Abstract

Claims (13)
- a.複数の導電性部分(24)及び
b.隣接する導電性部分(24)間の少なくとも1つの非導電性部分(26)を含み、隣接する導電性部分(24)間の少なくとも1つの非導電性部分(26)が約500μm未満の寸法を有する、腐食センサー(20)。 - 隣接する導電性部分(24)間の少なくとも1つの非導電性部分(26)が約5μm未満の寸法を有する、請求項1記載の腐食センサー(20)。
- 複数の導電性部分(24)の各々が約500μm未満の寸法を有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の腐食センサー(20)。
- さらに、導電性部分(24)と、隣接する導電性部分(24)間の少なくとも1つの非導電性部分(26)との間に冶金学的接合部(28)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の腐食センサー(20)。
- a.非導電性材料(52)を基材(22)に適用し、
b.非導電性材料(52)上の離散箇所に導電性材料(54)を適用し、
c.導電性材料(54)の各離散箇所の周囲に蝋付け材料(56)を適用する
ことを含んでなる、腐食センサー(20)を製造する方法。 - さらに、離散箇所が約500μm未満の寸法を有するように、導電性材料(54)を適用することを含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- さらに、導電性材料(54)の離散箇所間の間隔が約500μm未満となるように、導電性材料(54)を適用することを含む、請求項5又は請求項6記載の方法。
- さらに、導電性材料(54)の離散箇所間の間隔が約5μm未満となるように、導電性材料(54)を適用することを含む、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- さらに、非導電性材料(52)又は導電性材料(54)の少なくとも1つを硬化させることを含む、請求項5乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- さらに、非導電性材料(52)を導電性材料(54)に蝋付けすることを含む、請求項5乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- さらに、導電性材料(54)の各離散箇所に電極(32)を接続することを含む、請求項5乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- さらに、電極(32)上に酸化物層(72)を形成することを含む、請求項11記載の方法。
