Description

The present invention relates to a barrel with a needle in which a needle is fixed to a barrel formed in a cylindrical shape, and a prefilled syringe including the barrel with a needle.

Conventionally, as a barrel with a needle, a barrel with a needle in which a needle is fixed to a barrel formed in a cylindrical shape is known. And according to such a barrel with a needle, the tip of the barrel is provided with a cylindrical needle fixing portion for fixing the needle inserted therein, and the tip of the thermoplastic needle fixing portion is heated. Thus, the needle is welded to the barrel (for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, in the barrel with a needle according to Patent Document 1, the tip of the needle fixing portion having thermoplasticity is heated to weld the needle to the barrel, so that the tip of the needle fixing portion is deformed. At this time, a burr (projection formed on the edge or the like in the processing process) or the like may be formed at the tip of the needle fixing portion. When a burr or the like is formed at the tip of the needle fixing portion, for example, when a short needle is used such as a hypodermic syringe or an intradermal injection syringe, the tip of the needle fixing portion contacts the skin. Because it is easy to be done, the barrel may give an aversion to those who receive the injection.

Therefore, in view of such circumstances, the present invention has an object to provide a barrel with a needle and a prefilled syringe that can prevent a burr and the like from being formed at the tip of a needle fixing portion when a needle is welded to the barrel. To do.

A barrel with a needle according to the present invention includes a barrel formed in a cylindrical shape and a needle fixed to the barrel, and the barrel has a cylindrical needle fixing portion that fixes a needle inserted therein at a tip portion. The needle fixing part is a barrel with a needle having a thermoplasticity and a welding part for welding the needle by being heated, and the welding part is arranged at a position spaced from the tip of the needle fixing part in the axial direction. It is characterized by being.

According to the barrel with a needle according to the present invention, the welded portion has thermoplasticity and welds the needle by being heated. And since the welding part is arrange | positioned in the position spaced apart from the front-end | tip of a needle fixing part in an axial direction, it can prevent that a burr | flash etc. are formed in the front-end | tip of a needle fixing part.

Further, in the barrel with a needle according to the present invention, the barrel may be formed such that a portion including the welded portion is concave in order to suppress contact of the welded portion.

According to the barrel with a needle having such a configuration, the barrel is formed so that the portion including the welded portion is concave. Therefore, for example, since the region around the skin of the person who receives the injection is easier to contact than the concave portion including the welded portion, the welded portion comes into contact with the skin of the person who receives the injection. Can be suppressed.

Further, in the barrel with a needle according to the present invention, the needle fixing portion includes a support portion that supports the needle in a radial direction by contacting the outer peripheral portion of the needle, and the welded portion of the needle fixing portion in the axial direction. The support portions may be disposed at positions on both sides of the welded portion in the axial direction.

According to the barrel with a needle having such a configuration, the support portion provided in the needle fixing portion supports the needle in the radial direction by contacting the outer peripheral portion of the needle. And while the welded portion is arranged at a position separated from not only the distal end of the needle fixing portion but also the proximal end in the axial direction, the support portions are respectively positioned at both sides of the welded portion in the axial direction. Has been placed. Therefore, when the portion that becomes the welded portion in the needle fixing portion is heated and melted, the support portion supports the needle at the positions on both sides of the welded portion, thereby preventing the needle from being displaced from the needle fixing portion. it can.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle according to the present invention, the needle fixing portion may be provided with a concave portion at the tip portion and in the inner peripheral portion.

According to the barrel with a needle having such a configuration, the concave portion is provided at the distal end portion and the inner peripheral portion of the needle fixing portion. As a result, when the needle is inserted from the distal end side of the needle fixing portion into the needle fixing portion, the concave portion guides the needle into the needle fixing portion, so that the needle is surely inserted into the needle fixing portion. can do.

Further, for example, a surface treatment material such as silicon is generally applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle exposed from the needle fixing portion. And even when the surface treatment material flows toward the tip of the needle fixing portion when the surface treatment material is cured with the needle tip side facing upward, the concave portion is Since the surface treatment material can be accommodated, it is possible to prevent the surface treatment material from adhering to the outer peripheral portion of the needle fixing portion.

In addition, a prefilled syringe according to the present invention includes the above barrel with a needle and an elastic gasket that is inserted into the barrel so as to seal the filler filled in the barrel.

As described above, according to the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the present invention, when a needle is welded to the barrel, there is an excellent effect that a burr or the like can be prevented from being formed at the tip of the needle fixing portion.

