Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pipe heater device in a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, other manufacturing apparatuses, and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pipe heater device that heats a large number of pipes arranged in parallel to a predetermined temperature.
Conventionally, in a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, a chemical processing apparatus, and other manufacturing apparatuses, these gases or liquids are solidified or deposited on the inner wall of a pipe that transfers the gas or liquid before processing and the gas or liquid after processing. In order to prevent this, a pipe heater device for heating a large number of pipes arranged in parallel for other purposes is used.
As a heater for pipe heating, a direct heating type pipe heater apparatus for heating a pipe by winding a heat insulation jacket in which a heating element is embedded around the pipe is known. Since the direct heating type pipe heater device is manually attached, temperature unevenness is likely to occur due to variations in winding position, winding unevenness, etc. in each pipe. This is due to the fact that the heater installation accuracy varies depending on the skill level of the heater installation work at the piping site, and the uniformity of heating to the piping is affected.
Further, as a heater device for preventing the pipe from freezing, a structure in which a mounting bracket holding a heater element including a heating element in a ceramic case is engaged and fixed to the pipe is disclosed in Patent Document 1 below. Yes.
Also, the heating element is not brought into direct contact with the pipe, but a desired space is provided between the pipe and the heating element, and the non-contact heating type pipe heating is heated by radiant heat from the heating element and convection of air in the space. Heaters are also known. Specifically, it is disclosed in Patent Document 2 below, and a sheet heater is attached to the outer surface of a metal plate, and a heating space is formed by the metal plate so as to surround the outer periphery of the pipe. Pipe heaters for heating pipes by heating and radiant heating have been proposed.
However, it is difficult to heat the fluid in the pipe to, for example, about 200 ° C. with a simple anti-freezing heater as in Patent Document 1, and the high-temperature heating element is directly brought into contact with the pipe for heating. However, only the portion of the peripheral surface of the pipe that is in contact with the heating element is heated to a high temperature, so that there is a large temperature difference between the pipes, causing deformation of the pipe or heating of the fluid flowing in the pipe. The efficiency is low and the flow rate cannot be increased.
Moreover, in the heater for piping of patent document 2, a planar heater does not contact piping directly, but piping is the air in the space between the metal plate and piping which were heated by the planar heater. Therefore, the temperature unevenness of the piping due to the arrangement position of the planar heater is reduced. However, it is a structure that secures a large space between the metal plate and the pipe, and each part becomes large, which may affect workability during transportation and mounting.
In addition, when a plurality of pipes are juxtaposed at a narrow interval, the installation of the heater device may be a cumbersome task, and the installation may be troublesome, and there is a risk that the installation may not be possible when the pipes are arranged close to the wall surface. is there. Furthermore, in piping maintenance, it may be difficult to reproduce the heating performance of the piping heater at the time of remounting.
Furthermore, when a plurality of pipes are arranged side by side with a narrow interval, in a heater device having a structure in which a plurality of pipes are heated by a single heater device, the distance between the pipes and the heating element becomes uneven. Due to factors such as the number of heating elements contributing to heating of one pipe differing from place to place, it is difficult to heat each pipe uniformly, and the heating temperature of the fluid is not uniform.
In addition, when a heater device is configured by individually installing a plurality of heating elements in a plurality of pipes arranged side by side, as described above, each heater device can be easily installed in each pipe arranged at a narrow interval. It is required to be provided so that it can be performed. As in the technique proposed in Patent Document 1, it is easy to attach the tip of the mounting bracket that holds the heating element so as to engage the pipe from the side, but in order to increase the heating efficiency As disclosed in Patent Document 2, when it is considered that the outer periphery of the heating element is covered with a heat insulating cover, there is a problem that attachment becomes difficult. In other words, when trying to reduce the uneven heating of the peripheral surface by installing a heater device so as to surround the already installed pipe, if it is one pipe, the mounting opening of the heat insulating cover is widened. However, when installing multiple pipes that are installed at narrow intervals, install the thermal insulation cover in a narrow space between the pipes while partially expanding the insulation cover. You may not be able to do this, and you need to deal with these points.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe heater device that is installed on a plurality of pipes arranged side by side and that can easily heat each pipe at high temperature and is easy to install.
In order to solve the above problems, the pipe heater device of the present invention is mounted on a plurality of pipes to be heated in parallel, and heats each pipe,
A heat insulation case made of a heat insulating material extending in a cylindrical shape outside the pipe;
A heater body that is arranged in the longitudinal direction inside the heat retaining case and generates heat in response to energization,
The heater body is held and attached to the inner surface of the heat retaining case, and includes a mounting bracket formed of a heat conductive elastic material that is engaged and held in the pipe.
The heat retaining case has a cylindrical main body extending in the longitudinal direction, end face walls installed at both ends of the cylindrical main body, and a notch opening cut out from the open end of the end face wall. A wall portion facing the opening end of the notch opening is formed on the lid wall portion through which the pipe can be inserted,
The mounting bracket includes a fixing portion that is fixed to the heat retaining case, a heater holding portion that holds the heater body, and a pipe engaging portion that expands when pressed against the pipe and elastically engages the outer periphery of the pipe ,
The pipe engaging part faces the lid wall part of the heat retaining case, and the pipe inserted into the inside from the lid wall part has a gap between the heater main body held by the heater holding part. And is held in engagement.
The position of the pipe engaging portion of the mounting bracket according to the present invention as described above is preferably provided at a position that coincides with the inner end portion of the notch opening of the heat retaining case in the axial direction.
