が、精巣動静脈に溶媒を注入することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記溶媒が生理食塩水である、請求項7に記載の精液採取法。
- a)実験動物の腹部大動脈または腹部大静脈を切断して前記腹部大動脈または前記腹部大静脈から血液を除去する工程;および
b)輸精管から精液を採取する工程;
を含む、精液採取法。 - a)実験動物の精巣上体上の外血管を除去する工程;および
b)前記血管が除去された精巣上体から精液を採取する工程;
を含む、精液採取法。 - 前記工程b)が、前記精巣上体を切断して精液を採取することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記工程a)およびb)が、温度30〜45℃を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の精液採取法。
- 前記実験動物が、ウサギ、マウス、ラット、イヌ、およびモルモットからなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の精液採取法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により採取された精液を雌に注入することを含む、人工授精法。
- 前記請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により採取された精液が、希釈されて雌に注入されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の人工授精法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法により採取された精液を雌に注入することを含む、人工授精法。
- 前記請求項12に記載の方法により採取された精液が希釈されて雌に注入される、請求項14に記載の人工授精法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法により採取された精液を雌に注入することを含む、人工授精法。
- 前記請求項12に記載の方法により採取された精液が希釈されて雌に注入される、請求項18に記載の人工授精法。
