Description
Claims (14)
- 炭素質燃料を燃焼するための炉と、燃料の燃焼中に発生する煙道ガス及び固体粒子を前記炉から除去するための、前記炉の上側部分に接続された少なくとも1つの出口チャネル(14)とを有する循環流動床ボイラ(10)であって、各出口チャネルに粒子分離器(16)が設けられ、該粒子分離器(16)には、前記ボイラからの、固体粒子が取り除かれた煙道ガスを移送するための煙道ガス・チャネル(18)と、分離された固体粒子を前記炉の下側部分に移送するための帰還ダクト(20)とが取り付けられ、前記帰還ダクト(20)には、ガス・シール(22)と、熱交換チャンバ(24)と、上昇チャネル(34)と、オーバーフロー管路(44)とが設けられ、前記ガス・シールから出た固体粒子は、前記熱交換チャンバ(24)の上側部分に案内され、そして前記熱交換チャンバの下側部分から前記上昇チャネル(34)を通して炉に案内される、又は前記熱交換チャンバの上側部分から前記オーバーフロー管路(44)を通して前記炉に直接案内される循環流動床ボイラ(10)において、
少なくとも1つのダウンパイプ(42)が、前記上昇チャネル(34)に接続して配置され、該ダウンパイプは、その上側部分で、前記上昇チャネル(44)の上側部分と流体接続し、その下側部分で、前記炉(12)の下側部分と流体接続し、また前記オーバーフロー管路(44)は、前記ダウンパイプの上側部分と直接流体接続していることを特徴とする循環流動床ボイラ(10)。 - ダウンパイプ(42)が、前記上昇チャネル(34)の2つの別個の側に配置されており、また前記上昇チャネルと前記ダウンパイプの上側部分とが前記炉(12)の最も近い壁(32’)の方向に連続するように前記ダウンパイプにオーバーフロー管路(44)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(24)の両側に上昇チャネル(34)が設けられ、前記熱交換チャンバと、前記上昇チャネルと、前記ダウンパイプの上側部分とが前記炉(12)の最も近い壁(32’)の方向に連続するように、前記上昇チャネルがダウンパイプ(42)と接続され、前記ダウンパイプがオーバーフロー管路(44’)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 上昇チャネル(34)とダウンパイプ(42)が、前記炉の最も近い壁(32’)に垂直な前記熱交換チャンバ(24)の2つの側壁に接続して配置されており、また前記側壁にオーバーフロー管路(44)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(24)と、1つ又は複数の前記上昇チャネル(34)と、前記ダウンパイプ(42)の上側部分と、前記オーバーフロー管路(44)とが統合体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記熱交換チャンバ(24)と、1つ又は複数の前記上昇チャネル(34)と、前記ダウンパイプ(42)の上側部分と、前記オーバーフロー管路(44)とが、大部分を水管構成として作られていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記オーバーフロー管路(44)が、前記上昇チャネル(34)よりも高い位置で前記ダウンパイプ(42)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 少なくとも1つのダウンパイプ(42)が燃料用入口(50)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記燃料用入口(50)が、前記ダウンパイプ(42)の垂直でない部分(54)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記垂直でない部分(54)が、前記ダウンパイプの天井部を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記垂直でない部分(54)が、前記ダウンパイプの最高点よりも下の傾斜部分を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記燃料用入口(50)が落下管脚部であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記燃料用入口(50)が、燃料を移送する分配コンベア(56)に取り付けられ、該コンベアが、前記熱交換チャンバ(24)の横で前記炉(12)の方へ直接方向付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
- 前記分配コンベア(56)が、燃料を移送する共通のコンベア(58)に接続され、該共通のコンベアが、前記炉から見て前記熱交換チャンバ(24)の後方に、前記炉(12)の最も近い壁(32’)と並べて配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の循環流動床ボイラ。
