Abstract
【解決手段】流体冷却システム1は、貯蔵タンク4からポンプ8に流体を供給するフィードライン6と、ポンプ8を通過した推進薬を膨張させて、フィードライン6の外周に推進薬を供給し、フィードライン6内部の推進薬を冷却し、膨張した推進薬を外部に排出する冷却部26とを備える。

Description
すなわち、本発明に係る航空機・宇宙機用流体冷却システムは、貯蔵タンクからポンプに流体を供給する第1供給管、又はポンプから燃焼器に流体を供給する第2供給管と、ポンプを通過した流体を膨張させて、第1供給管及び第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方の外周に流体を供給し、第1供給管及び第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方の内部の流体を冷却し、膨張した流体を外部に排出する冷却部とを備える。
[第1実施形態]
以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係る流体冷却システム1について、図1を用いて説明する。流体冷却システム1は、液体ロケット、特に、人工衛星等を積んで、軌道修正しながら惑星周囲を慣性飛行する第2段ロケット等に使用される。
二重配管27は、内管33と外管34からなる。内管33内部は、フィードライン6であって、貯蔵タンク4からポンプ8へ流れる推進薬が通過する。外管34と内管33の間は、冷却部26であって、膨張低温化した推進薬が通過する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る流体冷却システム2について、図3を用いて説明する。尚、第1実施形態と重複する構成については省略する。

Claims (4)
- 貯蔵タンクからポンプに流体を供給する第1供給管、又は前記ポンプから燃焼器に前記流体を供給する第2供給管と、
前記ポンプを通過した前記流体を膨張させて、前記第1供給管及び前記第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方の外周に前記流体を供給し、前記第1供給管及び前記第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方の内部の前記流体を冷却し、膨張した前記流体を外部に排出する冷却部と、
を備える航空機・宇宙機用流体冷却システム。 - 前記冷却部は、前記第1供給管及び前記第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方の長さ方向に沿って外周に前記流体を供給する請求項1に記載の航空機・宇宙機用流体冷却システム。
- 前記冷却部は、前記第1供給管及び前記第2供給管の少なくともいずれか一方と二重配管を形成し、前記二重配管の内管が前記第1供給管又は前記第2供給管であって、前記冷却部は、前記二重配管の外管と前記内管の間に前記流体を通過させる請求項1又は2に記載の航空機・宇宙機用流体冷却システム。
- 貯蔵タンクとポンプを連結する第1供給管の内部を介して前記貯蔵タンクから前記ポンプへ流体を供給するステップと、
前記ポンプを通過した前記流体を膨張させるステップと、
膨張した前記流体を、前記第1供給管の外周、及び前記ポンプと燃焼器を連結する第2供給管の外周の少なくともいずれか一方に供給するステップと、
前記第1供給管の外周及び前記第2供給管の外周の少なくともいずれか一方に供給された前記流体が、前記第1供給管の内部及び前記第2供給管の内部の少なくともいずれか一方の前記流体を冷却するステップと、
前記第1供給管の内部及び前記第2供給管の内部の少なくともいずれか一方の前記流体を冷却した、前記第1供給管の外周及び前記第2供給管の外周の少なくともいずれか一方に供給された前記流体を外部に排出するステップと、
を備える航空機・宇宙機用流体冷却方法。
