Claims (9)
- 流体を噴射するための噴射弁(100)であって、
長手方向軸線(LA)と、
噴射弁キャビティ(80)を備えた噴射弁ケーシング(40)と、
噴射弁キャビティ(80)内で軸方向に可動な弁ニードル(10)とが設けられており、該弁ニードル(10)が、
弁ニードルキャビティを備えた弁ニードルボディ(20)と、
分離エレメント(120)と、
シールエレメント(50)と、
少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(60)を有しており、
前記分離エレメント(120)が、前記弁ニードルキャビティ内に固定的に配置されていて、該弁ニードルキャビティを第1の流体容積室(30)と第2の流体容積室(35)とに分割するようになっており、かつ第1の流体容積室(30)と第2の流体容積室(35)とを液圧的に接続するための、設定された通路開口を備えた少なくとも1つの流体通路(130)を有しており、
前記シールエレメント(50)が、軸方向に可動であり、第1の流体容積室(30)を設定するために配置されており、かつ閉鎖位置では流体噴射を阻止し、閉鎖位置とは別の位置では流体噴射を可能にするようになっており、
前記ばねエレメント(60)が、プリロードをかけられていて、前記シールエレメント(50)に、弁ニードル(10)の最大の軸方向の拡張に向かう方向で作用していることを特徴とする、液体を噴射するための噴射弁。 - シールエレメント(50)が、球または円錐の形状を有している、請求項1記載の噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの流体通路(130)が、軸方向の孔である、請求項1または2記載の噴射弁。
- シールエレメント(50)および/または弁ニードルボディ(20)が、シールエレメント(50)と、弁ニードルキャビティの内壁との間の流体の流れを基本的に阻止するようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁
- シールエレメント(50)および/または弁ニードルボディ(20)は、シールエレメント(50)が軸方向に運動する間に、設定された漏れ特性を提供するようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 弁ニードルボディ(20)が突出部(110)を有していて、弁ニードル(10)がその最大の軸方向の拡張に達した時に、突出部(110)にシールエレメント(50)が載置される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(60)の第1の座が、分離エレメント(120)により形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(60)の第2の座が、シールエレメント(50)により形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つのばねエレメント(60)が、コイルばねであり、第1の流体容積室(30)内に配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
