Description

The present invention relates to a connector for electrical connection to a plurality of connected terminals fixed on one side of a substrate.

A module substrate in which LEDs or the like are mounted on one side of the substrate is used as a long LED lamp or the like by electrically connecting a plurality of module substrates having a predetermined length in the horizontal direction.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, sockets 140 and 140 are fixed to one side near the ends of the substrates 40 and 40, and the sockets 140 and 140 are connected using a connector 110 having plate-like connection terminals.
However, in recent years, there is a high need for a high-density LED lamp or the like in which the distance between LEDs is narrowly arranged, and the connection method as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a method can be envisaged in which the sockets 140A and 140A are fixed to both sides of the board 40 with the LED 2 sandwiched therebetween, and the corresponding plugs 110A and 110B are fitted into the corresponding sockets to be electrically connected. .
However, when a plug connector is provided for each corresponding socket in this way, the plug connector must be handled twice in assembly work, and in the case of 3P connection, it must be handled three times, increasing the number of assembly steps. To do.
In addition, the plug connector is small, and it is difficult to check the connection direction.
Furthermore, there is a problem that the allowable range in which the center shift and the inclination between the substrates can be absorbed is narrow.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a connector for connecting substrates in a horizontal direction, and this connector also corresponds to the structure shown in FIG.

An object of the present invention is to provide a connector that is excellent in assembling workability and that is effective in absorbing mounting displacement between connected terminals fixed to one side of both sides of the board and mounting deviation between boards.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a connector that is excellent in assembling for pulling out a cable line from a board.

A board connecting connector according to the present invention is a connector for electrical connection to a board, the board has a plurality of fixed connected terminals on one side, and the connector corresponds to each of the plurality of connected terminals on the board. A plurality of connector portions that are electrically connected to each other, and the plurality of connector portions are connected by a connecting portion that allows elastic deformation, and the connecting portion is provided integrally or separately in the connector portion. .

Here, having a plurality of connected terminals on the board means that the connected terminals are fixed to the same side of the board for each pole in two-pole electric connection or three-pole electric connection.
Accordingly, the connector portion that is electrically connected to each of the plurality of connected terminals has one connecting terminal that extends between the substrates (connected terminals) on both sides.
Here, the connected terminal fixed on one side of the board may be a socket shape or a plug shape. If the board side is a socket shape, the connector part is a plug shape. Conversely, if the board side is a plug shape, the connector part is a socket. Become a shape.

In the present invention, when the boards are connected in the horizontal direction, the plurality of boards are arranged in a substantially horizontal direction, and the connected terminals are respectively fixed to the same side of the boards on both sides to be electrically connected. The terminal portions on both sides of one connection terminal respectively provided in the above are elastically connected to the connected terminals of the substrates on both sides,
To pull out the cable wire from the board,
A plurality of connected terminals are fixed to one side of the board, and one connecting terminal provided on each of the plurality of connector parts has one end connected to a cable wire and the other end fixed to the board. It will be elastically connected to the connection terminal.

The present invention forms a plug portion for connecting a plurality of substrates in the horizontal direction or electrically connecting each of a plurality of connected terminals fixed to the substrate when drawing a plurality of cable wires from one side of the substrate. By connecting the plug portions with a connecting portion that allows elastic deformation, it is possible to absorb mounting displacement of the connected terminals attached to one side of the substrate and attachment displacement of the substrate.
In addition, since a plurality of connector portions are connected at the connecting portion, the number of assembly parts is reduced, and the assembly man-hour is reduced.
If the connecting part of the connector part is formed separately from the connector part and can be attached to the connector part, the connecting part of the connecting part should be made into a series according to the specifications of the board with different connecting terminal intervals. Therefore, the plug portion can be used in common for the board specifications between different connected terminals.

A structural example of the connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this embodiment, the socket is fixed to the substrate side and the connector portion is a plug connector. However, the plug / socket connection structure may be reversed.

A plurality of LEDs 2 are mounted in the longitudinal direction at equal intervals on the substrate 40, and two socket terminals are fixed by soldering or the like as a first connected terminal 41 and a second connected terminal 42 in the vicinity of one end of the substrate ( Implemented).
The socket terminals (41, 42) fixed on the same side of the two substrates are horizontally arranged so as to face each other, and the connector 1 is fitted from above and electrically connected.
As shown in FIG. 2, the connector 1 includes a first connector portion 10 including a first housing 11 in which a first connection terminal 12, which is a thin round shaft, is fixed in a horizontal direction, and a shaft-like second connection terminal. The second connector part 20 composed of the second housing 22 fixed in the horizontal direction was connected by a connecting part 30 in a direction orthogonal to the connection terminal.
In this embodiment, the first connector portion 10 and the second connector portion 20 have the same structure, and the shafts (12, 22) are fixed to the plug housing portions 11b, 21b provided in the first and second housings in the horizontal direction. It is an example.
The connecting portion 30 connects the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 with an elastic portion 33 that elastically deforms.
The shape of the elastic portion 33 is not particularly limited as long as it is elastically deformed left and right and up and down, and this embodiment is an example in which bow-shaped connecting pieces 33a and 33b are formed to face each other.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion 30 is formed separately from the first and second connector portions 10 and 20, and the second housing 21 will be described as a representative example. The locking portion 21c provided on the housing side and the inside of the connecting portion are described. It is an example assembled so that the to-be-latched part 32a provided in may be latched.
The connecting portion 30 may be a connecting portion 30a formed integrally with the housing as shown in FIG. 5 (a), and when the connecting portion is formed separately, as shown in FIG. 5 (b). By connecting the lengths of the connecting portions 30b in series, the connector portions can be shared with the boards having different socket terminal intervals.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), the shape of the connecting portion 30c is not limited as long as the shape of the connecting portion 30c can permit elastic deformation so as to show a connected shape that is alternately folded back to the left and right.

The first and second socket terminals (41, 42) have the same shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the socket terminal on the board side will be described by taking the second connection terminal 42 as an example. There are two pairs of contact terminals 41a, 41a and 41b, 41b arranged opposite to each other for elastic clamping, and a pair of locking pieces 41c, 41c that are locked to locking claws 21a provided inside the housing.

When the connector 1 according to the present invention is used, the connecting pieces 33a and 33b of the connecting portion 30 are elastically deformed as shown in FIG. To absorb.
