Description
Claims (15)
- 内部空間を備える本体ケースと、
前記本体ケースの内部に設けられ、単一の送風ファンを介して当該本体ケースの両側から外気を流入させる送風部と、
前記本体ケースの一側から流入された空気を浄化する空気清浄部と、
除湿ローターによって前記本体ケースの他側から流入された空気から水分を除去する除湿部と、
を含む、空気清浄機。 - 前記本体ケースは、
前記除湿部と前記送風部とを分離させ、他側から流入された空気を当該送風部に流入させるための第1の貫通孔を含む第1の隔壁ユニットを備える、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第1の隔壁ユニットは、
前記第1の貫通孔を介して前記送風部に流入される空気の流動量を調節するために、当該第1の貫通孔を開閉する第1の開閉部材を備える、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記送風部は、
前記送風ファンに連結されて当該送風ファンの駆動源からの熱を感知する熱感知部材を備えており、
前記熱感知部材によって感知された熱が既設定値より高い場合には、前記第1の開閉部材によって前記第1の貫通孔を閉鎖するか又は除湿部の駆動を止めるようになっている、請求項3に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記送風ファンは、
両方向からの空気の流入を可能にするために、一側は開口され、他側面には少なくとも一つの送風孔を備える、請求項4に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記本体ケースは、
前記空気清浄部と前記送風部とを分離させ、一側から流入される空気が当該送風部に流入させるための第2の貫通孔を含む第2の隔壁ユニットをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第2の隔壁ユニットは、
前記第2の貫通孔を介して前記送風部に流入される空気の流動量を調節するために、当該第2の貫通孔を開閉する第2の開閉部材を備える、請求項4に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第1の貫通孔は、
前記本体ケースの一側からの空気の流入時に求められる静圧と前記本体ケースの他側からの空気の流入時に求められる静圧とを同一又は同等とするために、前記第2の貫通孔より小さく形成される、請求項7に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記本体ケースは、
前記本体ケースの一側から空気が流入されるように形成された第1の流入口と、
当該第1の流入口が形成された側の反対側から空気が流入されるように形成された第2の流入口と、
をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記第1及び2の開閉部材と、前記第1及び2の回動部材と、前記熱感知部材とに連結されて、前記送風部に流入される空気の量を調節する制御部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記本体ケースは、
前記第1及び2の流入口に取り付けられて、当該第1及び2の流入口に外気を流入させ、また、外気の流入を遮断する、第1及び2の回動部材をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記除湿部は、
前記除湿ローターが回転可能に備えられ、前記本体ケースの他側から流入される空気から水分を除去する除湿ローターユニットと、
前記除湿ローターユニットに連結され、当該除湿ローターユニットから除去された水分を凝縮させる凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器に連結されて凝縮された凝縮水を貯蔵する凝縮水貯蔵タンクと、
を備える、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記除湿ローターユニットは、
前記本体ケースに設けられて前記除湿部が配置された前記本体ケースの内部空間を分割する仕切り部材と、
前記仕切り部材に回転可能に設けられて前記本体ケースの他側から流入される空気から水分を除去する前記除湿ローターと、
前記本体ケースの他側から流入された空気から除去された水分を含有した前記除湿ローターから水分を除去するために、前記除湿部内で循環する別途の空気流動を形成させる空気循環部と、
前記空気循環部から送風された空気を加熱するために、前記除湿ローターと空気循環部との間に配置される加熱部と、
を備える、請求項12に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記凝縮器は、
前記空気循環部によって循環される空気が流入される入口孔と、
前記入口孔に流入されて水分が除去された空気が流出される出口孔と、
前記本体ケースの他側から流入された空気を通すための通風口が形成され、当該通風口を通る空気と熱伝達させるために前記空気循環部によって循環される空気が流れる流路管と、
を備える、請求項13に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記凝縮器は、
前記空気循環部によって循環される空気から凝縮された凝縮水が排出される排出口をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の空気清浄機。
