Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明にかかる浮遊性微細藻類の回収方法の代表的な構成は、所定の有機化合物を生成する浮遊性微細藻類を培養槽110にて培養するステップS200と、粘性物質を分泌する性質を持つ粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を培養槽110に加え(ステップS204)、浮遊性微細藻類を凝集沈殿させて回収するステップS210とを含むことを特徴とする。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態にかかる浮遊性微細藻類の培養システム100の概略構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、浮遊性微細藻類の培養システム100は、所定の有機化合物を生成する浮遊性微細藻類を培養する第1の培養槽(以下、単に「培養槽110」と称する)と、粘性物質を分泌する性質を持つ粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を培養する第2の培養槽(以下、単に「培養槽112」と称する)とを備える。また、浮遊性微細藻類の培養システム100は、培養槽112にて培養した粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を培養槽110へ混入する混入手段122と、培養槽110の底部から凝集沈殿物を回収する回収手段124とを含む。
本発明者は、浮遊性微細藻類への粘性物質分泌性微細藻類の混入による凝集沈殿効果を確認するために、以下の実験を行った。
Claims (4)
- 所定の有機化合物を生成する浮遊性微細藻類を培養槽にて培養するステップと、
粘性物質を分泌する性質を持つ粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を前記培養槽に加え、前記浮遊性微細藻類を凝集沈殿させて回収するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする浮遊性微細藻類の回収方法。 - 前記浮遊性微細藻類を凝集沈殿させて回収するステップでは、細胞濃度を所定値未満に維持しつつ培養していた前記粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を前記培養槽に加え、該培養槽の内部にてその増殖を促すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮遊性微細藻類の回収方法。
- 前記浮遊性微細藻類を凝集沈殿させて回収するステップにて、前記培養槽にさらに酸を加えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の浮遊性微細藻類の回収方法。
- 所定の有機化合物を生成する浮遊性微細藻類を培養する第1の培養槽と、
粘性物質を分泌する性質を持つ粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を培養する第2の培養槽と、
前記粘性物質分泌性微細藻類を前記第1の培養槽に混入する混入手段と、
前記粘性物質分泌性微細藻類の混入により凝集沈殿した前記浮遊性微細藻類を回収する回収手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする浮遊性微細藻類の培養システム。
