Abstract
Description
表示を生成するための表示ピクセルのアレイを持つディスプレイであって、前記表示ピクセルがロウ及びカラムで配置されるディスプレイ、
異なる方向においてユーザの方へ複数のビューを投射するためのビュー形成装置を有し、
当該ビュー形成装置は、カラム・ピクセル方向に対して角度αで傾斜する長軸を持つ細長いビュー形成素子を有し、当該細長い素子は、Pかける異なるカラム中の同じ色のピクセル間の幅のピッチを持ち、ピッチPはP = 0.5 . k . (1+ S2)となるように選択され、S = tanα、kは正の整数である。
S = 1/(V.2.N+1) または
S = V/N
によって与えられる。
w/h = S - y, または
w/h = 2S - y
によって与えられる。
V = H/W
の場合において達成される。ここで、Nは負でない整数(0, 1, 2,...)である。
α = cot-1(V.(2N+1))
として選択されなければならない。
P=0.5W
によって与えられるはずである。
Ph=1.5(2N+1)(1+S2)
によって与えられる。
Ph=0.5(2N+1)(1+S2)

- 自動立体視表示装置であって、
表示を生成するためのロウ及びカラムで配置される表示ピクセルのアレイを持つディスプレイ、
複数のビューを各々異なる方向に投射するためのビュー形成装置、
を有し、
前記ビュー形成装置は、カラム・ピクセル方向に対して角度αで傾斜する長軸を持つ細長い素子を有し、前記細長い素子は、Pかける異なるカラム中の同じ色のピクセル間の幅のピッチを持ち、
ピッチPは、
P = 0.5.K.(1+S2)
となるように選択され、S= tanα、kは正の整数である、
自動立体視表示装置。 - 前記表示ピクセルが、赤、緑及び青のサブピクセルのカラムで配置され、カラム幅が、隣接する同じ色のサブピクセル・カラム間の距離からなり、
K = 3(2N+1)(nは0又は正の整数)
である、請求項1に記載の自動立体視表示装置。 - S = 1/v.2.N+1であり、vは、ユーザに向けて投射される個々のビューのためのピクセル・グリッドの幅対高さ比に等しい、請求項2に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- S=V/Nであり、Vは、ユーザに向けて投射される個々のビューのためのピクセル・グリッドの幅対高さ比に等しい、請求項2に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- 前記表示ピクセルが単一色のピクセルのカラムで配置され、k = 2N+1であり、nは0又は正の整数である、請求項1に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- S=1/(V.2.N+1)又はS=v/Nであり、Vは、ユーザに向けて投射される個々のビューのためのピクセル・グリッドの幅対高さ比に等しい、請求項5に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- V = 1である、請求項3、4又は6に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- V = √3又は1/√3である、請求項3、4又は6に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- ピクセル・ロウがピクセル・カラムに対して垂直になることからオフセットされている、請求項1に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- あるピクセルとロウに沿った次のピクセルとの間の垂直変位が、
y = (P/m-1)/S (mは正の整数)
によって与えられる、請求項9に記載の自動立体視表示装置。 - 前記ピクセルの幅対高さ比が、
w/h = S-y、又は
w/h = 2S-y
によって与えられる、請求項10に記載の自動立体視表示装置。 - Pが非整数である請求項10又は11に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- 前記ピクセルのロウが前記ディスプレイの最上部端に平行である、請求項9に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- 前記ピクセルのカラムが前記ディスプレイの側端に平行である、請求項9に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
- 前記ビュー形成装置が前記ディスプレイに位置決めされて配置されるレンチキュラ・アレイを有し、前記細長い素子が、異なる方向においてユーザの方へ投射される複数のビューへと前記表示ピクセルのグループの出力を焦束するように構成可能なレンチキュラ・レンズを有し、それにより自動立体視画像化を可能にする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の自動立体視表示装置。
