Description

本発明は、抗菌性吸水シートに関し、尿や血液の他、日常生活や生産活動に伴って生じる各種の液体を吸収する吸水シートに関し、吸水した液体による菌類の繁殖を抑制する抗菌性を有した抗菌性吸水シートに関する。   The present invention relates to an antibacterial water-absorbing sheet, and relates to a water-absorbing sheet that absorbs various liquids generated in daily life and production activities in addition to urine and blood, and has antibacterial properties to suppress the growth of fungi due to the absorbed water. It relates to an antibacterial water absorbent sheet.

尿、肉や魚等の食物から出るドリップなど栄養源を含有する液体を吸水性樹脂で吸収すると液体を吸収した吸水性樹脂はゲル化する。ゲル化した吸水性樹脂内では、菌が時間の経過と共に増殖し、増殖した菌は匂い成分を生成する。このとき、吸水性樹脂に対して抗菌剤を適用させることによって、菌の増殖を抑え、匂い成分の生成を抑制することができる。   When a liquid containing nutrient sources such as drip from food such as urine, meat and fish is absorbed by the water absorbent resin, the water absorbent resin that has absorbed the liquid gels. In the gelled water-absorbent resin, the bacteria grow with time, and the grown bacteria produce odor components. At this time, by applying an antibacterial agent to the water-absorbent resin, the growth of bacteria can be suppressed and the generation of odor components can be suppressed.

従来、吸水性樹脂を利用した吸水シートに抗菌性を付加した抗菌性吸水シートとして種々のものが知られている。例えば、抗菌性を有する物質と吸水性樹脂とを混合する構成の抗菌性吸水シート、あるいは、抗菌性を有する物質と高吸水性樹脂とを層状に分離した構成の抗菌性吸水シートが知られている。   Conventionally, various antibacterial water-absorbing sheets obtained by adding antibacterial properties to a water-absorbing sheet using a water-absorbing resin are known. For example, an antibacterial water-absorbing sheet having a configuration in which an antibacterial substance and a water-absorbing resin are mixed, or an antibacterial water-absorbing sheet having a structure in which an antibacterial substance and a highly water-absorbing resin are separated into layers are known. Yes.

As an antibacterial water-absorbing sheet having a structure in which an antibacterial substance and a water-absorbing resin are mixed, for example, a zeolite solid particle and a superabsorbent resin held by exchanging antibacterial metal ions and sandwiched between two films A water-absorbing sheet (Patent Document 1) having a structure held in a sterilization mat (Patent Document 2) made of a nonwoven fabric containing a highly water-absorbing polymer, an antibacterial water-absorbing material comprising a fired product of an antibacterial calcium-based ceramic compound and a water-absorbing resin There are known a sheet (Patent Document 3), a resin film (Patent Document 4) in which a water absorbing film layer impregnated with an antibacterial component of water absorbing particles is fixed.

Further, as an antibacterial water absorbent sheet having a structure in which an antibacterial substance and a superabsorbent resin are separated into layers, for example, a non-woven sheet impregnated with a superabsorbent resin and a plastic film containing an antibacterial substance And water-absorbing sheet (Patent Document 5) with a structure integrated by spotting and laminating a water-absorbing layer on the surface of the freshness-retaining agent. A freshness-keeping sheet (Patent Document 6) is known.

本出願の発明者は、アルカリ性の抗菌剤を用いた場合には、抗菌剤のアルカリ性によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力が低下することを見出した。そのため、アルカリ性の抗菌性物質と吸水性樹脂とを混合してなる構成の抗菌性吸水シートでは、抗菌性物質のアルカリ性によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力が低下し、十分な吸水を行うことができないという問題がある。   The inventors of the present application have found that when an alkaline antibacterial agent is used, the water absorption capacity of the water-absorbent resin is lowered due to the alkalinity of the antibacterial agent. Therefore, the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet composed of a mixture of an alkaline antibacterial substance and a water-absorbent resin reduces the water-absorbing capacity of the water-absorbent resin due to the alkalinity of the antibacterial substance and cannot perform sufficient water absorption. There's a problem.

一方、抗菌性吸水シートを、抗菌性を有する物質と吸水性樹脂とを層状に分離した構成とすれば、抗菌性物質と吸水性樹脂とを分離することができるため、抗菌性物質によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力が低下するという問題を解決することができる。   On the other hand, if the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet has a structure in which an antibacterial substance and a water-absorbing resin are separated in layers, the antibacterial substance and the water-absorbing resin can be separated. The problem that the water absorption capacity of the resin is reduced can be solved.

