  1. 欠陥を有するグラフェンであって、
    前記欠陥は、前記グラフェンの結晶から炭素原子を1個抜き、更に前記炭素原子の最近接の炭素原子3個を酸素原子3個に置換したものであり、
    前記欠陥の数密度が0.0001以上0.1以下であることを特徴とするグラフェン。
  2. 請求項1記載のグラフェンとリチウムイオンとを有することを特徴とする蓄電装置。
  3. 請求項2に記載の蓄電装置を有することを特徴とする電気機器。