The structure in which the needle 2 is fixed to the barrel 1 is referred to as “barrel with needle”, and the assembly of the barrel with needle (barrel 1 and needle 2) and the plunger 8 is referred to as “syringe”. Also, “upper (side)” in FIG. 1 is “tip (side)” or “one (side)”, and “lower (side)” in FIG. 1 is “base end (side)” or “other (side)”. Will be described below.

また、バレル1は、剛性を有するように形成されていると共に、熱可塑性を有する材質で形成されており、例えば、COP(シクロオレフィンポリマー)、COC(シクロオレフィンコポリマー)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、又はPE(ポリエチレン)といった樹脂やガラス等で形成されている。   The barrel 1 has a barrel main body 11 formed in a cylindrical shape, a cylindrical needle fixing portion 12 that is disposed at the distal end portion and fixes a needle 2 inserted therein, and is disposed at the distal end portion and is engaged with the cap 3. And a cylindrical engaging portion 13 to be joined. In addition, the barrel 1 is formed to have rigidity and is formed of a material having thermoplasticity, for example, COP (cycloolefin polymer), COC (cycloolefin copolymer), PP (polypropylene), or It is made of resin such as PE (polyethylene), glass or the like.

The barrel main body 11 includes a contact portion 111 that contacts the proximal end portion of the cap 3 at the distal end portion. Further, the barrel main body 11 includes a flange-shaped finger hook portion 112 on which a finger is hung at the base end portion. The barrel body 11 is formed so that the outer diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the needle fixing portion 12 and larger than the outer diameter of the engaging portion 13.

The needle fixing part 12 protrudes radially inward from the inner peripheral part of the fixing part main body 121 and the outer peripheral part of the needle 2 by abutting with the outer peripheral part of the needle 2. And a support portion 122 that supports the needle 2 in the radial direction. The needle fixing portion 12 has thermoplasticity and is welded to weld the needle 2 when heated (shown in the dot region in FIGS. 2 and 3, and also in FIGS. 5 to 7). Similarly, 12a and non-welded portions (non-heated portions) 12b and 12b that are not heated and are not welded to the needle 2 are provided.

The fixed portion main body 121 includes a concave portion 121a at the tip and at the inner periphery. And the recessed part 121a is formed in the taper shape so that opening may spread gradually toward the front-end | tip. Moreover, the support part 122 is extended annularly along the circumferential direction. The support portion 122 is disposed at the proximal end portion of the needle fixing portion 12. Therefore, the support part 122 is the non-welding part 12b on the base end side with respect to the welding part 12a.

The engaging portion 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape and protrudes from the distal end portion of the barrel main body 11. The engaging portion 13 has the needle fixing portion 12 inserted therein and accommodates the proximal end side of the needle fixing portion 12. Further, the engaging portion 13 is formed so that the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the needle fixing portion 12.

The welding portion 12a is disposed at a position away from the distal end of the needle fixing portion 12 and also away from the proximal end in the axial direction. Specifically, the welded portion 12 a is disposed in the middle portion of the needle fixing portion 12 in the axial center direction. Thereby, the non-welding parts 12b and 12b are arrange | positioned at the front end side and the base end side of the welding part 12a, respectively.

And the welding part 12a is arrange | positioned continuously over the circumferential direction. Moreover, the welding part 12a is formed so that an outer diameter may become smaller than the outer diameter of each non-welding part 12b adjacent in an axial direction. That is, the welding part 12a is formed so that the outer peripheral part of the needle fixing part 12 is concave.

Further, as the barrel 1 as a whole, the portion including the welded portion 12a is disposed between the non-welded portion 12b disposed on the distal end side and the engaging portion 13 disposed on the proximal end side, thereby forming a concave shape. Is formed. Specifically, of the non-welded portion 12b on the proximal end side, the distal end portion protruding from the engaging portion 13 and the welded portion 12a are disposed on the proximal end side with the non-welded portion 12b disposed on the distal end side. It is formed in a concave shape by being disposed between the engaging portion 13 to be formed.

The needle 2 includes an uneven portion 21 on the outer peripheral portion welded to the welded portion 12a. Specifically, the needle 2 includes a concavo-convex portion 21 in the middle portion in the axial direction. And the needle | hook 2 is formed so that the front-end | tip part may become sharp while being formed in the cylinder shape so that the filling X may distribute | circulate the inside. The needle 2 is formed to have rigidity, and is formed of a metal such as stainless steel, for example.