However, the conventionally proposed structure for separating the antibacterial substance and the water-absorbing resin into layers is a structure in which the water-absorbing resin is provided in the upper layer and the antibacterial substance is provided in the lower layer. Thus, in the structure which provides a water-absorbing resin as an upper layer and an antibacterial substance as a lower layer, there exists a problem that the surface part of an antibacterial water absorbing sheet does not have antibacterial property. Therefore, when the upper water-absorbing resin absorbs the liquid containing nutrients, the lower side of the upper layer can be expected to suppress the growth of bacteria by the lower layer antibacterial agent, but the growth of the bacteria on the upper surface part of the upper layer There is a problem that the suppression effect is not expected.

そこで、本発明は前記した従来の問題点を解決し、アルカリ性の抗菌剤を用いた抗菌性吸水シートにおいて、抗菌性物質によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力が低下することを防ぐと共に、抗菌性吸水シートの表面に抗菌性を持たせることを目的とする。   Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in the antibacterial water absorbent sheet using an alkaline antibacterial agent, the antibacterial substance prevents the water absorbing ability of the water absorbent resin from being lowered, and the antibacterial water absorbent sheet The purpose is to give antibacterial properties to the surface of the skin.

The antibacterial water-absorbing sheet of the present invention comprises an antibacterial part containing an alkaline antibacterial agent as a main component, a water-absorbing part containing a water-absorbing resin, and a separation part for separating the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part. The surface of has a water permeability. By disposing the antibacterial part and the water absorbing part separately, the antibacterial substance prevents the water absorption capacity of the water absorbent resin from being lowered, and the antibacterial part has a water permeability, making it antibacterial. Provide antibacterial properties to the surface of the water absorbent sheet.

本発明の抗菌性吸水シートは、抗菌部と吸水部との分離配置の構成、および抗菌部の表面に通水性を持たせる構成は、2つの態様とすることができる。   The antibacterial water-absorbing sheet of the present invention can be divided into two modes: a configuration in which the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part are separated and a structure in which the surface of the antibacterial part has water permeability.

本発明の抗菌性吸水シートにおいて、第1の態様は抗菌部と吸水部とを層状に配置する構成であり、第2の態様は抗菌部と吸水部とを水平方向に配置する構成である。   In the antibacterial water absorbent sheet of the present invention, the first aspect is a structure in which the antibacterial part and the water absorbent part are arranged in layers, and the second aspect is a structure in which the antibacterial part and the water absorbent part are arranged in the horizontal direction.

本発明の第1の態様は、抗菌部、吸水部および分離部を、抗菌部と吸水部との間に分離部を挟んで層状に配置する。分離部は、抗菌部と吸水部との間に設けた通水性を有する通水性シート材を配置することで構成することができ、この通水性シート材によって抗菌部と吸水部とを通水可能に分離する。   In the first aspect of the present invention, the antibacterial part, the water absorption part, and the separation part are arranged in layers with the separation part interposed between the antibacterial part and the water absorption part. The separation part can be configured by placing a water-permeable sheet material with water permeability provided between the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part. The water-permeable sheet material allows water to pass between the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part. To separate.

また、抗菌性吸水シートの外表面の内、一方の表面は抗菌部が分離部に面する側と反対側の面であり、他方の表面は吸水部が分離部に面する側と反対側の面である。抗菌部の表面は通水性を有し、吸水部の表面は非通水性を有する。抗菌部の表面に通水性を持たせることによって、抗菌性吸水シートの表面に抗菌性を持たせることができる。   Also, one of the outer surfaces of the antibacterial water absorbent sheet is the surface opposite to the side where the antibacterial part faces the separation part, and the other surface is the side opposite to the side where the water absorption part faces the separation part. Surface. The surface of the antibacterial part has water permeability, and the surface of the water absorption part has non-water permeability. By giving water permeability to the surface of the antibacterial part, the surface of the antibacterial water absorbent sheet can be given antibacterial properties.

