As shown in FIG. 5, the passage switching member 61 is formed with a pair of upper and lower guide holes 73 and an engagement hole 75 provided between the guide holes 73 and 73. A holding member 77 and a rotating member 79 are provided on the indoor side of the passage switching member 61, and the holding member 77 is fixed by screws 81, 81 with a space between the groove bottom 39 a of the ventilation member 39. . Screws 81, 81 fixing the holding member 77 are respectively inserted into the corresponding guide holes 73, 73, and the passage switching member 61 is movable up and down with respect to the holding member 77.
The rotating member 79 is provided with a protrusion 83 protruding toward the outdoor side, and the protrusion 83 is slidably engaged with the engagement hole 75. A winding wire 85 is hung on the rotating member 79, and the wire 85 is also hung on a pulley 89 that rotates together with a dial 87 of the operation unit 63. With this configuration, when the dial 87 is rotated 180 degrees, the rotating member 79 is also rotated 180 degrees and the projecting portion 83 moves from the upper position to the lower position together with the rotating member 79, so that the projecting portion 83 pushes the passage switching member 61 and The switching member 61 is moved up and down. The passage switching member 61 is held at the upper position and the lower position by the frictional force between the friction member 71 and the ventilation member 39, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 6A, when the passage switching member 61 is in the lower position, the vent 33 communicates with the upper space 53 of the main body, and as shown in FIG. When in the upper position, the first passage 27 and the vent 33 communicate with each other.

Next, the operation and effect of the exterior panel body 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
In winter, as shown in FIG. 6A, the passage switching member 61 provided in the first passage 27 is positioned at the lower end, and the upper space 53 and the vent hole 33 communicate with each other.
When the fan 35 is driven, the outside air taken in from the second outside air intake port 49 passes through the second passage 29 and the third passage 31, passes through the vent 33 from the upper space 53, and is taken into the room. It is. In the second passage 29 and the third passage 31, the outside air is warmed by the heat of the heat collecting panel that has received sunlight, and is sent indoors.
Similarly, in the auxiliary portion 17, the outside air warmed through the second passage 29 and the third passage 31 passes from the upper space of the auxiliary portion through the communication hole 57 and merges in the upper space 53 of the main body portion 15.

On the other hand, in summer, as shown in FIG. 5, the dial 87 is rotated 180 degrees and the protrusion 83 is raised upward to the position shown in FIG. The switching member 61 is moved upward.
In the state shown in FIG. 6B, the communication between the vent 33 and the upper space 53 is closed, and the first passage 27 and the vent 33 are communicated.
By driving the fan 35, the outside air taken in from the first outside air taking hole 45 is taken into the room through the first passage 27. In the first passage 27, unlike the second passage 29 and the third passage 31, the outside air is not heated by the heat collection panel 23, so that the outside air can be taken in as it is to ventilate the room.
The air opening 35 can be closed by the opening / closing member 37 when the air conditioner is used for heating in the winter or for cooling in the summer.

According to the exterior panel body 1 according to the present embodiment, in the winter season, the passage switching member 61 is positioned so that the vent 33, the second passage 29, and the third passage 31 communicate with each other. The outside air passing through the three passages 31 is warmed by the heat of the heat collecting panel 23 and taken into the room from the vent 33. In the summer, the passage switching member 61 is placed at a position where the vent 33 and the first passage 27 communicate with each other. It can be taken into the room as it is to ventilate the room.
Since the heat collection panel 23 can warm the air passing through both the third passage 31 on the outdoor side and the second passage 29 on the indoor side, both surfaces of the heat collection panel 23 can be used. The heat exchange efficiency is good.
The exterior panel body 1 is provided with auxiliary portions 17 on the left and right sides of the main body 15, and in the winter, the outside air warmed by the heat collecting panel 23 of the auxiliary portion 17 is merged with the outside air warmed by the main body 15, so that heat collection is performed efficiently. it can.
Since the vent 33 can be opened and closed by the opening / closing member 37, for example, when the room is cooled in the summer or heated in the winter, the vent 33 is closed by the opening / closing member 37 to prevent waste of energy. it can.
Since the position of the passage switching member 61 is held by the friction member 71, the configuration can be simplified because the passage switching member 61 can be held at the upper position and the lower position only by operating the dial 87 on which the wire 85 is hung.
Since the heat insulation panel 21 is fixed to the groove bottom 39a of the ventilation member 39, the heat insulation panel 21 can be easily attached.

Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In the embodiments described below, parts having the same operational effects as those of the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. A detailed description of the portion is omitted, and the following description will mainly describe differences from the first embodiment.
FIG. 7 shows an exterior panel body 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the vent 33 is provided below the housing 19. However, in this embodiment, the building is a two-story building, and the vent 33 is located near the ceiling on the first floor (1F).
In the second embodiment, the outside air that has passed through the second passage 29 and the third passage 31 merges upward and is guided from above the first passage 27 to the vent 33.
According to this 2nd Embodiment, there can exist the same effect as 1st Embodiment.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
