Description
Claims (15)
- 底部にセンサ表面を有する、流体試料を収容する手段;
前記センサ表面に備えられ、かつ該センサ表面にて磁場勾配を供するように備えられた四重極磁気ユニット;並びに、
前記センサ表面及び/又は該表面付近に蓄積される粒子を検出する手段;
を有するバイオセンサ。 - 前記四重極磁気ユニットが、独立に制御可能な4つの磁気サブユニットを有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記4つの磁気サブユニットがギャップによって分離する、請求項2に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記四重極磁気ユニットがコアを備える4つの電磁コイルを有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記4つの電磁コイルのコアが、前記センサ表面にて高い磁場勾配を供するように備えられた形状を有する、請求項4に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記4つの電磁コイルのコアが、前記センサ表面に対して垂直な方向で高い磁場勾配を供するように備えられた形状を有する、請求項5に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記4つの電磁コイルのコアが、前記センサ表面に対して平行な方向で低い磁場勾配を供するように備えられた形状を有する、請求項6に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記4つの電磁コイルのコアが、傾斜した磁極先端部を有する、請求項7に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記磁極の先端部の傾斜が、好適には前記センサ表面に対して30°〜60°の角度を有し、より好適には前記センサ表面に対して40°〜50°の角度を有し、最も好適には前記センサ表面に対して45°の角度を有する、請求項8に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記四重極磁気ユニットが、前記センサ表面に対して移動可能である、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記四重極磁気ユニットが、前記センサ表面に対して平行である、請求項10に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記四重極磁気ユニットが、回転磁場を供するように備えられている、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記四重極磁気ユニットが、切り換え可能な磁場勾配を供するように備えられている、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記センサ表面が、1つ以上の結合位置を有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサ。
- 前記1つ以上の結合位置が、1つの試薬又は複数の試薬を混合したものを有する、請求項14に記載のバイオセンサ。