本発明の第2の態様は、抗菌部と吸水部とを分離部を挟んで水平方向に配置する。分離部は、抗菌部と吸水部とを水平方向に分離する。また、抗菌部と吸水部は、水平方向に対して一方の同じ方向の表面は通水性を有し、他方の同じ方向の表面は非通水性を有する。   In the second aspect of the present invention, the antibacterial part and the water absorption part are arranged in the horizontal direction with the separation part interposed therebetween. The separation unit separates the antibacterial unit and the water absorption unit in the horizontal direction. In addition, the antibacterial part and the water absorption part have water permeability on one surface in the same direction with respect to the horizontal direction, and water impermeability on the other surface in the same direction.

抗菌部と吸水部とを分離部を挟んで水平方向に配置し、水平方向に対して一方の側の表面を通水性とし、他方の側の表面を非通水性とすることによって、抗菌性吸水シートの表面に抗菌性を持たせることができる。   Antibacterial water absorption by disposing the antibacterial part and the water absorption part horizontally across the separation part, making the surface of one side water-permeable and the surface of the other side impermeable to water in the horizontal direction Antibacterial properties can be imparted to the surface of the sheet.

第2の態様において、抗菌部および吸水部において、抗菌剤および吸水性樹脂の通水性を有する表面は通水性シート材を備え、抗菌剤および吸水性樹脂の非通水性を有する表面面は非通水性シート材を備える。分離部は、通水性シート材と非通水性シート材との接着部位により構成することができる。   In the second aspect, in the antibacterial part and the water absorption part, the surface having the water permeability of the antibacterial agent and the water absorbent resin is provided with a water permeable sheet material, and the surface surface having the water permeability of the antibacterial agent and the water absorbent resin is not permeable. An aqueous sheet material is provided. A separation part can be comprised by the adhesion part of a water-permeable sheet material and a non-water-permeable sheet material.

本発明の第1の態様および第2の態様は、抗菌部および吸水部の構成において以下の形態とすることができる。   The 1st aspect and 2nd aspect of this invention can be set as the following forms in the structure of an antibacterial part and a water absorption part.

The antibacterial part uses antibacterial particles containing calcium hydroxide as a main component as an alkaline antibacterial agent. As the antibacterial particles mainly composed of calcium hydroxide, for example, antibacterial particles obtained by hydrating calcined calcium formed by pulverizing shells can be used. Antibacterial particles obtained by hydrating calcined calcium suppress the growth of fungi by the antibacterial effect of hydroxide ions, and decompose and remove acidic odor components such as hydrogen sulfide and odor components such as aldehydes To do.

水酸化カルシウムは、炭酸カルシウムを焼成して酸化カルシウムとした後、水和させることによって得ることができる。炭酸カルシウム源は、動物性由来のカルシウムを使用することができ、例えば、ホタテ貝殻、アワビ貝殻、サザエ貝殻、ホッキ貝殻、ウニ貝殻の天然あるいは養殖の貝類の他、珊瑚殻等を原料に使用することができる。   Calcium hydroxide can be obtained by calcining calcium carbonate to obtain calcium oxide and then hydrating. As the calcium carbonate source, animal-derived calcium can be used. For example, scallop shells, abalone shells, tuna shells, sea urchin shells, sea shells of sea urchin shells, and shellfish shells are used as raw materials. be able to.

消臭効果は、水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする抗菌性粒子の単位重量あたりの表面積が大きいほど効果が高まるため、粒度の小さい粉末が好適である。   As the deodorizing effect increases as the surface area per unit weight of the antibacterial particles containing calcium hydroxide as a main component increases, a powder having a small particle size is suitable.

吸水部は2つの形態とすることができる。吸水部の第1の形態は、吸水性樹脂の粒子とアルカリ性の抗菌剤の粒子とを混合して備える。この両粒子を混合させる構成において、抗菌剤の粒子の粒径を吸水性樹脂の粒子の粒径よりも大径とする。   A water absorption part can be made into two forms. The first form of the water-absorbing part is provided with a mixture of water-absorbing resin particles and alkaline antibacterial agent particles. In the configuration in which both the particles are mixed, the particle diameter of the antibacterial agent is larger than the particle diameter of the water absorbent resin particle.

アルカリ性の抗菌剤は、アルカリ性によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力を低下させる性質があるが、高い吸水能力を必要としない用途においては、吸水性樹脂とアルカリ性の抗菌剤を直接混合して用いることができる。このような場合、アルカリ性の抗菌剤の粒径を吸水性樹脂の粒径よりも大きくすることによって抗菌剤の表面積を相対的に小さくし、吸水性樹脂の吸水能力を低下させる影響を低減させる。   Alkaline antibacterial agents have the property of reducing the water absorption capacity of the water-absorbent resin due to alkalinity, but in applications that do not require high water absorption capacity, the water-absorbent resin and the alkaline antibacterial agent can be directly mixed and used. . In such a case, the surface area of the antibacterial agent is relatively reduced by making the particle size of the alkaline antibacterial agent larger than the particle size of the water absorbent resin, thereby reducing the influence of lowering the water absorption capacity of the water absorbent resin.

