Claims (23)
- 流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリであって、
基礎部分に連結された蓋部分を有し、入口と出口を形成する流体流通路を画定し、蓋部分が第1開口部と第2開口部を有する本体と、
入口と出口の間かつ第1開口部と第2開口部の間の流体流通路内に位置決めされた流量制限要素と、
入口と出口の間の流体流通路に沿って配設され、蓋部分の第1開口部と第2開口部でアクセス可能となるように本体の蓋部分と基礎部分の間に位置付けられた流体圧力膜と、
蓋部分の第1開口部に隣接した流体圧力膜の一部分を取り囲み、蓋部分と流体圧力膜の間に位置決めされた第1補強リングと、
蓋部分の第2開口部に隣接した流体圧力膜の一部分を取り囲み、蓋部分と流体圧力膜の間に位置決めされた第2補強リングとを備える、使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 流体圧力膜が蓋部分の第1開口部と第2開口部にそれぞれ位置合わせされるように適合された第1区域と第2区域を有する、請求項1に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 第1補強リングが流体圧力膜の第1区域を取り囲み、第2補強リングが流体圧力膜の第2区域を取り囲む、請求項2に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 流体圧力膜の第1区域の少なくとも一部分と、流体圧力膜の第2区域の少なくとも一部分とが、第1および第2区域の外側に存在する流体圧力膜の第3区域と比較して増大された厚みを有する、請求項3に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 流体圧力膜が、流量センサアセンブリに使い捨てアセンブリが使用されるときに、蓋部分の第1開口部と第2開口部にそれぞれ位置合わせされかつ第1および第2開口部をそれぞれ通って突き出るように適合された第1区域と第2区域を有する、請求項1に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 第1補強リングと第2補強リングがそれぞれ流体圧力膜上のリブによって画定される、請求項1に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 流量制限要素が蓋部分および基礎部分から分離した構成要素であり、流体圧力膜内に固定される、請求項1に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 本体の基礎部分と蓋部分が、流体圧力膜を基礎部分と蓋部分の間に固定するために一緒に超音波溶接される、請求項1に記載の流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 流量センサアセンブリ用の使い捨てアセンブリであって、
基礎部分に連結された蓋部分を有し、入口と出口を形成する流体流通路を画定する本体と、
入口と出口の間の流体流通路内に位置決めされた流量制限要素と、
入口と出口の間の流体流通路に沿って配設され、本体の蓋部分と基礎部分の間に位置付けられた流体圧力膜と、
流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めされ、蓋部分内に形成された第1開口部に隣接して位置決めされた第1硬質ディスクと、
流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めされ、蓋部分内に形成された第2開口部に隣接して位置決めされた第2硬質ディスクとを備える、使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 流体圧力膜が、第1硬質ディスクと第2硬質ディスクにそれぞれ位置合わせされるように適合された第1区域と第2区域を有する、請求項9に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 流体圧力膜の第1区域が第1硬質ディスクを流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めする凹所を形成し、膜の第2区域が第2硬質ディスクを流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めする凹所を形成する、請求項10に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 第1硬質ディスクが押縁部分と突出部分を備え、押縁部分が第1硬質ディスクの変位を制限するために蓋部分と接触するように適合され、突出部分が蓋部分の第1開口部を少なくとも部分的に通過するように適合される、請求項9に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 第2硬質ディスクが押縁部分と突出部分を備え、押縁部分が第2硬質ディスクの変位を制限するために蓋部分と接触するように適合され、突出部分が蓋部分の第2開口部を少なくとも部分的に通過するように適合される、請求項12に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- センサアセンブリが差圧式流量センサアセンブリである、請求項13に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 第1硬質ディスクの突出部分が差圧式流量センサアセンブリの第1センサと相互作用するように適合され、第2硬質ディスクの突出部分が差圧式流量センサアセンブリの第2センサと相互作用するように適合される、請求項14に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 蓋部分が、流体圧力膜を蓋部分と基礎部分の間に固定するために基礎部分に超音波溶接される、請求項9に記載の使い捨てアセンブリ。
- 差圧式流量センサアセンブリを形成する方法であって、
少なくとも第1圧力センサと第2圧力センサを有する再使用可能なアセンブリを提供するステップと、
使い捨てアセンブリを提供するステップであって、
使い捨てアセンブリが、
蓋部分と基礎部分を有し、入口と出口を形成する流体流通路を画定する本体と、
入口と出口の間の流体流通路内に位置決めされた流量制限要素と、
流体流通路に沿って配設され、本体の蓋部分と基礎部分の間に位置付けられた流体圧力膜と、
流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めされ、蓋部分内に形成された第1開口部に隣接して位置決めされた第1硬質ディスクと、
流体圧力膜と蓋部分の間に位置決めされ、蓋部分内に形成された第2開口部に隣接して位置決めされた第2硬質ディスクとを備える、ステップと、
差圧式流体圧力センサを形成するように、使い捨てアセンブリを取り外し可能な方法で再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップとを含む、方法。 - 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、使い捨てアセンブリの押縁部分を再使用可能なアセンブリの蓋部分の下に滑り込ませることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、使い捨てアセンブリの押縁部分を再使用可能なアセンブリの少なくとも1つのクリップ部分の下に留め付けることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、再使用可能なアセンブリの回転可能な蓋部分の下に使い捨てアセンブリを覆うことを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリ内に固定するために、使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリ内に滑り込ませ、使い捨て部分に枢動可能なアクセスドアで覆うことを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、使い捨てアセンブリの第1スロットおよび第2スロットを再使用可能なアセンブリの第1および第2固定突出部それぞれの上に滑り動かすことを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリに固定するステップが、使い捨てアセンブリを再使用可能なアセンブリ内に位置決めし、再使用可能なアセンブリの滑りアクセスドアの下に使い捨てアセンブリを覆うことを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
