Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 輪郭形成のための自動コントラスト増強のための方法であって、
分析されるべき体積画像スライスを表示するステップと、
前記体積画像スライスにおける標的解剖構造の輪郭描写を受信するステップと、
前記体積画像スライスにおいて輪郭描写されている範囲に基づいて関心領域を識別するステップと、
前記関心領域におけるボクセル強度値を分析するステップと、
前記ボクセル強度値に基づいて適切なウインドウレベル設定を決定するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記適切なウインドウレベル設定に基づいて現在のウインドウレベル設定を調節するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一連の体積画像をメモリに保存するステップをさらに有し、前記体積画像スライスが一連の体積画像のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 適切なウインドウレベル設定が体積画像スライス毎に自動的に決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記関心領域が継続的に識別され、前記標的解剖構造が輪郭描写されると、前記関心領域の前記ボクセル強度値が分析され、前記適切なウインドウレベル設定が決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ボクセル強度値を分析するステップが強度ヒストグラムを作るステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 完全に輪郭描写された画像スライスをメモリに保存するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 輪郭描写された一連の画像スライスに基づいて前記標的解剖構造を輪郭形成するステップをさらに有し、前記輪郭描写された一連の画像スライスは完全に輪郭描写された画像スライスを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分析されるべき体積画像スライスを表示するディスプレイと、
前記体積画像スライスにおける標的解剖構造のユーザ輪郭描写を受けることができるユーザインターフェースと、
前記ユーザ輪郭描写に基づいて関心領域を識別し、前記関心領域のボクセル強度値を分析して適切なウインドウレベル設定を決定する、プロセッサとを有する、システム。 - 前記プロセッサが前記適切なウインドウレベル設定に基づいて現在のウインドウレベル設定を調節する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 一連の体積画像を保存するメモリをさらに有し、前記体積画像スライスは一連の体積画像のうちの1つである、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記メモリが完全に輪郭描写された体積画像スライスを保存する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが体積画像スライス毎に適切なウインドウレベル設定を自動的に決定する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記標的解剖構造が輪郭描写されると、前記プロセッサが継続的に前記関心領域を識別し、前記関心領域の前記ボクセル強度値を分析し、前記適切なウインドウレベル設定を決定する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが前記ボクセル強度値を分析するために強度ヒストグラムを作る、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが輪郭描写された一連の画像スライスに基づいて前記標的解剖構造を輪郭形成し、前記輪郭描写された一連の画像スライスは完全に輪郭描写された画像スライスを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインターフェースはタッチセンサスクリーンを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサによって実行可能な命令のセットを含むコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記命令のセットは、
分析されるべき体積画像スライスを表示し、
前記体積画像スライスにおける標的解剖構造の輪郭描写を受信し、
前記体積画像スライスにおいて輪郭描写されている範囲に基づいて関心領域を識別し、
前記関心領域におけるボクセル強度値を分析し、
前記ボクセル強度値に基づいて適切なウインドウレベル設定を決定する、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