吸水部の第1の形態の構成によって、吸水部内において、菌類の増殖の抑制、および匂い成分の分解除去の作用を奏することができると共に、アルカリ性の抗菌剤による吸水性樹脂の吸水能力低下を低減させることができる。   The structure of the first form of the water absorbing portion can suppress the growth of fungi and decompose and remove odorous components in the water absorbing portion, and reduce the water absorption capability of the water absorbing resin due to the alkaline antibacterial agent. Can be made.

吸水部の第2の形態は、吸水性樹脂の粒子と非アルカリ性の抗菌剤の粒子とを混合して備える。この両粒子を混合させる構成において、吸水性樹脂の粒子の粒径と抗菌剤の粒子の粒径とを同程度に揃える。吸水性樹脂の粒子と抗菌剤の粒子の粒径を同程度にすることによって、両粒子の混錬性を高め、吸水部内における抗菌剤の偏りを防ぐことができる。   The second form of the water-absorbing part comprises a mixture of water-absorbing resin particles and non-alkaline antibacterial agent particles. In the configuration in which both the particles are mixed, the particle size of the water-absorbent resin particle and the particle size of the antibacterial agent particle are made equal. By making the water-absorbent resin particles and the antibacterial agent particles have the same particle size, it is possible to improve the kneadability of both particles and prevent the antibacterial agent from being biased in the water-absorbing part.

以上説明したように、本発明の抗菌性吸水シートによれば、アルカリ性の抗菌剤を用いた抗菌性吸水シートにおいて、抗菌性物質によって吸水性樹脂の吸水能力が低下することを防ぐと共に、抗菌性吸水シートの表面に抗菌性を持たせることができる。   As described above, according to the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet of the present invention, in the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet using an alkaline antibacterial agent, the antibacterial substance prevents the water absorbing ability of the water-absorbing resin from being lowered and has antibacterial properties. Antibacterial properties can be imparted to the surface of the water absorbent sheet.

In the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet of the present invention, the first aspect is a structure in which the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part are arranged in layers, and the second aspect is a structure in which the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part are arranged in the horizontal direction.

図1〜図3は本発明の抗菌性吸水シートの第1の態様を説明するための図であり、図4は本発明の抗菌性吸水シートの第2の態様を説明するための図である。   1-3 is a figure for demonstrating the 1st aspect of the antibacterial water absorbing sheet of this invention, and FIG. 4 is a figure for demonstrating the 2nd aspect of the antibacterial water absorbing sheet of this invention. .

[First embodiment of the present invention]
In the first aspect of the present invention, a water-permeable sheet material having water permeability is provided as a separation part between the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part, and the antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part are separated in the vertical direction by this water-permeable sheet material. The antibacterial part and the water absorption part are arranged in layers, the antibacterial part is an upper layer or a lower layer, and the water absorption part is a lower layer or an upper layer. The antibacterial part and the water-absorbing part are separated into layers via a water-soluble sheet material, and the antibacterial part becomes the surface by making the antibacterial part an upper layer or a lower layer. By making the antibacterial part the surface, the surface of the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet is made antibacterial.

(First configuration example)
Drawing 1 is a figure for explaining the 1st example of composition of an antibacterial water absorption sheet of the 1st mode.
In FIG. 1, an antibacterial water absorbent sheet 1 includes an antibacterial part 2 in the upper layer and a water absorbent part 3 in the lower layer with the separation part 4 interposed therebetween. Note that, here, a configuration example in which the antibacterial part 2 is provided in the upper layer and the water absorption part 3 is provided in the lower layer is shown. The liquid penetrates into the antibacterial part 2 through the surface of the water-permeable sheet material provided in the upper layer or the lower layer of the antibacterial part 2, and further penetrates into the water-absorbing part 3 through the water-permeable sheet material of the separation part 4.

