Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove bobbin threads in order to eliminate unpleasant scratchy feeling when directly touching the rear side of the embroidered portion where needle threads and the bobbin threads are entangled to form a stiff surface.SOLUTION: There is provided an embroidery without bobbin threads formed by loading a pressure-adhesive sheet 2 on a cloth 1 to be embroidered to perform embroidery processing from above the pressure-adhesive sheet by using a water soluble bobbin thread as a bobbin thread of the embroidery, then removing an unnecessary portion of the pressure-adhesive sheet 2, then press-bonding a needle thread 4 of the embroidery with the cloth 1 to be embroidered, and thereafter dissolving and removing the water soluble bobbin thread to finish the embroidery.

Description

The present invention is an embroidery processing method in which the finished state is made free of lower thread.

Conventionally, when the embroidery process is performed, the back side of the embroidery is entangled with the lower thread and the upper thread, and when this touches the skin directly, it feels tingling and is uncomfortable.

It is a problem to be solved by removing the lower thread after embroidering this.

The pressure-bonding sheet (2) is placed on the fabric (1) to be embroidered, and the whole pressure-bonding sheet (2) is embroidered.

At this time, the lower thread (3) of the embroidery is embroidered using a water-soluble one.

Thereafter, the upper thread (4) of the embroidery and the fabric (1) to be embroidered are crimped by the action of the pressure-bonding sheet (2), and then the lower thread (3) of the embroidery is melted with water to finish.

The present invention is an embroidery without a bobbin thread constructed as described above.

On the back side of the embroidery, the upper thread and the lower thread are entangled with each other, and the entangled part is unexpectedly hard, and it is unpleasant when it touches the skin.

By removing the lower thread, the effect of eliminating the tingling feeling can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.

The pressure-bonding sheet (2) is placed on the surface of the fabric (1) to be embroidered.

The embroidery material (1) is embroidered together with the pressure-bonding sheet (2).

At this time, embroidery is performed using a water-soluble bobbin thread (3).

After the embroidery is performed, unnecessary portions that are not embroidered are removed from the pressure-bonding sheet (2), and then the fabric (1) to be embroidered and the upper thread (4) of the embroidery are pressure-bonded.

The water-soluble bobbin thread (3) is completely removed by dissolving with water.

The present invention is constituted as described above.

Used for products such as T-shirts and polo shirts where the embroidered parts touch the skin directly.

This eliminates the tingling sensation even when the embroidery part touches the skin directly.
