Description

The present invention relates to a non-combustible decorative board having a surface uneven shape formed by hot pressing.

A decorative board with surface irregularities, such as a float-like tone, has excellent visual design due to the occurrence of shadows due to light rays, and can also be enjoyed by physical irregularities, so it is widely used for interior decoration of buildings. It is used.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for non-combustible decorative panels used for interior decorations such as wall surfaces and ceilings of buildings to ensure safety in the event of a fire. However, ensuring nonflammability is also required. As a non-combustible decorative board having a floating tone, for example, there is a decorative board obtained by laminating a decorative sheet (see Patent Document 1) having an olefin-based sheet as a base material on an inorganic base material. However, since the non-combustible decorative board uses a resin film substrate for the decorative sheet of the surface layer, it is difficult to ensure a high degree of non-combustibility, and the design is poor because the unevenness is shallow. It was.

As a decorative decorative board that uses a paper base material without using a resin film base material for the decorative sheet, for example, a decorative board in which unevenness is formed by embossing rolls after bonding printed thin paper to plywood is disclosed. (See Patent Document 2). However, the decorative board is inferior in stain resistance. In particular, the problem of contamination is prominent when it is made of a float-like decorative board provided with surface irregularities. In addition, if a decorative sheet consisting only of a paper-based substrate is used, it is difficult to follow the uneven shape when forming unevenness by hot-pressing, and when a printed pattern such as a wood grain pattern is applied as a design layer on the surface, etc. In some cases, the printed pattern is difficult to follow the uneven shape.

The problem to be solved by the present invention has excellent non-flammability and design, and excellent anti-contamination resistance of the uneven surface, which is likely to be contaminated due to sheet folding during uneven processing and residual contaminants on the bent portion. It is to provide a non-combustible decorative board.

In the present invention, the non-combustible decorative board is provided with a concave-convex shape by hot pressing on the decorative sheet side surface of the non-combustible decorative board provided with a decorative sheet on one surface of the non-combustible base material having a metal thin film layer, The non-combustible substrate is a non-combustible substrate having a metal thin film layer on a surface layer on which a decorative sheet is provided, and the decorative sheet is provided with a design layer on a laminated sheet having a paper layer and a polyolefin resin film layer. The above-mentioned problem can be solved by a non-combustible decorative sheet that is a decorative sheet and has a total amount of organic matter on the non-combustible substrate of 180 g / m 2 or less.

The incombustible decorative board of the present invention has a suitable followability to the uneven shape even during uneven processing, and can maintain sufficient stain resistance even in an uneven processed portion where contaminants tend to stay while having high design properties. Moreover, since it has good nonflammability, it can be applied to nonflammable building materials defined by the Building Standards Act.

The non-combustible decorative board of the present invention is a non-combustible decorative board having a concavo-convex shape obtained by applying a concavo-convex shape by hot-pressure molding on the decorative sheet side surface of the non-combustible decorative board provided with a decorative sheet on one surface of the non-combustible substrate. The decorative sheet is a decorative sheet provided with a design layer on a laminated sheet having a paper layer and a resin film layer, using a non-combustible base material having a metal thin film layer as a non-combustible base material. Is a non-combustible decorative board having a total amount of 180 g / m 2 or less.

[Decorative sheet]
The decorative sheet used in the present invention has a paper layer as a base material, a resin film layer that is a protective layer from contaminants, and a design layer that bears design properties.

As the paper layer, a paper base generally used for decorative sheets such as wallpaper can be used as appropriate, and examples thereof include fine paper, thin paper, reinforced paper, and resin-impregnated paper. Further, it may be a latex-impregnated paper obtained by impregnating the above paper with a resin such as aqueous latex or aqueous acrylic. Among these, latex-impregnated paper can be preferably used because it is excellent in inter-paper strength and water resistance and is also resistant to moisture.

In addition, those containing inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and carbon fibers and hydrophobic synthetic fibers to improve dimensional stability against humidity, and guanidine sulfamate and guanidine phosphate to improve flame retardancy Those containing a flame retardant such as can also be preferably used.

