Abstract
【解決手段】Node Bは、Iub E−DCHデータフレームに複数の拡張MAC−es PDUを追加し、各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子を追加する。Node Bは、Iub E−DCHデータフレームをRNCに送信する。拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子は、少なくともLCH−ID、長さ(L)フィールドおよび終了(F)フラグを含む。

拡張MAC−es PDUの数、および各拡張MAC−es PDUのLCH−ID; 拡張MAC−es PDUの数、各拡張MAC−es PDUのLCH−ID、および各拡張MAC−es PDUの全長;
拡張MAC−es PDUの数、および各拡張MAC−es PDUのDDIおよびNフィールド;
DDIおよびNフィールドの数、およびDDIおよびNフィールド;
拡張MAC−es PDUの数、拡張MAC−es PDU当たりのDDIおよびNフィールドの数、
ならびに拡張MAC−es PDUごとのすべてのDDIおよびNフィールド。
拡張MAC−e PDUを逆多重化すること;
セグメント化情報を抽出すること;
セグメント化されている場合、パケットを再度組み立てること;
適切な論理チャネルに拡張MAC−es PDUを送ること;
任意で、Node Bで削除が実施されない場合、拡張MAC−e PDUからどんなパディングビットをも取り除くこと。
1.アップリンク無線通信用の拡張MAC−e PDU(プロトコルデータユニット)を作成するための方法。
2.上位層PDU(プロトコルデータユニット)に基づいて拡張MAC−es SDU(サービスデータユニット)を生成するステップをさらに含む実施形態1の方法。
3.拡張MAC−es SDUが上位層PDUのセグメントを含んでよい実施形態2の方法。
4.拡張MAC−es SDUを連結することによって拡張MAC−es PDUを生成するステップをさらに含む実施形態1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
5.拡張MAC−es PDUの一部として拡張MAC−esヘッダを生成するステップをさらに含む実施形態4の方法。
6.拡張MAC−esヘッダがSD(セグメント化記述子)フィールドを含む実施形態5の方法。
7.各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、拡張MAC−es PDU内で連結された各拡張MAC−es SDUの情報について記述する、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダを生成するステップをさらに含む実施形態4〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
8.複数の拡張MAC−es PDUと、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダを連結することによって拡張MAC−e PDUを生成するステップをさらに含む実施形態7に記載の方法。
9.上位層PDUは、MAC−d PDU、MAC−c PDUおよびRLC(無線リンク制御)PDUのうちの少なくとも1つを含む実施形態1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
10.SDフィールドは、最初の拡張MAC−es SDUがセグメントか、それとも完全な上位層PDUかを示す実施形態6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
11.SDフィールドは、最後の拡張MAC−es SDUがセグメントか、それとも完全な上位層PDUかを示す実施形態6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
12.SDフィールドは2ビットである実施形態6〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
13.拡張MAC−esヘッダは、TSN(送信シーケンス番号)フィールドをさらに含む実施形態5〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
14.TSNフィールドは6ビットである実施形態13に記載の方法。
15.各拡張MAC−es PDUの論理チャネル識別を示すために、各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダに1つのLCH−ID(論理チャネルインジケータ)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
16.各拡張MAC−es SDUの長さを示すために、各拡張MAC−es SDUについて、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダにL(長さ)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
17.拡張MAC−eヘッダの終わりを示すために、各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダに1ビット終了フラグ(F)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
18.拡張MAC−eヘッダの終わりを示すために、LCH−IDの予約値を使用するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
19.SI(スケジューリング情報)の存在を示すために、LCH−IDの予約値を使用するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。
20.さらなるLフィールドは存在しておらず、拡張MAC−eヘッダの終わりに達してないこと、さらなるLフィールドは存在しておらず、拡張MAC−eヘッダの終わりに達していること、およびさらなるLフィールドが存在することのうちの少なくとも1つを示すために、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダにF(終了)フラグを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
21.各拡張MAC−es SDUの論理チャネル識別を示すために、拡張MAC−es PDU内で連結された各拡張MAC−es SDUについて、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダに1つのLCH−ID(論理チャネルインジケータ)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態7〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
22.各拡張MAC−es SDUの長さを示すために、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダ内の各LCH−IDフィールドの後にL(長さ)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態21に記載の方法。
23.拡張MAC−eヘッダの終わり、または拡張MAC−eヘッダ内にさらなるフィールドが残っているかどうかを示すために、対応する拡張MAC−eヘッダ内の各Lフィールドの後に終了フラグ(F)フィールドを追加するステップをさらに含む実施形態21〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。
24.LCH−ID値の変化は拡張MAC−es PDUの終わりを示す実施形態21〜23のいずれかに記載の方法。

Claims (8)
- Node Bから無線ネットワークコントローラ(RNC)に通信されるIub E−DCH(拡張個別チャネル)データフレームを生成するための方法であって、
前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームに複数の拡張MAC−es PDUを追加するステップと、
各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子を追加するステップと
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子は、少なくともLCH−ID、長さ(L)フィールドおよび終了(F)フラグを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームを前記RNCに送信するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- データ記述インジケータ(DDI)フィールドは、前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームと一緒に前記RNCに送信されないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- Iub E−DCH(拡張個別チャネル)データフレームを無線ネットワークコントローラ(RNC)に通信するように構成されるNode Bであって、
前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームに複数の拡張MAC−es PDUを追加するように構成される前記Node Bと、
各拡張MAC−es PDUについて、拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子を追加するように構成される前記Node Bと
を備えることを特徴とするNode B。 - 前記拡張MAC−e PDUヘッダ記述子は、少なくともLCH−ID、長さ(L)フィールドおよび終了(F)フラグを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のNode B。
- 前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームを前記RNCに送信するように構成されたトランスミッタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のNode B。
- 前記トランスミッタは、データ記述インジケータ(DDI)フィールドを前記Iub E−DCHデータフレームと一緒に前記RNCに送信しないようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のNode B。
