Claims (13)
- 血流中のエチルアルコールを検出及び測定するための装置であって、
人体から発散される発汗になる前の蒸気を処理するように適合されたセンサのアレイを備え、前記発汗になる前の蒸気は1つ又は複数の検体を含有し、
前記アレイ内の各センサは、前記検体の存在に応答して信号を生成し、少なくとも1つのセンサはエタノールの検体に対して同定可能な信号を生成し、前記センサ・アレイ内の少なくとも2つのセンサは、同一の検体に応答して異なる信号を生成し、
前記センサのアレイの1つ又はそれ以上の出力に対応する信号パターンを格納するパターン認識ライブラリと、
前記センサのアレイからの個々の出力を受信する計算デバイスと
をさらに備え、前記アレイ出力はパターンを示し、前記計算デバイスは、前記アレイ出力を前記パターン認識ライブラリに格納された前記信号パターンと比較して、前記比較の関数として経皮的アルコール含量測定値を判定する
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記計算デバイスが、前記パターン認識ライブラリの前記出力のニューラル・ネットワーク解析を通じて前記経皮的アルコール含量測定値を判定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサの前記出力が、標的検体の存在下での静電容量の変化の関数であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサのアレイ内の少なくとも1つのセンサが、周囲湿度センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アレイ内の少なくとも1つのセンサが、周囲温度センサであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記計算デバイスが、前記アレイ出力の一部が干渉物質に対応することを判定し、前記干渉物質に帰属可能な前記信号の前記一部を前記アレイ出力から差し引くことにより、前記経皮的アルコール含量測定値を判定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が車両内に配置され、前記車両は、操作制御部を含み、少なくとも前記センサは前記操作制御部内に配置され、前記操作制御部は、前記車両を操作するためには前記車両のユーザと接触すること必要とされており、前記車両は、前記計算デバイスと通信するとともに該計算デバイスから経皮的アルコール含量測定値の関数として信号を受信する車両決定モジュールをさらに備え、前記車両決定モジュールは、前記経皮的アルコール含量測定値の関数として、前記車両の作動を防止することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記操作制御部が、ステアリングホイールであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記パターン認識ライブラリ及び前記計算デバイスが、前記操作制御部上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 運転者情報インターフェースをさらに備え、前記運転者情報インターフェースが、前記計算デバイスから前記出力信号を受信し、前記車両の操作者の血流中のアルコールの存在又は非存在を示す、該操作者から目視可能な表示を提供することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- ヒトのデータベースをさらに備え、前記ヒトのデータベースは、前記経皮的アルコール含量測定値を血中アルコール含量測定値に変換するための変換データを格納し、前記計算デバイスが、人間の前記血中アルコール含量を判定するために、前記ヒトのデータベースに動作可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 運転者情報インターフェースをさらに備え、前記運転者情報インターフェースは、前記計算デバイスから前記出力信号を受信し、前記車両の操作者の血流中のアルコールの存在又は非存在から濃度までを示す、該操作者から目視可能な表示を提供することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記計算デバイスが、前記パターン認識ライブラリの前記出力の統計学的解析を通じて、前記経皮的アルコール含量及び測定値を判定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
