前記動作環境選択手段からの設定値の通知を受けて、前記動作電源電圧の設定値を前記インタフェース制御手段に設定する電源制御手段と、
前記動作環境選択手段からの設定値の通知を受けて、前記動作周波数の設定値を前記インタフェース制御手段に設定するCLK制御手段と、