抗菌部2は、水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする抗菌性を有する抗菌性粒子を備える。水酸化カルシウムは、当業者に既知の方法によって得ることができる。例えば、炭酸カルシウムを焼成して酸化カルシウムとした後、水和させることによって得ることができる。   The antibacterial part 2 includes antibacterial particles having antibacterial properties mainly composed of calcium hydroxide. Calcium hydroxide can be obtained by methods known to those skilled in the art. For example, it can be obtained by calcining calcium carbonate to obtain calcium oxide and then hydrating it.

炭酸カルシウム源は、動物性由来のカルシウムを使用することができ、例えば、ホタテ貝殻、アワビ貝殻、サザエ貝殻、ホッキ貝殻、ウニ貝殻の天然あるいは養殖の貝類の他、珊瑚殻等を原料に使用することができる。これらの内、貝殻組成が均一である点および供給量が多いなどの点から、ホタテ貝殻を使用することが好適である。   As the calcium carbonate source, animal-derived calcium can be used. For example, scallop shells, abalone shells, tuna shells, sea urchin shells, sea shells of sea urchin shells, and shellfish shells are used as raw materials. be able to. Among these, it is preferable to use scallop shells from the viewpoint that the shell composition is uniform and the supply amount is large.

These shells are pulverized into shell powder (or a granular material), and are fired at 800 ° C. to 1500 ° C., more preferably 850 ° C. to 1200 ° C., for example, while introducing carbon dioxide gas. Firing may be performed in air or in an inert gas atmosphere such as nitrogen. The firing time is appropriately set depending on the firing temperature or the like, but is usually 10 to 120 minutes, preferably 15 to 90 minutes after the atmospheric temperature reaches the predetermined firing temperature. By such a baking treatment, unnecessary organic substances are removed by thermal decomposition.

焼成後、水和させて水酸化カルシウム主体の微細粒子を得る。焼成又は水和の過程で、必要に応じてさらに粉砕を行う。粉砕により得られる粒子の初期粒度は最大で100μm以上となる。粒度調整は、貝化粉の粉砕、分級によって行い1μm以下の粒径とすることができ、例えば0.1〜500μmの粒径の微細粒子を得ることができる。   After firing, the particles are hydrated to obtain fine particles mainly composed of calcium hydroxide. In the process of firing or hydration, further pulverization is performed as necessary. The initial particle size of the particles obtained by pulverization is at most 100 μm. The particle size can be adjusted by crushing and classifying the shellfish powder to obtain a particle size of 1 μm or less. For example, fine particles having a particle size of 0.1 to 500 μm can be obtained.

The water absorption part 3 can be formed of a water absorbent resin. Water-absorbing resins include, for example, crosslinked products of acrylate polymers, crosslinked products of hydrolysis products of starch-acrylate graft copolymers, crosslinked products of vinyl alcohol-acrylate copolymers, and maleic anhydride grafts. Examples thereof include a crosslinked product of polyvinyl alcohol, a crosslinked isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer, a crosslinked polyacrylic acid partial neutralized product, and a saponified product of a vinyl acetate-acrylic ester copolymer. Among these, a crosslinked product of an acrylate polymer that can absorb a large amount of liquid and can stably hold the absorbed liquid in the molecule even when a certain load is applied is preferable.

また、吸水性樹脂は一般に粉末状や顆粒状のものが好ましい。本発明では、粉末状や顆粒状のものを含めて、粒子の用語で表している。   The water-absorbing resin is generally preferably in the form of powder or granules. In the present invention, it is expressed in terms of particles including those in powder form and granular form.

吸水性樹脂は、代表的な製造方法である逆相懸濁重合法や水溶液重合法等の他、各種の重合法で製造したものを必要に応じて粉砕、造粒または分級等を行うことによって調製することができる。   The water-absorbent resin can be produced by various methods such as reverse phase suspension polymerization and aqueous solution polymerization, as well as pulverizing, granulating or classifying as necessary. Can be prepared.

分離部4は抗菌部2内の抗菌性粒子と吸水部3内の吸水性樹脂とを分離すると共に、液体を吸水部3内に通過させる。分離部4は、抗菌部2内の通過した液体を吸水部3内に通すために通水性シート材を備える。上部シート5の通水性シート材、および分離部4の通水性シート材は、例えば不織布を用いることができる。   The separation unit 4 separates the antibacterial particles in the antibacterial unit 2 and the water absorbent resin in the water absorption unit 3 and allows the liquid to pass through the water absorption unit 3. The separation unit 4 includes a water-permeable sheet material in order to pass the liquid that has passed through the antibacterial unit 2 into the water absorption unit 3. As the water-permeable sheet material of the upper sheet 5 and the water-permeable sheet material of the separation unit 4, for example, a nonwoven fabric can be used.