The cap 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to accommodate the needle fixing portion 12 of the barrel 1, the engaging portion 13 of the barrel 1, and the needle 2, and is formed so that the distal end side is closed and the proximal end side is opened. Has been. The cap 3 is attached to the barrel 1 by engaging the base end portion so that the engaging portion 13 is fitted from the outside and the base end portion abutting against the abutting portion 111 of the barrel 1. .

The cap 3 is formed so that the outer diameter is the same as the outer diameter of the barrel body 11 or the outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the barrel body 1. The cap 3 is formed so as to have elasticity, and is formed of a resin such as rubber, for example.

The configuration of the prefilled syringe according to the present embodiment is as described above. Next, a method for manufacturing the prefilled syringe according to the present embodiment will be described.

First, by performing so-called sand blasting, in which fine particles collide with the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2 that is formed smoothly, the uneven portion 21 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the barrel 1 is arranged so that the tip end side of the barrel 1 is upward, and the axis of the needle fixing portion 12 and the axis of the needle 2 coincide with each other. After the barrel 1 and the needle 2 are arranged, the needle 2 is inserted into the needle fixing portion 12. At this time, the concave portion 121 a of the fixing portion main body 121 of the needle fixing portion 12 guides the needle 2 toward the inside of the fixing portion main body 121.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the proximal end portion of the needle 2 is fitted to the support portion 122 of the needle fixing portion 12 from the outside, so that the proximal end portion of the needle 2 is connected to the support portion 122 in the circumferential direction. Supported. In such a state, the fixing portion main body 121 is separated from the needle 2 and is not in contact with a position on the distal end side of the support portion 122, that is, at a portion other than the support portion 122.

The outer diameter of the needle 2 may be the same as the inner diameter of the support portion 122, and the base end portion of the needle 2 may be fitted to the support portion 122 from the outside. Alternatively, the outer diameter of the needle 2 may be The inner diameter of the support portion 122 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the support portion 122. As the needle 2 is inserted into the support portion 122, the support portion 122 is pressed against the needle 2 and is plastically deformed. The base end portion may be fitted to the support portion 122 from the outside.

In such a state, the tip side of the needle 2 is gripped by gripping means (not shown or numbered), so that the axis of the needle fixing portion 12 and the axis of the needle 2 are aligned. 1 and the needle 2 are held. When a heating means such as a burner (not shown or numbered) heats a midway portion of the needle fixing portion 12 in the axial direction, the heated portion of the needle fixing portion 12 is melted.

Thereafter, the pressing means (not shown and numbered) presses the melted portion of the needle fixing portion 12 inward in the radial direction, so that the needle fixing portion 12 is deformed as shown in FIG. Abuts with the needle 2. At this time, since the uneven portion 21 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2, the melted portion of the needle fixing portion 12 is deformed so as to be in close contact with the uneven portion 21. When the melted portion of the needle fixing portion 12 is cooled, the portion, that is, the welded portion 12 a welds the needle 2.

When the needle fixing part 12 is heated, the needle fixing part is set so that the heated portion is 300 ° C. or higher and the length of the welded part 12a in the axial direction is 3 to 8 mm. 12 is preferably heated. Moreover, it is preferable to set the thickness of the needle fixing portion 12 so that the thickness of the welded portion 12a is 0.5 to 1.2 mm.

Thereafter, in order to improve the slipperiness of the needle 2, a surface treatment material (not shown or numbered) such as silicon is applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2 exposed from the needle fixing portion 12, and then the needle With the tip end side of 2 facing upward, the surface treatment material is dried. At this time, when the surface treatment material applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2 hangs down, the concave portion 121a of the fixed portion main body 12 receives and accommodates the surface treatment material. With the above, a barrel with a needle is completed.

After the cap 3 is attached to the barrel 1, the inside of the barrel 1 is filled with a filling X such as a chemical solution, and the gasket 81 is inserted into the barrel 1 from the base end side, and then the plunger rod 82. To the gasket 81. Thereby, a prefilled syringe as shown in FIGS. 1-3 is completed.

As mentioned above, according to the prefilled syringe which concerns on this embodiment, it has thermoplasticity, and the welding part 12a which welds the needle | hook 2 by being heated is in the position spaced apart from the front-end | tip of the needle fixing | fixed part 12 in an axial direction. Due to the arrangement, it is possible to prevent burrs and the like from being formed at the tip of the needle fixing portion 12.