Various resins that can be laminated with the paper layer can be used for the resin film layer used in the present invention, and a resin suitable for printing on the design layer can be suitably used. Examples of the resin that can be used for the resin film include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, copolymer resins of polyethylene and polypropylene, and ABS resins (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resins). Preferred examples can be given. Especially, when exposed to high temperature at the time of printing, a polyethylene-type resin with comparatively high heat resistance can be used preferably, and a polyethylene terephthalate is more preferable. These resin films may be subjected to surface treatment such as primer treatment or corona treatment in order to improve adhesion with other layers.

The decorative sheet used in the present invention is provided with various colored and patterned design layers according to the mode of use. The design layer is preferably a printed layer by printing because the design layer can be easily formed. The printing layer can be formed by any method such as gravure printing, offset printing, silk screen printing, transfer printing, and ink jet printing. In particular, by using gravure printing, both high designability and excellent productivity can be achieved.

The decorative sheet used in the present invention has a multilayer structure in which at least the paper layer, the resin film layer, and the design layer are laminated. The order of lamination is not particularly limited, but the resin film layer is laminated on the paper layer because it is easy to obtain uneven shape conformability during hot pressure formation and design, and it is easy to obtain good contamination resistance. A configuration in which a design layer is provided on the resin film is preferable. In this configuration, when the paper layer and the resin film layer are laminated, the adhesion between the layers is easily obtained.

Moreover, it is also preferable that the surface layer of the decorative sheet is provided with a top coat such as an acrylic urethane resin in order to impart scratch resistance and stain resistance. Various curable resins such as a thermosetting type, a UV curable type, and an EB curable type can be used for the top coat.

The thickness and basis weight of each layer constituting the decorative sheet and the decorative sheet used in the present invention may be appropriately adjusted within a range not exceeding the total amount of organic matter described later while realizing good design properties. The amount is preferably 100 μm or less, more preferably 90 μm, and more preferably 10 to 50 μm. By setting the resin film layer in this range, the total amount of organic substances does not increase too much, and it becomes easy to ensure suitable stain resistance and nonflammability. The basis weight of the paper quality layer 30 to 100 g / m 2 approximately, the basis weight of the print layer is preferably set to 10 to 40 g / m 2 approximately. Moreover, as a decorative sheet, it becomes easy to obtain favorable followability, designability, and nonflammability by setting the basis weight to about 70 to 180 g / m 2 .

[Non-combustible substrate]
The non-combustible substrate used in the present invention is a non-combustible substrate having a metal thin film layer on the surface layer, and it is easy to realize a suitable non-combustibility. Therefore, a non-combustible substrate having a metal thin film layer on an inorganic substrate is used. It can be preferably used.

As the inorganic substrate, a volcanic glass multilayer plate or a calcium silicate plate can be preferably used. Since these base materials have high flame retardancy, it becomes easy to realize a non-combustible decorative board having good non-combustibility. Moreover, since it has moderate softness | flexibility, it is suitable for provision of the unevenness | corrugation by embossing. Although the thickness of these inorganic base materials depends on the material, it is usually 2 to 15 mm, and preferably 2 to 9 mm from the viewpoint of exothermic property and handling property. In addition, these inorganic base materials may be subjected to surface treatment such as sealer coating or sanding in order to enhance adhesion with other layers.

By providing a metal thin film layer on the surface layer of the incombustible base material used in the present invention, it is possible to suppress the restoration of the base material layer and the decorative sheet layer at the time of uneven processing, and to realize good design properties. As the said metal thin film layer, metal foil, such as aluminum foil, iron foil, stainless steel foil, copper foil, can be used preferably, for example. Among these, aluminum foil is particularly easily used because it is easily available and has excellent stretchability. The thickness of the metal thin film layer is not particularly limited as long as it can achieve uneven moldability and nonflammability, but is preferably 5 to 15 μm.

The metal thin film layer only needs to be provided on the surface on the side on which the decorative sheet of the inorganic base material is provided. Since deformation of the material can be suppressed, it is also preferable to have metal thin film layers on both sides of the inorganic base material. Further, moisture-proof paper, a film, a metal thin film layer, or the like may be laminated on the other surface side on which the decorative sheet is provided for the purpose of preventing warpage.