また、抗菌部2の上方は上部シート5で覆われる、上部シート5を通過した液体は抗菌部2内に浸透する。抗菌部2内に浸透した液体は分離部4の通水性シート材を通過して、吸水部3内に浸透する。吸水部3内に浸透した液体は、吸水性樹脂に吸収される。抗菌部2は、吸水部3内に浸透した液体による菌の増殖を抑制し、匂い成分を分解する。   The upper part of the antibacterial part 2 is covered with the upper sheet 5, and the liquid that has passed through the upper sheet 5 penetrates into the antibacterial part 2. The liquid that has penetrated into the antibacterial part 2 passes through the water-permeable sheet material of the separation part 4 and penetrates into the water absorption part 3. The liquid that has penetrated into the water absorbing portion 3 is absorbed by the water absorbent resin. The antibacterial unit 2 suppresses the growth of bacteria by the liquid that has penetrated into the water absorbing unit 3 and decomposes the odor component.

吸水部3の底部は底部シート6で覆われる。底部シート6は非通水性シート材で形成され、吸水部3内に浸透した液体が外部に漏れ出すことを防止する。非通水性シート材は、例えば樹脂フィルムで形成することができる。   The bottom of the water absorbing part 3 is covered with a bottom sheet 6. The bottom sheet 6 is formed of a non-water-permeable sheet material, and prevents the liquid that has penetrated into the water absorbing section 3 from leaking outside. The non-water-permeable sheet material can be formed of, for example, a resin film.

抗菌性吸水シート1は上部に抗菌部2が設けられた構成であるため、表面の抗菌性を得ることができる。   Since the antibacterial water-absorbing sheet 1 has a configuration in which the antibacterial portion 2 is provided on the upper part, the antibacterial property of the surface can be obtained.

分離部4および上部シート5の通水性シート材は、例えば不織布で形成することができる。   The water-permeable sheet material of the separation part 4 and the upper sheet 5 can be formed of, for example, a nonwoven fabric.

図1(a)〜(c)は抗菌性吸水シートの断面図であり、図1(d)は抗菌性吸水シートの上方部分の概略斜視面である。   Fig.1 (a)-(c) is sectional drawing of an antibacterial water absorbing sheet, FIG.1 (d) is a schematic perspective view of the upper part of an antibacterial water absorbing sheet.

図1(a)に示す構成例では、抗菌部2内に水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする抗菌性を有する粒子を備える。ここで、抗菌性粒子の粒度を小さくすることによって、単位重さに対する表面積を大きくして、菌の増殖防止および匂い成分の分解除去の効果を高めることができる。   In the configuration example shown in FIG. 1A, antibacterial particles mainly containing calcium hydroxide are provided in the antibacterial part 2. Here, by reducing the particle size of the antibacterial particles, the surface area per unit weight can be increased, and the effects of preventing the growth of bacteria and decomposing and removing odor components can be enhanced.

図1(b),(c)に示す構成例では、抗菌部2内に水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする抗菌性を有する粒子を備えると共に、吸水部3内にも吸水性樹脂13と共に水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする抗菌性粒子を備える。   In the configuration example shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the antibacterial part 2 includes antibacterial particles mainly composed of calcium hydroxide, and the water absorbing part 3 is also hydroxylated together with the water absorbent resin 13. Antibacterial particles mainly composed of calcium are provided.

図1(b)に示す構成例では、抗菌部2内に備える抗菌性粒子の粒度と、吸水部3内に備える抗菌性粒子の粒度を異ならせる。抗菌部2内に備える抗菌性粒子11の粒度は、図1(a)に示した構成と同様に、抗菌性粒子の粒度を小さくすることによって、単位重量あたりの表面積を大きくして、菌の増殖防止および匂い成分の分解除去の効果を高める。   In the configuration example shown in FIG. 1B, the particle size of the antibacterial particles provided in the antibacterial part 2 is different from the particle size of the antibacterial particles provided in the water absorption part 3. The particle size of the antibacterial particles 11 provided in the antibacterial part 2 is similar to the configuration shown in FIG. 1A, by increasing the surface area per unit weight by reducing the particle size of the antibacterial particles, Increases the effect of preventing proliferation and decomposing and removing odor components.

