請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - フレームと、前記フレームと可動的に結合されて抵抗荷重(7)を形成する重りのスタックと、ケーブル(19、33)によって前記抵抗荷重(7)に接続されると共に前記抵抗荷重(7)を克服して事前設定経路に沿って前記使用者(3)によって移動可能である少なくとも1つの移動要素(8)とを備えるフィットネス用具(2)を用いて、フィットネスエクササイズを実行する使用者(3)を補助する方法であり、
前記方法が、
−前記使用者(3)が前記フィットネスエクササイズを実行するときの前記使用者(3)の運動を表す信号を感知するステップと、
−前記使用者(3)の前記運動を表す前記信号を、正確に実行された前記フィットネスエクササイズに対応する前記使用者(3)の前記運動の理想的パターンを表す事前決定基準パターンとリアルタイムに比較するステップと、
−前記比較の結果に応じて、前記エクササイズの実行の正確性に関する信号をリアルタイムに前記使用者(3)に送信するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記使用者(3)の前記運動を表す信号を感知する前記ステップが、前記使用者が前記エクササイズを実行する間の連続的な一連の時点において、前記使用者の姿勢を表す信号を捕捉するステップを含み、
前記感知信号と前記事前決定基準パターンとの間の前記比較が、エクササイズパターンを表す少なくとも1つの事前決定評価パラメータによって前記一連の時点において採用された値に基づき、
信号を送信する前記ステップは、画像が、
前記感知信号に関する前記評価パラメータの値と前記基準パターンに関する前記評価パラメータの対応する値との間の差が、事前決定許容範囲限界よりも小さいまたはこれに等しい場合に(またはその限りにおいて)、前記基準パターンに基づいた前記グラフィック要素なしに、前記使用者の現実の姿勢に対応する前記使用者のグラフィック表示を含み、
前記差が前記事前決定許容範囲限界よりも大きい場合に、前記差が生じた前記人体の部位を指示するために、前記基準パターンに基づいたグラフィック要素によって修正された前記使用者のグラフィック表示を含む、
ように前記比較に応じて画像を表示するステップを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記感知信号と前記事前決定基準パターンとの間の前記比較が、前記感知信号に関して前記一連の時点において前記評価パラメータによって採用された前記値と、前記事前決定基準パターンに関して前記一連の時点において前記評価パラメータによって採用された対応する値とを比較することによって、前記使用者が取った姿勢を表す第一評価パラメータと前記使用者の運動の速度を表す第二評価パラメータとに応じて行われることを特徴とする、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記使用者の修正表示を表示するために、前記比較に応じて前記感知信号及び前記基準パターンを処理するステップを含み、
前記修正表示が、
前記事前決定許容範囲限界を超える差が生じた前記人体の前記部位の彩色またはハイライト、
少なくとも前記差が生じた前記使用者の人体の前記部位において、前記使用者の前記グラフィック表示に実質的に重ねられた、前記基準パターンに応じた前記使用者の理想的姿勢を表すグラフィック要素、
を含む、
請求項10または11に記載の方法。 - 前記使用者の前記グラフィック表示に加えて、
前記使用者の右手及び左手の順方向運動の状態及び順方向運動の速度を視覚的に示すようにそれぞれ構成された、右手充満バー(15c)及び左手充満バー(15d)、及び、
前記基準パターンに応じて、前記使用者の右手及び左手の順方向運動の理想的状態及び順方向運動の理想的速度を視覚的に示すようにそれぞれ構成された、右手基準充満バー(15a)及び左手基準充満バー(15b)、
の両方または一方を表示するステップを含む、
請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