In order to ensure the performance as a non-combustible decorative board, it is desirable that the decorative board substrate used in the present invention has a calorific value of 4 MJ or less in a combustion test described later as a whole non-combustible base material.

[Non-combustible decorative board]
The incombustible decorative board of the present invention is a laminate in which the decorative sheet having the above-described configuration is laminated on the surface of the incombustible base material on the metal thin film layer side, and the decorative board has an organic substance amount of 180 g / m 2 on the incombustible base material. It is a non-combustible decorative board having a concavo-convex shape formed on its surface by hot-pressure molding. In the present invention, a non-combustible base material having a metal thin film layer is used, and the decorative sheet laminated on the non-combustible base material has a multilayer structure of a paper-based base material and a resin film base material, and the amount of organic matter is a certain amount or less. By doing so, it is possible to achieve suitable followability and design to the uneven shape, and to ensure non-combustibility while ensuring the stain resistance of the decorative plate surface.

Lamination of the non-flammable substrate and the decorative sheet can be preferably performed by lamination. As a lamination method, vinyl acetate-based, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer-based aqueous vinyl urethane-based or reactive hot melt adhesive, etc. Alternatively, a technique by sheet coating can be used.

In addition, when laminating the non-combustible base material and the decorative sheet, it is also preferable to laminate the non-combustible base material and the decorative sheet via a paper layer in order to enhance the adhesion to the decorative sheet. In the lamination via the paper layer, it is preferable to laminate a base material having a paper layer on the surface of the metal thin film layer of the non-combustible base material and a decorative sheet. In addition, what is necessary is just to select a paper quality layer suitably in the range which does not exceed the following calorific value.

The total amount of organic matter on the incombustible base material in the incombustible decorative board of the present invention is the total amount of organic matter above the surface of the incombustible base material on the decorative sheet side, and in addition to the amount of organic matter contained in the decorative sheet, It is the total amount of organic substances such as an adhesive used for lamination with the conductive substrate. In the present invention, each layer has the above-described configuration, and the total amount of organic matter is 180 g / m 2 or less, preferably 170 g / m 2 or less, thereby ensuring followability to uneven shapes, design properties, and contamination resistance. However, suitable nonflammability can be realized.

The uneven shape can be formed by hot-pressure molding such as a plate having unevenness or a hot-press press using an embossing roll on the incombustible decorative plate after lamination of the decorative sheet.

The concavo-convex shape to be formed may be suitably formed in accordance with the design of the design layer and the usage mode, for example, with a gentle convex portion at the center, and the periphery is contoured so as to emphasize the grain. An example of a concave and convex shape (floating shape) that is concave is preferable. Also, a concave and convex portion having a semicircular concave section and a convex portion that are alternately repeated, a concave and convex portion having a semicircular concave portion and a flat convex portion that are alternately repeated, or a convex portion having a semicircular cross section and a concave portion. Are irregularities formed by grooves where the semicircles contact each other, and these irregularities form geometrical irregularities such that when viewed from the surface, the depressions and projections form patterns such as stripes and straight lines. It is also preferable that it has a shape. In such a shape, a shape in which the pitch of the convex portion and the concave portion is repeated at a constant period of about several mm to several cm, preferably about 0.5 mm to 5 cm is preferable.

In the incombustible decorative board of the present invention, the difference (maximum height of the convex portion) between the top of the convex portion of the concave and convex portions and the bottom portion of the concave portion is preferably 0.1 to 2.0 mm, and 0.3 to 1 0.5 mm is more preferable, and 0.5 to 1.2 mm is particularly preferable. The incombustible decorative board of the present invention can suitably form an uneven shape within the above range, and is particularly suitable for the formation of uneven shapes with a depth of 0.5 mm or more, which does not easily cause delamination between layers or float and peeling of the decorative sheet. It is possible to follow the uneven shape and to realize a suitable design.

Since the nonflammable decorative board of the present invention has excellent design properties and suitable nonflammability, it can be suitably applied to interior wall surfaces of shops and public buildings.
