Claims (12)
- 医療器具を患者の体内へ進入させるための多管腔装置であって、
外側管腔を包囲している壁を備えている外側カテーテルと、
前記外側管腔内に移動可能に配置され且つ内側管腔を有している内側カテーテルと、
前記外側管腔内で且つ前記内側カテーテルの外側に移動可能に配置された医療器具と、
前記内側管腔内に移動可能に配置され且つ遠位端と近位端とを有している、先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルであって、該遠位端に先端バルーンを備えており、該先端バルーンは、拡張して前記外側カテーテルの壁と接触して体液が前記外側管腔内に入って前記医療器具を汚染するのを防止するシールをもたらすようになされている、先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルと、を備えている多管腔装置。 - 前記医療器具が前記外側管腔内に設けられ且つそこから配備される構造とされている配備器具を備えている、請求項1に記載の多管腔装置。
- 管腔を有し且つ前記先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルの遠位端の近位側の第一の位置で前記外側管腔内に配置されている押し込みカテーテルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の多管腔装置。
- 前記配備器具が、動物の体に治療処置を施す医療器具である、請求項2に記載の多管腔装置。
- 前記配備器具が前記内側カテーテルの周りに配置されており、該内側カテーテルは更に、前記配備器具を配備させるための押し込み機構を備えている、請求項2に記載の多管腔装置。
- 前記先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルの前記近位端が、前記内側管腔内に設けられた細長いカテーテル軸部であり、前記先端バルーンは膨張したときに第一の直径を有し且つ収縮したときに第二の直径を有している、請求項1に記載の多管腔装置。
- 各カテーテル同士が同心状に配置されており、前記内側カテーテルの前記内側管腔が前記押し込みカテーテルの前記管腔内に配置されている、請求項3に記載の多管腔装置。
- 第二の内側カテーテルを更に備えており、前記内側カテーテル及び前記先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルが、前記第二の内側カテーテルとは異なる共通の中心を有している、請求項1に記載の多管腔装置。
- 前記内側カテーテルと前記押し込みカテーテルとが同心状に配置されていない、請求項3に記載の多管腔装置。
- 管腔を有しており且つ前記外側管腔内に設けられている第二の内側カテーテルを更に備えており、前記医療器具は、前記第二の内側カテーテルの前記管腔内に設けられた組織採集機構を備えており、
前記第一の内側カテーテル及び前記先端にバルーンを備えたカテーテルが、前記第二の内側カテーテルとは異なる共通の中心を有している、請求項1に記載の多管腔装置。 - 前記第二の内側カテーテルの前記管腔が更に2以上の組織採集機構を備えている、請求項10に記載の多管腔装置。
- 前記組織採集機構が、生検針、鉗子、ブラシ、スクレーパ、又は摘出用バスケットである、請求項10に記載の多管腔装置。
