Abstract
【解決手段】多軸椎弓根スクリューは、U字状横断通路を有する受容頭部と、受容頭部の外部にあるねじ部30と受容頭部内に収容されて回転可能なバルジ端部31とを有する軸部3と、受容頭部内に収容されてバルジ端部31と嵌合可能とされており、バルジ端部31を定位置に固定する固定差込部4と、U字状横断通路内に受容された連結ロッド200を固定するための、遠位開口21に係合された位置決めねじ5とを備え、多軸スクリューの受容頭部が少なくとも1つの側面開口部42を特徴とし、側面開口部42が、固定差込部4をその固定位置に維持するために、外部押圧手段が固定差込部4の接触面41に作用できるように、接触面41を露出している。

Claims (13)
- 近位開口(20)から遠位開口(21)へと長手方向に延在しており、前記遠位開口(21)の周辺部において開口するU字状横断通路(22)を有する受容頭部(2)と、
前記近位開口(20)を横断し、受容頭部(2)の外部にあるねじ部(30)と前記受容頭部(2)内に収容されて回転可能なバルジ端部(31)とを有する軸部(3)と、
前記受容頭部(2)内に収容され、前記バルジ端部(31)と嵌合可能であり、前記バルジ端部(31)を前記受容頭部(2)に対して固定する固定位置に移動可能な固定差込部(4)と、
前記U字状横断通路(22)内に受容された連結ロッド(200)を固定するために前記遠位開口(21)に係合された固定手段(5)と
を備える多軸椎弓根スクリュー(1)であって、
前記受容頭部(2)は、前記固定差込部(4)をその固定位置に維持するために外部押圧手段が前記固定差込部(4)の接触面(41)に作用するように、前記接触面(41)を露出する少なくとも1つの側面開口部(42)を有し、
前記受容頭部(2)を直径方向に横断する貫通孔によって画定される2つの側面開口部(42)があり、前記固定差込部(4)は前記貫通孔内に収容されていることを特徴とする多軸椎弓根スクリュー(1)。 - 前記固定差込部(4)は、前記受容頭部(2)から突出することなく前記側面開口部(42)内で延在する2つの側面アーム(44)を有する細長い形状を有し、前記側面アーム(44)の遠位側が前記接触面(41)を画定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記側面開口部(42)は、前記固定差込部(4)の前記側面アーム(44)の遠位方向における動作を制限することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記受容頭部(2)は、前記貫通孔に開口する少なくとも1つの側面縦溝部(26)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの側面縦溝部(26)は、前記外部押圧手段のための長手方向通路を画定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。 - 前記側面開口部(42)を画定する前記貫通孔は、前記U字状通路(22)に対する直交軸に沿って延在することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記側面開口部(42)を画定する前記貫通孔は、前記U字状通路(22)に対して近傍にオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記受容頭部(2)は、前記外部押圧手段を特徴とする専用器具(100)を係合させるための複数の形成部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記専用器具(100)を係合させるための前記複数の形成部は、前記受容頭部(2)の側面周辺部の面取り角部(25)の近傍に設けられたくぼみ(24)であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記接触面(41)が実質的に平らであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 前記接触面(41)の反対側にある、前記差込部(4)の嵌合面(43)が凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の多軸椎弓根スクリュー。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの多軸椎弓根スクリュー(1)と、
前記U字状横断通路(22)内に収容されるように適合された少なくとも1つの連結ロッド(200)と、
前記接触面(41)に作用するように適合された外部押圧手段を有する固定器具(100)と
を備えることを特徴とする固定システムキット。 - 前記固定器具(100)は、前記多軸椎弓根スクリュー(1)の前記受容頭部(2)を保持するように適合された側方プロング(103)を有し、前記外部押圧手段は、前記側方プロング(103)に対して摺動可能に取り付けられた押圧アーム(101)によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の固定システムキット。
- 前記側方プロング(103)は、前記固定器具(100)と前記多軸椎弓根スクリュー(1)の前記受容頭部(2)との連結を確実に行うために、前記受容頭部(2)の前記くぼみ(24)と協働するように内側に向かって突出するピン(104)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の固定システムキット。
