本発明のプラズマディスプレイパネルは、それぞれの内表面に放電を発生させる電極が形成された一対の基板が空間を介して対向配置され、前記一対の基板のうちの一方の基板に形成された前記電極を覆う誘電体層と前記誘電体層を覆う保護膜とを備え、前記保護膜は、酸化カルシウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化バリウム、希土類酸化物のいずれか、またはこれらの混合物により形成され、前記保護膜が５ａｔｍ％以上３０ａｔｍ％以下のタングステンを含有していることを特徴とする。

Claims (1)

  1. それぞれの内表面に放電を発生させる電極が形成された一対の基板が空間を介して対向配置され、前記一対の基板のうちの一方の基板に形成された前記電極を覆う誘電体層と前記誘電体層を覆う保護膜とを備え、
    前記保護膜は、酸化カルシウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化バリウム、希土類酸化物のいずれか、またはこれらの混合物により形成され、前記保護膜が５ａｔｍ％以上３０ａｔｍ％以下のタングステンを含有していることを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。
