Claims (17)
- 全空間の方向に生じる力、モーメント、振動の伝達及び減衰のためのマシンもしくはギアボックスの弾性のベアリングであって、
軸方向に向けられた弾性の挟持部材(5)と、この挟持部材(5)の上もしくは下に設けられており、これの軸が前記挟持部材(5)に直交して向けられており、これのテーパー状の端部がこの挟持部材(5)に接して配置されている弾性の円錐部材(3)とを有しており、前記部材(3)、(5)は、前記円錐部材(3)で覆われている円錐体(4)によって、また、挟持部材(5)で覆われている円筒体(4a)によって、互いに接続されており、前記部材(3)、(5)と、前記円錐体(4)と、前記円筒体(4a)との各々は、前記弾性部材(3)、(5)間に設けられているクランプフランジ(2)を前記部材(3)の下に設けられている取着フランジ(1)にクランプするためのクランプボルト、即ちクランプねじ(7)を挿入するための、軸方向に向けられた中心孔を有している、ベアリング。 - 前記円錐部材(3)は、前記挟持部材(5)よりはるかに高い径方向の硬度を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記挟持部材(5)と圧力プレート(6)とは、構造ユニットを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐体(4)と前記弾性の円錐部材(3)とは、1つの構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐体(4)と前記円筒体(4a)とは、1つの構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐体(4)と前記取着フランジ(1)とは、1つの構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記クランプ手段(7)の挿入のための中心孔を有している圧力プレート(6)は、前記挟持部材(5)の外側に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐体(4)は、前記円錐部材(3)の内側の面が接している凸曲面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐部材(3)の内側の面は、凸曲面を有している、請求項8に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐部材(3)の外側の面は、凸曲面を有している、請求項9に記載のベアリング。
- 前記部材(3)、(5)は、少なくとも1つの弾性の層を有しており、前記弾性の層は、1つの弾性でない中間層によって個々に分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐部材(3)は、前記クランプ部材(7)の軸に対して10乃至50度の円錐角を、ねじ込まれる方向に有していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐角は、25乃至35度であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐部材(3)は、前記クランプ部材(7)の軸に対して10乃至50度の円錐角を、前記ねじ込まれる方向の反対方向に有していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載のベアリング。
- 前記円錐角は、25乃至35度であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のベアリング。
- 全空間方向に互いに対して動くマシンの複数の部分の振動の力を減衰するための、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に記載のベアリングの使用方法。
- ギアボックス、ロータシャフト、即ちロータ/ギアボックスユニットと、風力タービンのベッドプレートとの間の回転式の弾性接続のための、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に記載のベアリングの使用方法。
