Claims (20)
- 対向する第1と第2の面を有した電気的絶縁基体と、
前記基体の第1の面に設けられた座席ヒーター集成体と、
前記基体の第2の面に設けられた静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナと、
前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された干渉低減構造とを具備する座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。 - 前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された接地層を更に具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地層は、導電材料をスクリーン印刷した層を具備する請求項2に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地層は、前記基体に積層した金属化フォイルを具備する請求項2に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された電気的絶縁層を更に具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記電気的絶縁層は、印刷された誘電体層を具備する請求項5に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された接地層と電気的絶縁層とを更に具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地層は、前記基体に設けた印刷された導体を具備し、前記絶縁層は、前記接地層に設けた印刷された誘電体を具備する請求項7に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体は印刷された導体層と、前記基体に設けた印刷された抵抗層とを含む請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体および前記アンテナは、前記基体の両面に設けたポリマー厚膜印刷層を具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層を更に具備する請求項10に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷誘電体層を更に具備する請求項10に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記ポリマー厚膜印刷誘電体層との間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層を含む請求項12に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 対向する第1と第2の面を有した電気的絶縁基体と、
前記基体の第1と第2の面の一方に設けられ複数の導電性トレース部を形成したポリマー厚膜印刷座席ヒーター導電層と、
前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の他方に設けた少なくとも1つの印刷接地層と印刷絶縁層と、
絶縁少なくとも1つの印刷接地層および印刷絶縁層に設けたポリマー厚膜印刷静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナとを具備する座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。 - 前記基体の第1と第2の面の前記他方に設けたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層を更に具備する請求項14に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記アンテナは前記印刷絶縁層に設けられている請求項14に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の前記他方に設けたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層と、
前記接地層に取着したポリマー厚膜印刷誘電体層とを更に具備し、
前記アンテナが印刷誘電体層に設けられている請求項14に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。 - 座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置の製造方法において、
対向する第1と第2の面を有した電気的絶縁基体を準備する工程と、
前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の一方に座席ヒーター集成体を印刷する工程と、
前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の他方に静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナ集成体を印刷する工程とを含んで成る座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナ集成体を印刷する工程は、アンテナを印刷することと、少なくとも1つの接地導体層と絶縁誘電体層とを印刷することとを含む請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1と第2の面の前記他方に接地導体層を印刷する工程と、
前記接地層に誘電体層を印刷する工程と、
前記誘電体層にアンテナを印刷する工程とを更に具備する請求項19に記載の方法。