The pipe held by the mounting bracket is heated by transmitting a part of the heat generated by the heater body through the mounting bracket by a heat conductive member, and a part of the heat generated by the heater body. Radiation heating is performed through a gap between the heater body and the pipe, and convection heating is performed by a temperature rise in a space surrounded by the heat retaining case.
In the present invention as described above, it is preferable that the heater main body is formed in a round bar shape and is held in parallel with the pipe and the gap by the mounting bracket.
On the other hand, the lid wall portion according to the present invention is detachably attached to the cylindrical main body, is pivotably connected to the cylindrical main body via a hinge structure, or is connected to the cylindrical main body and slits. It is possible to have a groove so that the pipe can be inserted.
Further, in the present invention as described above, the cylindrical main body of the heat retaining case is formed of a heat insulating material having flexibility, the lid wall portion is continuous with the cylindrical main body and has a slit groove, The slit groove can be widened by deformation of the side wall of the cylindrical main body to the side, and the pipe can be inserted into the inside.
In that case, you may comprise so that the base member which fixes the adhering part of the said mounting bracket may be provided in the cylindrical main body of the said heat retention case.
The vertical position, the horizontal direction position, or the front-back direction position accompanying the mounting of the pipe heater device of the present invention on the pipe can be changed. For example, when horizontal piping is installed side by side in the horizontal direction and the piping heater device is mounted from above or below, the heater body is located above the piping in the method of mounting the piping heater device from above on the piping. On the contrary, in the system in which the pipe heater device is attached to the pipe from below, the heater body is positioned below the pipe.
According to the pipe heater device of the present invention, the heating of the pipe by heat conduction from the heater holding part to the pipe engagement holding part through the mounting bracket, the heating of the pipe by the radiant heat from the side surface of the heater body, the inside of the case By heating the pipe by heat convection associated with the space heating of the heater, the heater body is arranged in non-contact with the pipe, so that only the contact portion is not heated to high temperature by direct contact, The temperature difference at the outer periphery of the pipe is small, the fluid flowing in the pipe can be efficiently heated without causing deformation of the pipe, and the fluid flow rate can be increased.
In addition, it can be easily attached to the pipe by attaching a heat retaining case to which the mounting bracket is fixed. In other words, the heater main body is held by the heater holding portion of the mounting bracket whose fixing portion is fixed to the heat insulating case, and the heat insulating case provided with the heater main body is made to have the opening end of the notch opening aligned with the pipe. Then, the pipe is inserted from the opening end so as to be inserted into the notch opening. By this mounting operation, the piping engaging portion of the mounting bracket in the heat retaining case is pressed against the piping, so that the piping engaging portion is deformed so as to spread and elastically engage with the outer periphery of the piping, and the heater body and the piping It can be installed with high accuracy while keeping the position of.
Note that due to the opening / closing structure of the opening end in the lid wall portion of the heat retaining case, it is necessary to close the lid wall portion of the heat retaining case after the mounting operation to the pipe.
The installation error of the pipe heater device for each pipe is small, the arrangement relationship between the pipe and the heater body, and the heat transfer characteristics, that is, the heating characteristics are equalized, so that heating can be efficiently performed to a predetermined temperature.
Further, in the pipe heater device of the present invention, the heater main body as the heating element held by the mounting bracket is arranged in parallel along the pipe in the longitudinal direction in the heat insulation case, so that the space heating of the pipe in the heat insulation case is performed. The fluid flowing in the pipe can be heated with little temperature unevenness.
Moreover, when the cylindrical main body of the heat insulation case is formed of a flexible heat insulating material and has a structure in which a slit groove is provided in the lid wall portion provided continuously to the cylindrical main body, the side wall of the cylindrical main body is deformed sideways. As a result, the slit groove widens and the piping can be inserted into the inside, so that the piping heater device can be attached more easily. At this time, if the base member for fixing the fixing portion of the mounting bracket to the cylindrical main body of the heat retaining case is provided, the fixing bracket can be securely fixed to the cylindrical main body by the flexible heat insulating material.
An embodiment of a piping heater device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The pipe P as a heated body is formed by arranging a plurality of thin tubes having a diameter of 10 mm or less (for example, about 6 mm) in parallel at a predetermined pitch (for example, 20 to 30 mm pitch). It is connected to other manufacturing apparatuses and the like, and a heated fluid such as a processing gas flows at a predetermined flow rate inside. The

As shown in FIG. 4, the
In the illustrated case, the
Next, the structure of the mounting
The mounting
The mounting
The fixing
The
The shape of the
The position of the
In the state of FIG. 2 in which the heater
The attachment of the
Next, the
As a result, the
Note that the
A heating state of the pipe P by the
In addition, the
Next, FIG. 5 shows a
In this modification, one end portion of the
Next, FIG. 6 shows a
Next, FIG. 7 shows the
That is, the mounting
The
And also in 2nd Embodiment provided with the
In the cross-sectional position shown in FIG. 7, it is not clearly shown that a space S as a space is formed between the
In this embodiment as well, the pipe P and the inside thereof are caused to flow down by heat conduction through the mounting
Next, FIG. 8 shows a
The
The mounting
Further, a
In the state where the heater
The attachment of the
Next, the
As a result, the
As in the first embodiment, the heating state of the pipe P by the
In particular, in the present embodiment, by adopting the
In addition to the above-described embodiment, various modifications can be made. For example, the end surface wall of the heat retaining case may be formed and joined separately from the cylindrical main body. In particular, as in the case of the heat insulation case of the third embodiment, when this heat insulation case is previously formed into a cylindrical shape by extrusion molding or the like, the end wall portion needs to be formed separately and joined.
