Claims (4)
- 共鳴チャンバ、特に、液体生産物の低温殺菌用装置のための共鳴チャンバであって、マイクロ波に対して透過性の材料から形成される生産物流導管と、この導管を取り囲む流体密な金属エンクロージャとを有し、前記チャンバエンクロージャの壁には複数のマイクロ波発生装置が取り付けられ、それらのアンテナがチャンバの内部に向けられているものにおいて、
前記マイクロ波発生装置のアンテナ(3, 4)が、前記チャンバ(1)内において、交互に配置され、各対のマイクロ波発生装置アンテナ(3, 4)が前記生産物流導管(2)の同じ部分に位置しながら、両側の各アンテナ対(3, 4)の対称軸は一致せず、互いに対してシフトされ、各アンテナ対の一方のアンテナ(3)は、前記生産物流導管(2)の一方側に位置し、各アンテナ対の他方のアンテナ(4)は前記生産物流導管(2)の他方側に位置している。 - 請求項1のチャンバであって、前記各対のマイクロ波発生装置アンテナ(3, 4)は、前記生産物流導管(2)に沿ったポイント(B, C, D, E, F, G, H)の同じレベルに位置している。
- 請求項1のチャンバであって、前記マイクロ波発生装置アンテナ(3, 4)は、前記生産物流導管(2)の壁の傍を通っている。
- 請求項1のチャンバであって、前記マイクロ波発生装置アンテナ(3, 4)は、前記生産物流導管(2)の壁の断面の外縁に接触している。
