Claims (7)

  1. 駆動部によって回転される回転軸の角度位置に応じた第１の検出信号を出力する第１のエンコーダと、
    前記第１のエンコーダで検出される前記第１の検出信号に基づいて、前記回転軸の角度位置を検出する第１の角度位置検出回路と、
    前記回転軸の角度位置に応じた第２の検出信号を出力する第２のエンコーダと、
    前記第２のエンコーダで検出される前記第２の検出信号に基づいて、前記回転軸の角度位置を検出する第２の角度位置検出回路と、
    前記第１の角度位置検出回路と前記第２の角度位置検出回路とに対して、同一の周波数発生源によって生成された動作クロックを供給する動作クロック供給部と、
    を備えることを特徴とするエンコーダ装置。
  2. 前記動作クロック供給部は、前記第１の角度位置検出回路と前記第２の角度位置検出回路とに対して、互いに同一の周波数を有する前記動作クロックをそれぞれ供給する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のエンコーダ装置。
  3. 前記動作クロック供給部によって供給される前記動作クロックを分周した信号に応じて前記第１の角度位置検出回路は前記回転軸の角度位置を検出し、または前記動作クロック供給部によって供給される前記動作クロックを分周した信号に応じて前記第２の角度位置検出回路は前記回転軸の角度位置を検出する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１または請求項２に記載のエンコーダ装置。
  4. 前記回転軸には、前記駆動部によって回転される入力軸と、前記入力軸と動力伝達部を介して接続される出力軸とが含まれ、
    前記第１の角度位置検出回路は、前記入力軸の角度位置を出力し、前記第２の角度位置検出回路は、前記出力軸の角度位置を出力する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１から請求項３のいずれか１項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
  5. 前記第１の角度位置検出回路と前記第２の角度位置検出回路と接続し、合成角度位置情報を算出する位置データ合成回路を有する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１から請求項４のいずれか１項に記載のエンコーダ装置。
  6. 請求項１から請求項５のいずれか１項に記載のエンコーダ装置
    を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。
  7. 請求項６に記載の駆動装置
    を備えることを特徴とするロボットシステム。