On the other hand, the particle size of the antibacterial particles 12 provided in the water absorbing portion 3 is set to be larger than that of the water absorbing resin 13 in the water absorbing portion 3. Alkaline antibacterial agents have the property of reducing the water absorption capacity of the water-absorbent resin due to alkalinity. According to the configuration of FIG. 1B, the surface area of the antibacterial particles 12 is relatively increased by making the particle size of the alkaline antibacterial particles 12 larger than the particle size of the water absorbent resin 13 in the water absorbing portion 3. The effect of reducing the water absorption capacity of the water absorbent resin 13 is reduced.

吸水部3内に、粒径の大きな抗菌性粒子12を配することによって、菌類の増殖の抑制、および匂い成分の分解除去の作用を奏すると共に、アルカリ性の抗菌性粒子による吸水性樹脂13の吸水能力低下を低減させることができる。   By disposing the antibacterial particles 12 having a large particle diameter in the water absorbing part 3, the water absorption of the water absorbent resin 13 by the alkaline antibacterial particles is achieved while suppressing the growth of fungi and decomposing and removing odor components. Capability reduction can be reduced.

図1(c)に示す構成例では、非アルカリ性抗菌性粒子14を用い、吸水部3内に備える抗菌性粒子14の粒度と吸水性樹脂12の粒子の粒度を揃える。   In the configuration example shown in FIG. 1 (c), the non-alkaline antibacterial particles 14 are used, and the particle sizes of the antibacterial particles 14 provided in the water absorbing part 3 and the particles of the water absorbent resin 12 are made uniform.

吸水性樹脂12の粒子と非アルカリ性抗菌粒子14の粒子とを混合させる構成において、吸水性樹脂12の粒子の粒径(粒度)と非アルカリ性抗菌粒子14の粒子の粒径(粒度)とを揃えることによって、両粒子の混錬性を高め、吸水部3内における抗菌剤の偏りを防ぐことができる。   In the configuration in which the particles of the water absorbent resin 12 and the particles of the non-alkaline antibacterial particles 14 are mixed, the particle size (particle size) of the water absorbent resin 12 and the particle size (particle size) of the non-alkaline antibacterial particles 14 are aligned. By this, the kneadability of both particles can be improved and the bias of the antibacterial agent in the water absorption part 3 can be prevented.

図1(b),(c)に示す構成例では、吸水部3内に設けた抗菌性粒子によって、吸水部3内での菌の増殖を抑制し、発生した匂い成分を分解することができる。   In the configuration example shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the antibacterial particles provided in the water-absorbing part 3 can suppress the growth of bacteria in the water-absorbing part 3 and decompose the generated odor components. .

上部シート5を通過した液体は抗菌部2内に浸透する。抗菌部2内に浸透した液体は分離部4の通水性シート材を通過して、吸水部3内に浸透する。吸水部3内に浸透した液体は、吸水性樹脂に吸収される。抗菌部2は、吸水部3内に浸透した液体による菌の増殖を抑制し、匂い成分を分解する。   The liquid that has passed through the upper sheet 5 penetrates into the antibacterial part 2.

The water-absorbing part 3 is provided on the bottom sheet 6 made of a non-water-permeable sheet material, and the antibacterial part 2 is provided on the water-permeable sheet material forming the separation part 4 at a predetermined interval. The antibacterial unit 2 suppresses the growth of bacteria by the liquid that has penetrated into the water absorbing unit 3 and decomposes the odor component.

また、第3の構成例においても、前記した図1(b),(c)の構成例と同様に、吸水部3内に抗菌性粒子を設ける構成としてもよい。   Also in the third configuration example, the antibacterial particles may be provided in the water absorbing portion 3 as in the configuration examples of FIGS. 1B and 1C described above.

抗菌性吸水シート1は、非通水性シート材からなる底部シート6上に上部シート5を設け、底部シート6と上部シート5との間で形成される収納空間内に抗菌性粒子および吸水性樹脂を収納することによって抗菌部2および吸水部3が形成される。抗菌部2と吸水部3との間の分離部4´は、底部シート6と上部シート5とを接着する接着部で形成することができる。上部シート5は例えば不織布等の通水性シート材によって形成することができる。   The antibacterial water-absorbing sheet 1 is provided with an upper sheet 5 on a bottom sheet 6 made of a non-water-permeable sheet material, and antibacterial particles and a water-absorbing resin in a storage space formed between the bottom sheet 6 and the upper sheet 5.