Thereby, for example, in the manufacturing process after the needle 2 is welded to the needle fixing portion 12, it is possible to suppress foreign matter from adhering to the tip of the needle fixing portion 12, and when used as a syringe, the barrel 1 Can suppress disgust in those who receive injections. Further, since the welded portion 12a is not adjacent to the needle 2, for example, a burr or the like is formed on the welded portion 12a, and even if a foreign matter adheres to the welded portion 12a, the foreign matter can be prevented from adhering to the needle 2. .

Moreover, according to the prefilled syringe which concerns on this embodiment, the site | part containing the welding part 12a is arrange | positioned between the non-welding part 12b arrange | positioned at the front end side, and the engaging part 13 arrange | positioned at the base end side. Therefore, it is formed in a concave shape. Therefore, for example, the non-welded portion 12b and the engaging portion 13 on the distal end side are more likely to come into contact with the skin of the person receiving the injection than the welded portion 12a. Can be prevented from contacting.

Moreover, according to the prefilled syringe which concerns on this embodiment, the welding part 12a is closely_contact | adhered with the uneven | corrugated | grooved part 21 currently formed in the outer peripheral part of the needle | hook 2. FIG. Therefore, since the uneven portion 21 of the needle 2 is locked to the welded portion 12 a in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, the needle 2 is securely fixed to the needle fixing portion 12.

Moreover, according to the prefilled syringe which concerns on this embodiment, the recessed part 121a is provided in the front-end | tip part of the needle fixing | fixed part 12, and an inner peripheral part. Accordingly, when the needle 2 is inserted into the needle fixing portion 12 from the distal end side of the needle fixing portion 12, the concave portion 121a guides the needle 2 to the inside of the needle fixing portion 12. The needle 2 can be reliably inserted inside.

Moreover, according to the prefilled syringe which concerns on this embodiment, the surface treatment material is apply | coated to the outer peripheral part of the needle 2 exposed from the needle fixing | fixed part 12. FIG. When the surface treatment material is dried and cured with the tip side of the needle 2 facing upward, even if the surface treatment material hangs down toward the tip of the needle fixing portion 12, the concave portion Since 121a can accommodate a surface treatment material, it can prevent that a surface treatment material adheres to the outer peripheral part of the needle fixing | fixed part 12. FIG.

In addition, the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Moreover, it is needless to say that configurations, methods, and the like according to various modifications described below may be arbitrarily selected and employed in the configurations, methods, and the like according to the above-described embodiments.

For example, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the welding portion 12a is continuously arranged in the circumferential direction has been described, but the configuration is not limited thereto. Specifically, the welding part may be configured to be partially arranged in the circumferential direction, for example, to be intermittently arranged in the circumferential direction.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the welded portion 12a is disposed in the middle portion in the axial direction of the needle fixing portion 12 has been described, but the configuration is not limited thereto. For example, the welded portion may be arranged at a portion including the proximal end in the axial direction of the needle fixing portion.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the engaging portion 13 of the barrel 1 that engages with the cap 3 is disposed closer to the proximal end side than the welded portion 12a has been described. It is not limited to the configuration. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the barrel 4 may be configured to include an engaging portion 43 that engages with the cap 30 on the tip side of the welded portion 42 a.

The barrel 4 according to FIG. 6 includes a welded portion 42 a on the proximal end side of the needle fixing portion 42 protruding from the distal end portion of the barrel main body 41. That is, the barrel 4 includes non-welded portions 42b and 42b on both sides of the welded portion 42a in the axial direction.

The engaging part 43 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The engaging portion 43 has a needle fixing portion 42 inserted therein and accommodates the distal end side of the needle fixing portion 42. Further, the engaging portion 43 is formed so that the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the needle fixing portion 42. Further, the engaging portion 43 is disposed on the distal end side in the axial direction with respect to the welded portion 42a.

