Abstract
【解決手段】駆動モーターの現在速度、速度境界区間、目標トルク、駆動トルク制限値および発電トルク制限値を入力する入力段階S100と、前記現在速度が速度境界区間に含まれる場合、全体速度境界区間で現在速度が占める比率を混合比率で計算する混合比率算出段階S400と、前記駆動トルク制限値と前記発電トルク制限値を前記算出された混合比率に応じて反映して制限トルクを計算する制限トルク算出段階S500と、前記算出された制限トルクと目標トルクのうち絶対値が小さいトルク値を、駆動モーターに要請する最終トルクとして決定する最終トルク算出段階S600とを含む。

Claims (11)
- 駆動モーターの現在速度、速度境界区間、目標トルク、駆動トルク制限値および発電トルク制限値を入力っする入力段階と、
前記現在速度が速度境界区間に含まれる場合、全体速度境界区間で現在速度が占める比率を混合比率で計算する混合比率算出段階と、
前記駆動トルク制限値と前記発電トルク制限値を前記算出された混合比率に応じて反映して制限トルクを計算する制限トルク算出段階と、
前記算出された制限トルクと目標トルクのうち絶対値が小さいトルク値を、駆動モーターに要請する最終トルクとして決定する最終トルク算出段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、モーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御方法。 - 前記速度境界区間は境界下限値と境界上限値から構成され、前記混合比率算出段階は現在速度と境界下限値との差を全体速度境界区間値で割って混合比率を計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御方法。
- 前記速度境界区間は境界下限値と境界上限値から構成され、前記制限トルク算出段階は駆動トルク制限値を現在速度と境界下限値との差による比率だけ反映し、発電トルク制限値を現在速度と境界上限値との差による比率だけ反映して制限トルクを計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御方法。
- 駆動モーターの現在速度、境界下限値と境界上限値から構成された速度境界区間、目標トルク、駆動トルク制限値および発電トルク制限値の入力を受け、速度境界区間で現在速度が占める比率に応じて駆動トルク制限値と発電トルク制限値を反映して制限トルクを計算し、制限トルクと目標トルクのうち絶対値が小さいトルク値を駆動モーターに最終トルクとして要請することを特徴とする、モーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御方法。
- 前記制限トルクは、駆動トルク制限値を現在速度と境界下限値との差による比率だけ反映し、発電トルク制限値を現在速度と境界上限値との差による比率だけ反映して計算されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のモーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御方法。
- 車両に駆動力を提供する駆動モーターと、
前記駆動モーターの現在速度、境界下限値と境界上限値から構成された速度境界区間、目標トルク、駆動トルク制限値および発電トルク制限値を用いて、駆動モーターに要請する最終トルクを算出する制御部とを含み、
前記制御部は、速度境界区間で現在速度が占める比率に応じて駆動トルク制限値と発電トルク制限値を反映して制限トルクを計算し、制限トルクと目標トルクのうち絶対値が小さいトルク値を駆動モーターに最終トルクとして要請することを特徴とする、モーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、駆動トルク制限値を現在速度と境界下限値との差による比率だけ反映し、発電トルク制限値を現在速度と境界上限値との差による比率だけ反映して制限トルクを計算することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のモーターで駆動される車両のトルク制御装置。