According to such a configuration, the portion including the welded portion 42a (specifically, the base end portion of the non-welded portion 42b on the base end side, the welded portion 42a, and the non-welded portion 42b on the distal end side) is located on the distal end side. By being arranged between the engaging portion 43 arranged and the barrel main body 41 arranged on the base end side, it is formed in a concave shape. Therefore, for example, since the outer peripheral portion of the engaging portion 43 and the distal end side of the barrel body 41 are more likely to come into contact with the skin of the person receiving the injection than the welded portion 42a, the welded portion is attached to the skin of the person receiving the injection. It can suppress that 42a contacts.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle | hook and prefilled syringe which concern on the said embodiment, although the support part 122 was extended in the cyclic | annular form extended along the circumferential direction, it was not restricted to such a structure. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the support portion 522 may be configured to extend intermittently in the circumferential direction, that is, in an arc shape.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above embodiment, the support portion 122 is disposed at the proximal end portion of the needle fixing portion 12, and the support portion 122 is disposed only at the proximal end side of the welded portion 12a. Although described, it is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the support part may be configured to be disposed only on the distal end side of the welded part in the axial direction, and as illustrated in FIG. 7, the support parts 522 and 522 are disposed in the middle part in the axial direction. The structure arrange | positioned at the position of the both sides of the front end side of the welding part 52a and a base end side, respectively may be sufficient.

The barrel 5 according to FIG. 7 includes support portions 522 and 522 that protrude radially inward from the inner peripheral portion of the fixing portion main body 521 of the needle fixing portion 52 that protrudes from the distal end portion of the barrel main body 51. Each support portion 522 includes a plurality of (three in FIG. 7) support pieces 522a,... Protruding in the radial direction from the inner peripheral portion of the fixed portion main body 521.

Each support piece 522a extends linearly along the axial direction. Further, the plurality of support pieces 522a,... Extend in an arc shape along the circumferential direction, and are arranged in parallel in the circumferential direction with a predetermined interval. In addition, before the site | part corresponding to the welding part 52a of the barrel 5 melt | dissolves at least, the projection piece of the same structure as this support piece 522a ... is parallelly arranged also in the said site | part.

According to such a configuration, the support portions 522 and 522 disposed in the non-welded portion 52b are respectively disposed at positions on both sides of the welded portion 52a in the axial direction. Accordingly, when the portion to be the welded portion 52a is heated and melted, the support portions 522 and 522 support the needle 2 at the positions on both sides of the welded portion 52a, so that the needle 2 is displaced with respect to the needle fixing portion 52. Can be prevented. Furthermore, it is not necessary to provide gripping means for gripping the distal end side of the needle 2 as in the above embodiment.

Further, by setting the inner diameter of the support portion 522 (the diameter of a circle inscribed in each support piece 522a) to be the same as the outer diameter of the needle 2 or smaller than the outer diameter of the needle 2, the needle 2 is fixed to the needle fixing portion. When inserted into 52, the needle 2 is fitted to the support portion 522 from the outside. Therefore, the needle 2 is in contact with the support portion 522. More preferably, the needle 2 is pressed (closely) inward in the radial direction from the support portion 522. Since the welding part 52a can weld the needle | hook 2, it is not necessary to provide the press means which presses such a site | part like the said embodiment.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above-described embodiment, after heating and melting a predetermined portion of the needle fixing portion 12, the configuration is described in which such a portion is pressed inward in the radial direction. It is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the barrel may have a configuration in which the needle 2 is welded when the needle fixing portion is heated so that the portion thermally contracts.

Moreover, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the uneven portion 21 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2 has been described, but the configuration is not limited thereto. For example, a configuration in which the uneven portion is not formed on the outer peripheral portion of the needle, a configuration in which only the convex portion is formed, or a configuration in which only the concave portion is formed may be employed.

In addition, in the barrel with a needle and the prefilled syringe according to the above embodiment, the configuration in which the surface treatment material is applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2 after the needle 2 is welded to the barrel 1 has been described. Not limited. For example, after the surface treatment material is applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2, the needle 2 may be inserted into the needle fixing portion 12, and then the needle 2 may be welded to the barrel 1.

In such a configuration, when the needle 2 is welded to the barrel 1, the barrel 1 is heated, and further, such heat is transmitted to the needle 2 to melt the surface treatment material applied to the outer peripheral portion of the needle 2. There is a case. Even when the surface treatment material hangs toward the tip of the needle fixing portion 12 when the melted surface treatment material is cured with the distal end side of the needle 2 facing upward, the concave portion 121a. Since the surface treatment material can be accommodated, the surface treatment material can be prevented from adhering to the outer peripheral portion of the needle fixing portion 12.

Moreover, in the prefilled syringe which concerns on the said embodiment, although the structure by which the plunger 8 (gasket 81 and plunger rod 82) was mounted | worn with the barrel 1 was demonstrated, it is not restricted to such a structure. For example, the prefilled syringe may have a configuration in which only the gasket 81 is mounted inside the barrel 1.
